Moving onto the bad, PVP employees throughout the night requested to speak with us about payment (which we did during an important time, our sunset photos and one of employees said no worries everything is good) and and then they continued bothering and asking our guest who's going to pay us multiple times even though they had already been paid in full over Zelle the day prior to the wedding this looked really bad for both us as the wedding host as well as PVP manager who apparently doesn't communicate with his employees about payment status. This was honestly quite embarrassing and something we shouldn't be worrying about on the day of and this is the reason they receive the three stars instead of five stars. Because of this experience, I would not ever hire them again, but they were our only choice per venue guidelines.

Booked California Party Bus as the transportation for my wedding, Spoke to Laura over the phone…read moreafter making and initial request for a quote online. I received a call back in less than an hour and she was very helpful in finding the right solution for my needs. AND the cost she quoted was HALF what i received from a competitor (who was reluctant to book my wedding because of prom season) No such concern from Laura. I needed two pickups to take both the Bride's and the Groom's parties separately to the venue and a final pickup and drop off to the hotel at the end of the night. With the added pickups the quote remained unchanged. Communication with Cali Party Bus was excellent, between myself, Laura with any questions I had, and our day of coordinator taking over, transportation was something i felt i didn't have to worry about. When you're planning a wedding, this is gold. Our driver, Sergio, showed up early, was patient, very friendly and got us to our destination without issue. He even stopped and pulled over to help us get the stereo working. The bus was great! plenty of room for everyone we needed to transport, even a few extras. Thank you so much. On a day where so many different pieces have to fall together just right, our transportation was spot on and for a great price. i will definitely recommend California Party Bus to my friends and family.

I had reached out to one other boutique agency, and there was a sense of elitism and indifference to my inquiries. Geoffrey is 100% the complete opposite - kind and efficient. I am looking to rent an F430 for my birthday. Because it's currently in the shop he kindly offered other alternatives, but I've decided to wait until this model is available. San Diego Prestige is the epitome of top tier service and vehicle offerings. With 458's no longer available in the San Diego area, the predecessor F430 is a viable option, and this place is the only go to if you want the V8 NA experience. I'm looking forward to the booking with such a great first impression and follow up!

And since the luggage compartment is smaller, he even offered to come help pick our luggage from the house and take it to the hotel for our honeymoon. He went above and beyond and that was quality factor I love about San Diego Prestige. The Lambo was A Dream to drive and my wife and I loved driving it around San Diego and Coronado. There is no shortage of bus/limo transportation companies in Southern California, but what sets…read morethem apart is responsiveness and following through on the contract. This company did exactly that. I solicited multiple bids based on very simple criteria. Although several companies were very responsive Xperience was the lowest bid and didn't try to do a lot of up-sell or engage in a back in forth around my event. I rented a bus to accommodate 16 of our friends to transport to and from my wife's birthday celebration. Even after committing to the company they found me lower rates if I was will to use a bus with personal advertising on the side. This showed they were willing to work with their customers to lower costs when special needs or image was not a concern. They were exactly as advertised and the driver was pleasant, responsive and on time. I will rent from them again in the future.

I rented the small bus for a wine tasting bday trip from SD to Temecula and had a great experience!…read moreMy group had 16 on the bus which was a comfortable number. The small bus fits up to 20, but that would be a squeeze in my opinion. Adam and Paula were the service representatives that I spoke to over the phone to help with quotes and planning my 8 hour day. Both reps were very responsive and knowledgeable. They were able to give me tips on how to structure visiting 3 wineries in one day. A bonus is that this company is partnered with a lot of Temecula wineries and offered us tasting card discounts (Bel Vino and Maurice Carrie). Adam and Paula communicated to me via phone, text, and email for the quotes and info. They allowed multiple adjustments to my itinerary and accommodated adding on tasting cards last minute for my guests which was super helpful! Our driver, Jennifer, was early to our pickup location and waited outside for my large group to arrive. She provided me with the whole run down of the day and confirmed all of the details with myself and my guests, leaving room for questions before leaving. Super professional, friendly, efficient, safe, timely, and knowledgeable. The bus was clean, no smells, fun LED lights, a bathroom on board, water, ice coolers, and cups available. The one thing I will say is our bus' Bluetooth for music kept cutting in and out throughout the drive which was likely a wire issue. Jennifer was quick to reach over the phone after dropping us off, which was helpful when my brother in law wanted to go back to the bus to grab a surprise birthday cake for me. Jennifer gave us timely updates of when to be back at the bus in between venues to ensure enough time. Tip: if you're planning to go to more than one winery, you'll need more time than you think. 3 wineries and we definitely could've spent more time at each... 2 is a great number if you have a big group like mine. We went over in time but it thankfully the schedule was flexible for the rest of the evening. Jennifer prefaced any overtime charges at the beginning of the day so there were no surprises. Jennifer was grateful for the cash tip we left her at the end of the day. Make sure to Zelle or provide cash payments to avoid the credit card fees. Overall very positive experience!
