TL;DR: Don't waste your time or money. Wish I read some of the reviews before booking here. Paid $23 for basically 2 days. Lot was almost full so my car wasn't under cover - not a huge deal for my short stay but not ideal. Shuttle to the airport was prompt but not the cleanest. Getting back on the shuttle from the airport is another story. It's on call, so you call them from the van pick-up area. Took about 30 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up. This place isn't far from the airport and only took ~5 minutes so in my mind there's no reason it should take this long. Facility itself is alright. Driver was kind enough to drive us up to our cars instead of making us take the stairs since the elevator is broken. Bathroom feels like the backrooms but at least they have one. The worst part about this place is the overstay fee. My flight got delayed over 2 hours so I ended up being about 2 hours past my pick-up time. Like the other reviews said, it's $20 if you overstay. I basically paid double for something out of my control. That fee is absolutely exorbitant and is the main reason I would not choose to stay here again. Luckily, everyone I talked to was nice so no complaints on customer service. But if I knew I was going to be paying basically double to park, I would've parked somewhere with better shuttle times and covered parking. read more

Really, truly, awful service and aggressive, rude, and "stand-off-ish" employees. The covered parking is all occupied with long term parking customers so there is only parking available (uncovered) on the 6th floor. The elevator was "not working" when we departed...The elevator was "not quite fixed yet" when we returned a week later. So you are forced to run down six flights of stairs to catch the shuttle to the Airport; and upon return you are faced with climbing six flights of stairs to retrieve your automobile (not a welcome addition to already stressful travel plans) A terrible experience regardless of the price (or how it compares to pricing of competitor's businesses). I've parked here probably 20 times the last 2-3 years and it's usually been great. This time, I showed up 4 minutes early and had to pull back out onto the street to park until the clock hit the exact time of the reservation before I could enter. I mentioned that wasn't a great experience and was told that they have a new reservation system that has no capability to create a grace period...and no one could do anything about it. Then, the elevator was broken. When I got back to my car, I walked up the ramp (since the elevator was still broken) and then got stuck behind someone who couldn't figure out how to scan the QR code to exit, which led me to be 13 minutes late exiting. For that, I was charged an overage fee of $20. TWENTY DOLLARS FOR 13 MINUTES...let that sink in. Again, due to the software's limitations, no one could do anything about it. I get that software can be buggy and lack features, but this is an utter failure of software selection and implementation. I hope the extra revenue is worth it. I will never park here again. Ever. Meh. I pulled in 5 minutes before my park start and they made me back out and wait on the street until my parking start time. I paid for parking so I could have covered parking while I flew out of town for a few days, and sure enough, no covered parking is available and the only spaces are at the very top of the roof. So I would avoid this place if you can. Here are a few reasons: - This claims to be a 24 hour parking but they don't have 24 hour shuttle service to the airport. So if your flight is late at night or early early in the morning and they're not going to have a shuttle for you. You'll have to be responsible for your own transportation, which means an Uber that will make the price higher than other parking places that actually have functioning shuttles. - The parking spaces are super tiny so if you have a normal size or a larger vehicle, it's going to be a tight squeeze. With the lot is full of the "open" spaces are really not an option as cars on either side overlap into them. - The elevators are broken as of the date of this review. It looks like they have been broken for quite some time. I'm not sure how you can manage luggage, or if you can't climb the stairs. I made reservations through Way, and paid for valet, then I got to the garage, I was told they don't have valet anymore. The first open spot I found was on the roof. The elevators haven't worked for over a year. When I got back to San Diego, I called for a pick up and was told the driver was on his way. The driver got there 40 minutes later, another person stated she was waiting for close to an hour. The owners of this garage did NOTHING to remedy this situation. They've sent me multiple messages saying someone will reach out to me next week and then no one does. Don't waste your money Just go across the street to Aladdin parking they make as wait for more than one hour at the airport and they never pick us up. We have to ask for a ride from Aladdin driver to go pick up our car.when we call to let them know we was waiting for them at the airport the three times we called. Anytime I go out of town I use laurel their not the best when it comes to parking but my car is is safe. The parking spaces are a little tight the elevator still broken but the drivers and also the kiosk people they're so friendly and nice everybody's super helpful. They even will help with taking your luggage up since the elevator is broken and it's cheap to park your car there. read more

Shuttle is horrible! I called three time!! Wish I read the reviews. Literally been 50 mins and counting. Ended up calling for a Lyft just to get to the garage. Well for the price it was fine but honestly not very well maintained. I got a groupon and parked here for the forst time. The elevator took ages to come and the sign said it all. The pink ticket that I was given said on it for how many days I will be parking. I had to call for the shuttle when I came back to San Diego to be picked up from the airport. The number was on the pink ticket which means you have to keep it handy. The driver was very courteous. Look for a groupon. Worth it read more

My wife and I planned a reunion with my family on 5/7/2026 and return on 5/12/2026. Never, I repeat, NEVER show up earlier than the time you designated when booking your parking reservation at Laurel Parking! If you get there early you will not be allowed into their facility. In addition, plan on their "Free shuttle" to be 1 hour to 2 hours late getting you to the airport. In addition, this garage is disgusting. I asked to use the bathroom. I've never seen or smelled and witnessed a bathroom more disgusting in my life. I'm 67 years old. We missed our flight thanks to these people and their obscene work/service ethic. I now know there is a reason they are the cheapest airport parking in San Diego. On our return, we arrived earlier than our estimated flight time we had designated, when booking the garage. My wife, myself and 5 other strangers agreed, after waiting over an hour that we would never use this garage again. This is way before they finally picked us up. When we finally arrived back at the garage, we, all seven of us, were all charged an additional 20.00 each for being late. If we didn't pay, we were not allowed to leave. Extortion, I believe so... I plan on suing these jokers for causing us to miss our flight and for charging us an additional 20.00 for being late for pickup due to their poor service! I use to love parking here through way or cheap airport parking, but will no longer be using them. When scheduling pick up of your parking you now need to consider how long it will take to get picked up, if they will pick up other guest, and how long it takes to get to your car load it and leave. If not you will be charged if going over your time. When I went to park there was no parking even though I had a reservation. I was asked to leave my keys if I trusted them to park my car once a spot opens. I had no choice so I didn't miss my flight. Upon return the van picked me up but had to pick up two other guests from a different airlines. When I arrived at lot, the attendant had to go get my car and drive it up. I arrived at the lot 1025. By time car brought around and loaded and I scanned to leaves it was 1035. My reservation ended at 1030. J had to pay $20 for going over the time that was not due to my fault to exit the garage. This is the WORST place ever! We purchased their Groupon that was valid for the exact days of our trip; they posted a handwritten sign upon our arrival saying Groupons not accepted (despite no exclusions listed on the Groupon). We ended up paying $70 for the Groupon (that can't be refunded because Groupon said it's valid), AND paid them $132 for the exorbitant price of 7th floor outdoor roof parking. Go anywhere else, but here. They immediately started yelling at us when we asked about the Groupon and wouldn't stop! THE ABSOLUTE WORST STAFF. My family and I (mother, mother in law, wife, toddler and myself) were kicked out of the shuttle by the Asian guy driver because the baby took a few minutes in the bathroom instead of being at the curb. He was yelling in front 30+ people in front of all the shuttles that we all needed to be waiting outside when we called but there were 2 other shuttles that were there before and stayed longer. When he tried to say he had been there for over 10 minutes I simply said I didn't even call the parking garage 10 minutes ago so he proceeded to grab our bags and throw them out of the car onto my broken ankle and yelled at my elderly mother to get out of his shuttle and to take an uber. I called the garage/shuttle number 5 times and they did not answer. We did have to take an uber and when we got to the garage he was no where to be found and all the remaining staff wouldn't share his name. The one other Latino driver even had the audacity to ask us "what we did to him to make him upset". Oscar at the gate and the elderly white gentlemen were the only helpful ones. We've parked here before with no issues but today March 27 2026, with their new scanning machine, they're starting to scam people. We got there at 2340 and we got our car and started loading our luggage. By the time we scan our QR code they charged us $20 for 3min late fee. The attendant saw us loading our luggage and of no help and states "It's not me it's the machine". He was just on his phone and doesn't even look at us and just staring at his phone. Useless worker. We used this parking garage for our cruise, and unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. They seemed to overbook, as there was very limited parking available even though we had a reservation. The bathrooms were in really poor condition, which was disappointing. They do offer a shuttle, but the schedule wasn't clear or reliable, which added unnecessary stress to our trip. When he picked us up from the airport he was again very kind in making sure we were comfortable and offered every person in the van a drop off right to each vehicle. Unlike others on here crying about free services....... I had a pleasant experience with this facility and staff. Mr Randy was a delight. Structure was safe. Duh parking spots will be small so I was ok with that also. All staff was very informative. Had to no wait time for rides in either direction. The walk to the pick up location from baggage claim is not far at all. People need to stop being cry babies. Will definitely be using this facility in the future . Save yourselves the headache and use Aladdin parking located across the street from the laurel parking. After calling for a ride and waiting for 45min. without seeing a shuttle, I stopped and asked the shuttle driver from the Aladdin shuttle if he would give us a ride back, as the laurel shuttle was nowhere to be seen. He was kind enough to drive us back. After tipping the driver and thanking him for his hospitality, we walked across the street to the laurel parking lot, where the guy at the booth apologized for the delay stating there was only 1 driver available. The elevator was also down and had to use the stairs. In the future I will no longer be using laurel parking anymore and will continue to use Aladdin. read more

first, I am not one to write a bad review. But this Place really, I mean really deserves it. I've used this parking place several times over the years and have always had a decent experience. But let me tell you about this time. First, I want to note that we waited over 30 minutes for the shuttle. No big deal I understand it's a few miles and there can be lots of traffic. All was actually good until we were getting ready to leave the facility. Note: Our plane was also about 30 minutes late so that along with the shuttle wait put us about 15-20 minutes late from what I put on our booking for the parking garage. I pulled up to the exit where a woman was standing in the booth so I pulled up to her like I have always done in the past. She looked at me like I did something wrong then after a minute she finally opened the window and started yelling at me that this is an automated system and I need to scan my code to get out. When I pulled up my booking on my phone my code was gone because the booking was expired because the time had passed that I put on the booking. I apologized and asked if she could help me. She just started yelling at me more that they have an automated system now and all the employees are loosing there jobs and soon there will be nobody there so figure it out how to use the machine. WOW! So fumbling through my phone I finally found the code in my photos were I had taken a screen shot of it before the trip several days earlier. I finally scanned the code and it said I owed $20 for being late. I'm like WTF! So I pulled back up to the window and asked if she could just press the button and let us out like she does the shuttle vans. We argued a bit and I told her part of the problem was the late shuttle too and all the time spent trying to find a code. "can you just do us a favor and let us out?" She started laughing and said that is just a courtesy and we can take an uber then left us there and was gone in some back room. I then asked one of the shuttle driver to help us out and he was rude too and just kept saying he doesn't know anything and I just have to pay. He witnessed the whole thing. They really couldn't have just let me out? I begrudgingly put my card in got the F out of there. WILL NOT BE BACK! Side story. My "friend" said the same thing happened to him and his wife. But when they were ignoring them he told his wife to climb in the drivers seat and he got out and lifted the blockade out of the way himself and they just left. Genius!!! read more

I travel often and always use Laurel Airport Parking, and I always choose the valet service. The shuttle drivers are consistently nice and helpful, which I really appreciate. However, the biggest issue is the pickup time from the airport. Even though the lot is very close, I almost always end up waiting 40 minutes or longer for the shuttle. They use both a small van and a larger shuttle, but due to the delayed pickup even though I arrived on time, I was charged a $20 "overstay" fee, which was very inconvenient. There also seemed to be a lack of communication between staff. When I went to retrieve my keys from valet, they had trouble locating them because one employee forgot to tag them. Overall, the experience did not run as smoothly as expected. Another issue occurred when I called to check on the shuttle. The woman answering the phone was very rude and gave unnecessary attitude when I was simply asking about the pickup time. That was very unprofessional. I've continued using them in the past because I travel often and the drivers are great, but the long wait times and poor phone customer service really need improvement. read more

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT take your car to this location. Twice now i have parked at this location and both times it took the shuttle over 30 minutes to pick up myself and other customers. Then when you go to check out, they charge you one full day if you check out over 15 minutes late. When it's their shuttle that takes over 30 minutes to pick you up from the airport that is less than a 5-minute drive away. Then the employee at night is extremely rude says its a free shuttle ride back so that makes up for the extra day charge?? Really every other parking location offers a free shuttle and there shuttles show up constantly. This place deserves a ZERO Rating. read more

I called at 1055p, my time out was 1115p, I wasn't picked up until 1110p, but then had to go pick up more people at terminal 2. This caused me to go over my time.....then I get charged an overstay fee of $20 for 19min!!!!! I only paid $65 for 4 DAYS, but it cost me $20 for less than 20min, when the pickup was late and had other pickups!!!! They need to have a grace period if it's going to take them so long to pick up!!! They sat it's 5min, but I've NEVER been picked up in 5min. They've gone to computers now, and the evening gate agent was an A$$. He just said pay or the gate won't go up.....they have a manual override to give that grace period. It's a dirty place, with spots barely able to fit your vehicle, AND NO ELEVATOR for over 1yr, but it is close!!! But this new computer way is F'd up!!!!! I'm going to find a new place!!! read more
