We left our vehicle with them for 4 days. It was easy to make a reservation, they answered all my questions before my arrival and were flexible with our arrival time. It was easy to check in, the driver was very nice, gave us recommendations of where to visit across the border. He also took us to the border so we could walk across. A few feet away from the actual border and gave us instructions since it was our first time visiting. At pick up they offered to pick us up from the border once we walked across. Getting our vehicle was easy, hassle free and our car was found as we left it, nothing missing from it. We will definitely pick chia parking again on our next trip. read more

Just used chia parking and had a great experience! We left our car for 5 nights. We got shuttled to the CBX immediately after parking. It took maybe 5-7 minutes to get there. When we returned, we gave the shuttle a call & they came to pick us up in literally 5 minutes. All the workers were extremely nice and parking is much more affordable than the CBX. Just a note that they can't drop you off directly in front of the CBX entrance so be prepared to walk 5-10 minutes (not Chia parkings fault- this is a CBX rule they have to follow). All in all, this was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely use them again! read more

First time using the CBX bridge for a flight from Tijuana to Mazatlan. Great prices, safe location and efficient transportation to CBX. When we arrived, the shuttle van was ready and took us directly to just outside CBX, with about a 7-10 min short walk to the terminal. Upon our return, we did have to wait about 20 mins for the van to pick us up. Overall, I will definitely use them again. read more

Used this service for Thanksgiving week. Highly recommended, fee was way cheaper than the cbx. Drove to the parking, picked up the attendant he dropped us off at the cbx and drove my car back. They took pictures of the mileage and assured me, the car would be safe and in one spot until I returned. That's exactly how it was! Very please with the service and specifically the price! This is in response to the Owner's response to my comment. I have no issue with a business being bilingual. The Chia staff worker SAID TO ME, multiple times, that I could not speak to the manager BECAUSE THE MANAGER DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. The driver was on the phone with the manager, but I was not allowed to speak to the manager until I said I spoke a little Spanish. That was a very short conversation and at NO TIME did the manager mention a refund. As the guy who arrived with the keys was locking up the building, I said, wait, I need to speak to the manager to get some kind of refund after this and he looked at me, shook his head, locked the building and walked away. At no point in time was I ever offered any kind of refund in spite of requesting AT LEAST 3 TIMES. The staff said to me, multiple times, we're just workers, we don't care. I had tipped the driver, and actually asked him to return the tip which I have never done in my life, but when a worker straight up tells me, I don't care, I just work here, they don't deserve a tip. To his credit, he did return it. I weigh 105 pounds, am a Senior citizen, standing outside for almost 2 hours to get my car back, in the middle of an industrial park at the border in the dark. NO this is not a secure situation, completely created by YOUR parking lot procedure. Driving home at 11 pm vs 9 pm DOES create a security issue. I had to pull over at 1 am in a lousy neighborhood to get gas. Nothing was open anymore. I woke up my entire family at 2 am when I finally got home. YOUR WORKER SWORE AT ME multiple times (one of the workers, not both). That was on your video, but you left it out in your response. Yes, I had a positive experience last year. And so I had every reason to expect one again. What happened to me should NEVER, EVER happen to a paying customer. HORRIBLE experience. But you got your money, and that's all you care about. Folks, DO NOT PARK HERE. It ruined the final stage of what had been a fantastic trip to Mexico. read more

Great experience! Was cheaper than the actual parking spot at the CBX. We arrived 4 in the morning they had a shuffle available to take us. Fast and easy. Same thing for pickup just called a number and they picked us up within a couple mins. I loved that the lot was gated. read more

I highly recommend this parking service!!! I drove to the parking lot. They parked our car and dropped us off at the CBX crossing. My car was there two weeks! When we got back, I called them and they picked us up and took us back to the parking lot where we had parked. Easy !! The lot is secure. Again I highly recommend and it was an excellent price!!!! Car was exactly where I parked it and the shuttle service was prompt and professional.

This is a better alternative to the CBX parking, it was gated and secure, someone was on the premises to guard the enclosed parking lot. We looked up a few different parking lots and this one stood out because of the price, and proximity to the CBX bridge. It was about a 7 minutes drive to the CBX and they drop you off and pick you up. BIG TIP: Call before hand and make a reservation, do not just show up and request a parking, we called before and asked to get a reserved spot. The original price was about $170 and after the gentleman learned that we had a reservation he only charged us $60.00. Our car stayed there for 6 days, so this was a steal. We will definitely be coming back to this parking spot! read more

soooo frustrating, after sending zelle payment this crazy lady was saying we never payed even after showing her proof, emailing it to her AND calling my bank to confirm we were basically held there for an hour until the cops showed and that's when she finally decided to call her bank (payment had gone through) sooo annoying especially after a long flight, just pay the extra $$$ for secure parking EDIT: NO FALSE INFO HERE, we were there AN HOUR waiting for confirmation that they got the payment that doesn't seem like something a legitimate business would do, cops told us to pay them twice and sue if they did not want to send the money to us (seemed like a scam honestly) also reviews should be able to be left if we have a bad experience in general and in no moment in time did they make me feel like i'm not being accused (there was also only spanish speakers there so communication was not 100%) nothing was "explained" clearly to us we were told by that lady you would sue us if we left!
