I love that they deliver, but they make you wait until the day AFTER you are out of a medication to get it, and then only after 1:00 p.m., even if the medication is supposed to be taken in the morning. Very frustrating. Walgreens in Lodi is much better. BJRX is paranoid. read more

I think, this was on 2022. Somebody called and said that it is under a new management. I already had a bad review for them last 2017. Since it is under a new management and they said, what happened before will not happen again, we gave them a second chance since it is under a new management and believing that things has changed. Again, Im giving them bad review because they put our clients in danger meaning the meds are not delivered on time. We called them several times, and we said it is important that client get it at a particular hour. They said they will prioritize it. Believing that it is a priority, I thought the medicine is on the way. I have to call doctor and go to another pharmacy to get the medication since the one from BJRX has not arrived. When the medication finally came from them, the driver said, he/she was instructed that the medicine was not a priority. We also called to track the driver and we were told, they have no way to find out where the driver was. This is there second chance and never again. Full of bad review, even if it is under a new management, our facility will never use them again. Its worst than the last time. read more

If you care about your vaccine record accuracy, this is probably not the best choice for vaccine provider. While the staff seem very nice, this place is on a much smaller scale and very disorganized. Having taken my parents to Kaiser and other vaccine events, BJRX seems disorganized in comparison. Unbeknownst to most people, there are 2 BJRX pharmacies at the SAME building - one at the front (retail) and one at the back (long term care). For a long time, the government site schedules the appointment for the back BJRX but your arrival by address will lead to you to the front pharmacy, same name but a different legal entity and they seem to compete with each other for vaccine money. The front people are sick and tired of visitors walking to their pharmacy with an appointment, which is meant for the backside... However, there is virtually no signage to direct people. On my vaccine day, I arrived 5 min before appointment time, but they do not have dedicated line for appointment versus walk-up, so I ended up waiting for A LONG time for my turn while they let walk-up get in front of me. Given COVID, it's really silly to clustered up next to bunch of people in a slow-moving line while most people are not observing social-distancing. It makes one question why bother having an appointment at this location when walk-ups are treated with the same if not higher priority. In an ironic twist, the lady administering the shot was NOT wearing a mask and was actually coughing... But I am very sympathetic to her, because they left her outdoor with no heat. The backside pharmacy doesn't seem to get much sun exposure and it's very very chilly. Subsequent to my vaccination, the shot information never showed up at the government digital record site, so I had to spend a lot of time calling the government hotline and the pharmacy. The confusion between the front and back pharmacies, both named "BJRX Pharmacy," compounded the frustration. If you are getting a vaccine for the sake of the vaccine, then this place is probably OK. However, if your job or lifestyle require you to show digital records and proofs, then this is not your best option. The post-vaccine frustration is enormous. read more

I overheard their staff stating in line that people need to provide either health insurance or a social security # for a Covid-19 vaccine. THIS IS AGAINST POLICY - it says both on the Department of Homeland Security website, the CA MyTurn website, and countless of other resources that immigration status, employment status, underlying conditions, etc. cannot determine your eligibility. Nor can they make you pay for a vaccine. The only reason some places are doing this is bc they're able to recoup admin fees they can bill to both private insurers/the government. This obviously alienates and creates more barriers for those most impacted in the community and those less equipped to advocate for themselves. They should be ashamed for putting profits over the health and safety of their community. I would suggest to every person to stand their ground and demand a vaccine - they are not legally allowed to discriminate against anyone! read more

Got an appointment for my first covid vaccine at 5:55pm. Had to drive 2 hours to get here. I got stuck a bit in traffic and took me a little to find the place (a bit hidden door) so I arrived 8 late (6:03pm). They refused to give me the vaccine because they said they had already put it in the freezer, even though I told them my situation. So 4 hours for nothing. Why do they schedule appointments that late if they are going to close 5 minutes after their last appointment? Or they could have called me. Highly unprofessional. But also the place looked dirty and sketchy so maybe it's better this way. read more

BJRX Pharmacy was were my took my kids for their COVID shots. They seemed very organized and had multiple time slots to get vaccinated. The only issues I had was trying to get the State of California's digital card, which I am still working on and the other issue was if your the first appointment, than they are still setting up during your time slot. It wasn't bad. I appreciated their flexible schedules. read more

I'm gonna give them 4 stars I live 45 miles away and I always get my medication at the times they arrange my delivery time yes you can tell them what time works for you and they always courtesy call so no long waiting in drug store lines for me I'm happy with this service read more

This place takes too long! Doctor called my daughter medicine a hour before I went to pick it up and it still wasn't ready. Then I waited another hour and still wasn't ready. 10 minutes later she asks me for her insurance card. So that means she was never processing it until she asks me for the insurance information. I will never come here again. read more

Ok for starters I have clicked no stars, but I was forced to click at least one. Their delivery service stinks. We ordered prns for a client a week ago. Still not delivered as they waited till today to call the dr and he was not in today. I do believe her name I spoke with was Lan and all she could say was she was sorry as i have a patient without her pain meds as they screwed up again. Poor customer service. I asked several times what they were going to do to make sure this would not happen again. They were speechless. I hope everyone reads this reviews before using this service. read more
