I spoke with the pharmacy technician, Fernando, who helped me with my questions. Fernando impressed me with his politeness, concern, and ability to answer most of my questions. My primary concern was the price of the medication prescribed by my doctor, thinking that my cost would be lower due to my Medicare Part D prescription plan. Before I could ask Fernando about options to reduce the price of the medication, he offered to check for any discount programs that might help with the cost. Fernando definitely came through! The medication, which was initially priced at $199.00 for a one-month supply, ultimately cost me only $38.00. Thanks to Fernando's exceptional customer service skills and assistance, I saved $160.00, representing an 80% discount. Lastly, I visited on September 1st, which coincided with Labor Day. Both Fernando and the pharmacist on duty, Alex, were exceptional. I was particularly grateful for Alex's time and patience; he took the time to explain everything to me in clear terms. There's an undeniable joy that comes from witnessing employees genuinely appreciate and take pride in their roles, particularly in the dynamic world of retail. He was alone for the night shift and was getting ready to go home soon. He was taking care of the drive through, filling prescriptions, and managing the walk up counter and he did it with efficiency, knowledge, and kindness. The whole experience made me feel like I traveled back in time to a time when people knew each other and cared about each other. I was just traveling through but I felt as taken care of as the regular costumers. I was sad to hear he will be retiring in December, even though my hometown pharmacy is in SoCal. The community will be losing an excellent pharmacist.

We needed to make an order through Amazon and have it received at a locker and this location fit the bill. As soon as you walk inside, walk to your right and follow the perimeter of the store and you'll soon see them. It was easy for my husband to have the barcode scanned from his phone to get the locker to open. But the lady in front of us had trouble using the touch screen to try to get her package. Anyways, after we got our item, we decided to get some ice cream. We ended up getting: Double scoop of ice cream, $3.79- We opted to have this served in a bowl instead of a cone. We picked butter pecan and pistachio. The portion size of each scoop is pretty big and the ice cream was pretty good. What really surprised me is that for 2 large scoops, this was still cheaper than the single scoop that my husband and I had at Baskin Robbins the day before. You really can't beat good ol' Thrifty ice cream. But I do want to mention that you can't try a sample of the ice cream like you can at Baskin Robbins though. The one employee who helped us (he directed us to the Amazon Lockers when we first came in) with our ice cream was very nice and friendly. But the girl who initially helped us with the ice cream (and then switched places with this male employee for the register while he scooped up our ice cream) wasn't nearly as helpful or enthusiastic. Overall, we had a pretty positive experience and will definitely be back for some more ice cream in the near future.

As the owner, David, was walking out, I asked about what time they open the next day so I can come back to pick up my meds. He asked if I was just picking up or refilling my meds, and since I was just picking it up, he was kind to offer to go back in so he could get it for me. Technically, he didn't have to do that since they were already closed. I was so happy he saved me another trip, and at the same time, I was very thankful for the above and beyond service he provided. The kind of place I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The recommended CVS and I dropped off my prescription there the other day. I was unaware they closed at 6 and I think I got to the counter around 6:02 but they were nice enough to open up for me and take the prescription. They said they would fill it in the morning. I got a text message the next day and was able to pick up my prescription in the afternoon with no issues. They took my insurance information and it was quick and easy.. I really haven't been to this location in over a decade but when I was younger my parents lived near here so I would come occasionally for photo prints or Redbox. If that doesn't tell you how long it's been, I don't know what will. It doesn't seem like it's been updated in all that time but so far my recent experience has been good so I think I will keep using them for my pharmacy.

The store over the years has changed and has too much square footage for the what is being sold these days; but they still do have a wide selections of items for everyday purposes: snacks, personal/health care, toys, etc. for convenience shoppers. Customer service for the store is average but if you understand retail this store is under-staffed for its size. So it's really hard to say customer service is lacking when you see more staff in the pharmacy than the floor of the store at any time of the day!
