I have used Rite Aid for years and then on my recent doctor's visit they told me they were no longer able to select that pharmacy in their system because they had closed. The recommended CVS and I dropped off my prescription there the other day. I was unaware they closed at 6 and I think I got to the counter around 6:02 but they were nice enough to open up for me and take the prescription. They said they would fill it in the morning. I got a text message the next day and was able to pick up my prescription in the afternoon with no issues. They took my insurance information and it was quick and easy.. I really haven't been to this location in over a decade but when I was younger my parents lived near here so I would come occasionally for photo prints or Redbox. If that doesn't tell you how long it's been, I don't know what will. It doesn't seem like it's been updated in all that time but so far my recent experience has been good so I think I will keep using them for my pharmacy. read more

Had an incredible experience here that will cause me to never return and possibly wipe them from memory along with all cvs stores. This place is filthy. Crap all over the floor. Just a dirty pharmacy. No reason for it. And the store looks empty with product.

If I could give a negative review I would. One guy working and a line wrapped around the building. We had gone in to pick up prepaid photos, after waiting for 15 mins with no acknowledgment we asked the guy if there was anyway he could grab them for us. He rudely brushed us off and told us he is the only one there besides the supervisor. The supervisor was nowhere to be found. She eventually came out and started at the other register to cut the line down. While still waiting we witnessed a group of teenagers walk out holding handfuls of merchandise that they didn't pay for. The employee saw the group and let it go. Eventually once the line was done the "supervisor" finally came over and we told her they were prepaid for. After taking 6 minutes to find them she argued with us basically calling us liars about paying for them on the mobile app. She took them over to the register to ring them up and said "oh I guess all I had to do was ring you up to see it was paid for" once I received the envelope it's specifically said order was paid online in bright red writing. To be clear, this is a CVS, not Nordstroms, Macy's or even Safeway. You won't get outstanding customer service, mostly because they sell things that people rush in to get: over the counter medication, cosmetics, candy, snacks and adult beverages. I understand that a long time ago this was a Longs, but consumerism and capitalism took its toll on Longs and thus enters CVS. My friends and I headed over to CVS one night because we needed beverages and snacks. They have a pretty good selection of beverages, marked up of course but it's all about supply and demand! Items are property arranged and the store is fairly clean. They even have a photo center (no one behind the counter, but still). They had a pretty extensive candy aisle and other random things you never know when you'll need. Did I mention the Justin Beiber toothbrush or the Jersey Shore Snooki pen they had on display? There was only one person on the registry but you can't really be too picky. I've always had some small issues when I go to any CVS drugstore. Just get in, get out and be on your way. read more

I frequent CVS often in Stockton and the customer service is awesome. Staff in pharmacy is always kind. This location though, not at all. Twice I've been here to get my children's pediatric shots seeing as it was here or Manteca; both times I've dealt with two different women and both were extremely snappy and rude. I cannot stand this place they don't have much of a selection of anything. CVS Pharmacy - Looks but decent - Drugstores Near Me - LODI, California

I went to this location because I was in a hurry and needed to pick up McDonald's (which is across the street) on the same trip because we were leaving lodi soon. I arrive a few minutes before 8 am an see the sign say they open at 8. It's 802 nobody's around. 803 a worker arrives and has to call inside to try and get in. 805 finally a girl comes to the door and opens it. Rather than greying the customer that has been waiting, she greets the coworker. I get the one item I came here for and go to pay.. the two girls are having a conversation and completely ignore me then the girl finally logs on to the register and looks at me like can no help you. Then notices the item on the counter. She rings me up. Continues her conversation and hands me the receipt. She then turns around and continues her conversation. I had to reach around the glad to get my item. This place has zero customer service. Or at least the two girls that opened. read more

CVS lacks all that made Longs one of my weekly shopping spots. Prices have all increased while customer service has decreased. I was in line for over 10 minutes while the manager sat in his office. After my 10 minute wait I was overcharged for 2 boxes of cereal. They were 2 for $5 on sale with card and I was charged 3.99 a box. The girl sent me to the photo department where I waited another 5 minutes. The manager gave me no apology and looked at me as though I was lying. He checked the price and said "O look it's an old sign" while he pointed out the small date. He then said he was going to take care of me and acted as if he was doing me a favor by giving me the price that was on the cereal. The whole ordeal took over 20 mins. On my way out I noticed he still only charged me correctly for 1 box of cereal. I gave up, I will not be back to this store. read more

Went to have a prescription filled for a family member that had been discharged from the hospital. Couldn't find a parking spot anywhere in the parking lot. There was some festival going on in downtown and they let everyone park there. Except their customers. I took the prescription to Walmart. Called the manager to complain- she didn't care. Said it happened every year and could I call her district manager to complain? Are you kidding?I don't expect much from CVS, but I do expect to park my car and pick up the prescription. Checker was a nice kid. I needed formula for the baby. The formula was 29 dollars in store. I checked on cvs web site for the price, 27.00. I asked for the on line price. Checker asked the store mgr for the cvs price match and was denied. I won't shop at cvs at the Lodi ave anymore. It's really dirty and looks like a dump. I work near the CVS on Lodi Ave and frequent this location for CVS quite often. I am done! Every time I need to purchase my sinus medication I pull the product tab....wait in line at the pharmacy...and inevitably they are out of the product I want! I miss Longs Drugs. I went in today before work for some tampons to be exact! And I'm a nurse I walked in there with my little brown backpack in which I have my wallet and personal belongings. As soon as I walk in the white lady with short hair in the cashier area decides to make a comment "we should call security she has a backpack" which I cleary heard. I went straight to the feminine isle got my tamps and went straight to the cashier and so she scanned my item and I paid for it because I do work and have money to buy it. As I'm walking out the door she says "I think I heard a beep do you have something in your bag" and I couldn't believe what I was hearing because there was no beep from the door or alarm ! So I walked over to the counter and told her to look in my bag and tell me what I stole I was literally in that store for less than 2 minutes I didn't even roam around just straight to what I needed and left. This lady made me feel uncomfortable. And trying to accuse me of stealing. Lady I know you know who I am or probably remember.. I'm a full time nurse and I'm 21 on top of that I was wearing scrubs like come on I understand if I was a hooligan or looked ragedy.
