Wow. I tried to come here shortly after they opened a little while back and sadly was turned away. I am soooo glad I came back and sampled the food. Without a doubt the finest basil fried rice I have ever tasted! I also tried the pad SE ew and it was stunning! I thought I would miss what was in the spot before but absolutely not! If you want an explosion of flavor you need to get yourself here right now! All the other highly reviewed Thai places will quickly be forgotten, of this I can assure you. They hit the medium level of spice right on the nose, and I have no doubt it would be authentic Thai hot if I asked for it. The only caveat is that this isn't the best place to come for beer/cocktails, but honestly the food more than makes up for it, and that is how it should be! I would have driven across town to have this flavor, and since it is nearby you better believe I will do everything in my power to make sure they succeed here. Fantastic Thai restaurant with a spacious patio -- this has become our new go-to restaurant in the pandemic. The cocktails are spot-on, the dishes are consistently excellent, and service is good. I love their green curry, my husband is a fan of their rolls. My only criticism: Why would they play a commercial radio station over the speaker system when there are ad-free streaming music services?? It's just tacky and annoying. I was really excited to find this place and go with a group of friends. Being able to have the choice of Thai and Sushi is the best of both worlds when the friend group wants different foods. The restaurant had a great ambiance for a weekday and was playing great music. The interior decoration of the restaurant made it feel like a very instagrammable restaurant. As for the food, I had the Tom Yum soup, and Pad Thai and my boyfriend had sushi rolls. My friends also had sushi/sashimi and a Thai tea. I really enjoyed the flavor of my Tom Yum soup, it really had that lime flavor that I like with chunks of chicken and tomato. The Pad Thai I ordered came out looking like a masterpiece but sadly it was too sweet for my liking and couldn't finish it.If you like a tangy pad Thai this might not be the dish for you. The sushi my boyfriend had was delicious. Both of our rolls met our expectations but our friends were really impressed by how refreshing the salmon sashimi was. The Thai tea my friend had also had an icecream like flavor. Our service also met expectations but it did get very busy as it got later and got harder to flag down our server. New place in East Nash. My first time eating there and it will not bemy last. My hubby and I love Thai food and sushi and this may become our new go-to place! Khaow soi curry dish was yummy! Sauce was one of the best curry sauces I have had. Could have used more shrimp and veggies and I didn't care for the pickles in the dish, but still oversll really good. The sushi was also yummy. Tasted clean and fresh. And the rolls were stuffed with a good helping of the good stuff! Nice portions. Loved the mini oasis the restaurant created for outdoor diners as well. Sushi was okay not the best, the fried rice was super good though. However one of the servers was very rude, she had an attitude when we were waiting for our check. Was looking forward to finally finding an authentic pad Thai noodle dish in Nashville but that was just another American-ized Thai dish with way too much sweet sauce. Good food but bad service. We were a party of 6 (with one being a two year old) and I was already a little worried when the waitress came with no notepad. We all placed our orders and waited an okay amount of time. Everyone's food came out but mine. We waited ten minutes and then got our waitress who said it would be coming out soon. We waited and every ten minutes she'd say it'd be out soon. We had an event planned for after and we were worried about being late. After 45 minutes, I finally got my food. It was very good and the waitress even said she'd take it off the receipt. We got the checks and one, she didn't take it off and two, we were charged for an extra miso soup we didn't order. Food was good not great - was delivered in scattered increments. Two soups were ordered as appetizers and they were delivered 15-20 minutes apart. One meal was received for one member of my party 25 minutes before the rest of the order. Ordered simple cucumber and avocado roll and it took over an hour to come to the table. On top of this, the music was insanely loud and we were practically shouting across the table to hear each other (music wasn't good anyways). The management needs to figure out how to balance to-go orders and in house orders. My opinion is that I would give this place another shot and am rooting for them to be successful but they need to figure out their logistics. read more

First time ordering take out. Everything was "off", perhaps we caught them on a bad night. The spring rolls had a plastic taste. The soup was very salty. The spicy tuna roll had an odd smoky taste. Even the salad dressing left a bad taste in our mouth - (not a ginger dressing I guess). We are apart of the clean plate club and we threw quite a bit out. I never write reviews but for $76 I wouldn't go back. I hate to write a bad review on a small business but they need to know. The sushi was pretty gross. It's mostly fried and cream cheese options so in an effort to go lighter I went with the sashimi. What I got were giant slabs of low quality fish with terrible taste and bones still in it. The rolls we ordered were not good either. The few Thai options that we had were okay.
