Half bucket Med wings...excellent
Tom M.

The quality and consistency of this location is just gone. The past couple of times we have ordered, the food has just not been good. I specifically ask for the wings to be cooked extra crispy every time and they never are anymore. No one likes soggy wings. This was never a problem in the past. If they were cooked correctly they always stayed crispy during the 5min drive home. For a place that prides itself on Buffalo...these wings have become a sad representation. Tonight our LG NY style pepperoni and onion pizza was sparsely topped and extremely greasy. Barely any pepperoni and minimal onion. They used to load their pizzas up with toppings. What gives Bisonte? The quality of the food, especially the wings, used to justify the cost...now that that's gone...why go back?

Five Stars, believe it! I got the large meat lovers, wow, out of this world good. Me and my family have tried so many different pizza joints in Charlotte, Fort Mill and Rock Hill. This place comes out of top and it's not even close! Trust every good review you've read, this place is legit. All the meats are fresh and the spices are savory and the crust is just amazing. You might pay a little more, the 16 inch (large) was $30 bucks but I think it's more than worth it. Be sure you allow at least 40 minutes on game day, they are very busy. They have a real nice patio when the weather is nice. Plenty of free parking.

Basic hole in the wall pizza joint. Service was solid and pizza came straight from the oven. Pepperoni has a bit of a kick to it. They didn't have specialty pizza by the slice. No frills joint with great service.

This was my first order and I am very disappointed! The pizza tastes like it looks. Dry, I purposely ordered the "buffalo style." It's supposed to be double cheese and double sauce. Hmm! You decide! And Garlic sticks.

First time from Bisonte Pizza . Ordered the Meat Lovers 17 inch. The Pepperoni was great and there was a lot of it but just a sprinkling of a little sausage - I didn't see any other meat . Ordered a Caesar salad that was weak at best. Had a few tomatoes in it and 4 big croutons? I would try a pizza again but not 29.99 for the Meat Lovers without all meat ! Not too sure about this place !

My dining mate and I decided to try the New York style pizza and wings which this restaurant is famous for as is the other 2 Bisonte Pizza Co also located in other parts of Charlotte, The staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant clean and bright with outside seating, The menu features N.Y and Buffalo style pizza as well as wings, salads, hot and cold subs ,fresh cut fries, mozzarella sticks, a variety of specialty pizzas , wings and sauces. One may dine in, carry out, get delivery plus catering offered. We liked the thin crust New York style pizza which was the closest we tasted to New York pizza. The wings we tried were very good but some tasted a bit over fried, wings were slathered with our selection of a tasty bourbon bbq sauce and a side of blue cheese and ranch dressing. I had asked where the celery sticks were and the manager said the cost of celery was to pricey and the quality of celery poor so they stopped using celery in the restaurants. Somehow I didn't see the reason of dipping in the the well sauced wings into another sauce. We would return to try the Buffalo style pizza ( a thicker crust ). Note: no prices on the paper glossy menu, one needs to scan the code reader on the menu to their cell phone. However the staff was able to verbally tell us the prices of what we wanted.

Sausage ...pepperoni and mushrooms!!!!

Very good......pizza is solid and this location has been consistent. Will try the wings soon.

The pizza is good if you like a doughy crust. What really shines is the wings. I have tried several flavors, and they are all quite tasty.

Very clearly the best late night pizza option in Charlotte. May just be the absolute best pizza…read moreoption period. We stopped in here for a weeknight late bite when our options were somewhat limited. Thankfully at that hour, street parking in NoDa wasn't too bad, we got a spot just off the main drag. Slices here are GIGANTIC, one is easily about 3 standard slices of pizza, or two normal NY size slices. We got a pepperoni and a cheese. The pepperoni had nice kick to them and the cheese was a high quality. You had to let the pepperoni grease drain onto your plate a bit, but that is expected. The thing that makes both slices so good is the garlic butter bath all around the crust that you can see them doing in the kitchen. Not just that, but the texture in the crust will make even non-crust lovers think again. You're basically left with big doughy garlic butter breadsticks. Definitely a 5 on taste. My only complaint, and I'm sure it is partly by design to keep people from staying long, the stools you can sit on to enjoy your pizza inside the restaurant are THE WORST I have ever placed my derrier on. Even for 15 minutes, it wasn't just uncomfortable, it was painful. It took me a couple blocks to start walking correctly again. Might as well just get rid of them and have people stand to eat. Terrible. Almost knocked a star off for it, that bad. Regardless of the world's worst stools, I would come back for more pizza and just plan on not eating it there.

Loved the layout with seating inside and the open window out front, very inviting! Will add, best eaten fresh as when taken back to our hotel, it did lose its crispiness! A couple of bites is all ya need to prepare for their delicious pizzas. My go to is light on the Pepperoni Well Done (important) and a side of hot honey sauce and a side of plain honey. Because the hot stuff ain't no joke- I have to turn down the spice by mixing the two. Then it's like the best Sweet and Salty you can dream of then the heat kicks you in the face in the best way. To top it off don't even think about leaving before you have one of their brown butter chocolate chip cookies! They are ridiculous and a must. If no room in your belly make sure to get one to go and you can heat it up to perfection when you get home.

The reason we came in to order to-go was because we weren't happy with the Door-Dash delivery of same last time. The pizza just didn't travel well. This time with our to-go order it traveled a bit better and was fresher. We think it would be even better (4 stars) if we dined in. We also had a nice salad of mixed greens with dried cherries and the like, but it didn't come tossed. The dried cherries were in one corner, the onions in another ... you get the idea. Tossing would have made it easier to eat on-the-go. But the service people were very nice, and the store was clean and roomy with a semi-open kitchen. We'd give this place another try next time when dining in.

Review for Pizza Baby…read more After a relaxing Vinyasa yoga class and sound bath at The Coterie Wellness one evening, I found myself hungry--and conveniently, Pizza Baby had just opened in the same complex. Perfect timing. Since it was still new, the restaurant wasn't very busy, and I decided to grab a table outside. The outdoor seating was lovely--relaxed, comfortable, and a great way to unwind after a wellness session. I'm a sucker for thin-crust pizza, especially when it's hand-tossed and thoughtfully prepared, so one item immediately caught my eye: the rosemary pizza with hot honey. Sold. I added Italian sausage to the pizza and paired it with a fresh green salad (I can never resist a good Green Goddess dressing). Yes, it was a little on the pricey side, but the quality matched the cost--and I was genuinely pleased with my choices. The crust was thin and flavorful, the toppings were balanced, and the hot honey added just the right touch of sweetness and heat. This is definitely a place I'd return to--next time with friends--so we can share a few different pizzas and appetizers and really explore the menu. A few practical notes: * Parking is generally easy since the restaurant shares a lot with neighboring businesses in the complex * There are several nearby spots, including a wine bar and entertainment venues, which make the area feel lively * There was some early parking congestion when a nearby church held services, but the situation has since been addressed with signage and coordinated parking solutions It's nice to see businesses and community partners working together to make things run smoothly. There's also another location of Pizza Baby that I plan to visit, which speaks to how positive my first experience was. Bottom line: Great thin-crust pizza, pleasant outdoor seating, and a convenient stop after yoga or an evening out. A solid addition to Charlotte's growing food scene--and absolutely worth checking out. And if you're already in the area for a class or wellness session, it makes for the perfect post-workout reward.

The pizza was completely inedible. A quart of tomato sauce sat on top of turned-soggy bread,…read moresurrounded by burnt crust. And it wasn't even that hot. It had been sitting there under the lights for too long. Because the place was busy, and we do have empathy for how hard servers work, we did not send it back or say anything. Just ate as much as we could The meatball appetizer was small and not overly flavorful--a lot for $14, just to add that in. Also, many of the appetizers are cheese-type dishes, which feels like a bit much if you're already there for pizza. Why PB puts SO much sauce on their pies, I don't know. They could save a few dollars by cutting the amount in half. Maybe their other pies are not as soggy, and the fact that margherita pies have a more watery cheese is a factor. Still, we nearly had to eat it like soup. The service was fine--could've been a little more attentive. But there are a dozen other pizzerias in Charlotte that are much better.

Their patio is so fun, the street you overlook is pretty chill so there weren't a lot of cars or noise. The area has good enough traffic for decent people watching, that's always fun. Our server was so funny and cool. I wish I could remember his name, but he was having a good convo with the person I was with about basketball and it was just really nice. It felt like I was home on my couch hanging with friends. It's such a cool chill place. I loved the pizza, olives app and the old fashioned. It was nice to actually meet the owner too, he is the person who greeted us when we walked in and he was really nice. This place just seems like a good neighborhood spot. If I lived closer I'd probably go a lot more often. Great spot!!
