Keep in mind that I had this appointment scheduled 2 weeks in advance - nothing crazy, just a water heater inspection + flush, but an opportunity to build a relationship and offer recommendations which leads to additional services. They at least offered to reschedule for a later day in the week -BUT- with little regard for the fact that I took time away from my busy schedule to have a set appointment. Needless to say that I won't be using their services (nor recommending them). Don't get stuck like me, take a day off of work to accommodate, and have them cancel last minute!

This mistake costed me over $1000 to fix. I was reimbursed the initial payment of the installation, but not the two converters and the repair man that I had to have fix it. They took over 5 days to get the electric hooked up right. We have been without the camper heater since the first install. They refuse to reimburse any further. I would never hire them again. The company's morals are not for me.

He said the quoting tech works off sales and has been occasionally selling liners to people that don't absolutely need one. Super... When we tried to get the difference back between how much we were into the job and what we already paid for our down payment, it was said to me that I was trying to get away with something and in a nut shell calling me a liar. Even the Vice President was difficult to work with and was pulling at straws to get more money out of us. We finally got our refund back after over a month of fighting with them. I wouldn't touch this company with a ten foot pole.
