I stopped in here for lunch as I had to make a quick trip to Winston. I was happy to see a Biscuitville! The dining room was clean. They have a 99.0 sanitation grade posted. The restroom was clean. The cashier was friendly. My order was correct. My biscuit was good. However, My order took forever. I only purchased one biscuit. It seemed like they were focused more on the drive thru.

My first time to biscuitville and just no way it will be my last. I'm Already deciding when I should go next week because there are so many things on the menu I wanna try. Also, get the ranch. Just do it.

Sooooooo good, every SINGLE time!! My personal favorite is their "bacon biscuit" with a hash brown-- I truly wish I was a billionaire so I could get 400 hash browns as my side when I went... they're amazing & crispy & perfect. I seriously love every item I order from this Biscuitville & I appreciate how fast-paced their drive-thru is even on weekends!

Bacon, eggand cheese biscuit w/ hashbrown Amazing!

Staff is great, ambience is charming. It's a cool spot with good people. The food was pretty hit or miss. The loaded tots seemed interesting, but really...the just end up a little greasy and kind of unnecessary. Overall flavor is mudled and you don't really get anything by throwing duck on tots. I was hoping it would be one of those dishes that just magically work and are fantastic...but eh, kind of a let down. We also shared a bunch of other dishes. The pimento cheese sandwich was tasty but really hard to eat (the cheese pours out of it). We had their pasta, the duck sandwich (again. It was ok. Not great) the grain bowls seemed enjoyable, etc. We also got some desserts to share. The bourbon bread pudding again, was a pretty big let down. There was generally nothing bourbon about it. The chocolate tart was ok. The food wasn't bad, it just felt like some key items that they seemed to use to elevate their menu as a whole were just misses. But there are absolutely some solid dishes on the menu. The price is also a little high for what you get.

I waited longer than expected for "it's already made," and I'm pretty sure I was lied to and had to wait on a re-fire, which came with the gravy inconspicuously on the side this time, but the service was friendly nonetheless. First, the hospitality is top notch. Located in a historic home that sits in the National Register of Historic Places, the restaurant has a classic feel that is well accompanied by a very polite, welcoming staff. The food was spectacular. We ordered the bread service, with the add-on bacon jam and tomato tapenade. The bacon jam is good enough to put on anything and it will taste amazing. We also ordered a delicious Caesar salad to spit. Both were so good I didn't get a chance to take a picture before we started eating. For our main course, my daughter ordered the braised pork shank from the regular menu and loved it. The pork itself was ridiculously fork-tender and the candied cabbage was an incredible sweet counterbalance to the savory sauce. Easily a 9/10 dish. For me, I ordered the Duck, which was perfectly cooked (rare), a great sear, and seasoned incredibly. I was torn on whether the star of the dish was the duck or the accompanying Brussel sprouts. Regardless, a very solid 8/10. The restaurant was very kind to gift us dessert for our special occasion. I had a very happy 10 year old when she saw the dessert plate arrive. However, I think it's worth it to get all 4 and find your tastes! My main dish of the Braised Pork Shank was plentiful - so much food!! The meat came right off the bone. I wish the red cabbage was plated with the meal (it came on the side in a bowl), but otherwise, it was a splendid meal. It also made for great leftovers the next day! The blueberry limoncello crisp had such a good flavor combo! The lemon was on the more sour side, but I still liked it. The sweet cream is chef's kiss! The service was very friendly!! Our waitress was kind, and she checked in at good intervals. There were some weird changes in lighting throughout the meal. We wish the lighting had stayed dimmed in the room we were in, but it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, a great place and a great meal for a date night! My husband and I had a lovely time.

This is a solid restaurant with much to offer in the brunch/breakfast area - an area that has become popular and chic, and it almost always means much will be expensive, usual very expensive considering the less than costly menu ingredients that drive food choices here, and other such brunch spots. Brunch is seen as more than just a meal for some folks who are all into what is trendy, and restaurant are aware of this and prices are raised due to the "experience" element! I have tried several items here including their version of Huevos Rancheros (not a fan of how they make it, pulled pork is a party foul), the Eggs Benedict (decent but over priced for sure, $17 with bacon added), and several Omelette choices, can reach $15. This is obviously a popular spot in downtown Winston, but I find it generally overpriced, loud, and the service is inconsistent. I like a good adventure, but somethings simply are not worth the cost! Note that the prices for individual items are written, very lightly with no $ sign to the right of the item. This is done intentionally to make the customer pay less attention to what they spending. Many restaurants are using some form of this approach!
