Recent visits haven't been the greatest, particularly with the wait and also a couple of wrong orders given. The weekends still hold a line that curves around the parking lot, so that is kind of given. But the wait during random ordinary times during the week is a head scratcher. I feel I go more than enough but always seems to be someone different taking my order - not sure if that's an overall reasoning or a part of the wait. A couple visits, my order had been completely wrong (one time they told me to keep the entire bag of the wrong order they gave me, I guess it makes sense they couldn't take that food back from me), another time two items of my meal were wrong and didn't know until I got home and opened the wrapping. I didn't go inside but just through the drive thru but all the employees I talked to and interacted with were very friendly. I am picky especially about bacon. I don't understand how someone eats bacon that is chewy or floppy. I ordered the ultimate bacon biscuit with crispy bacon. 26 SEP...In town for Wake Forest football game. This is a first for both of us, we had seen signs for Biscuitville along the highway on previous trips. I know that I thought it was some sort of local play on a concept, didn't realize what a big chain it is overall (82 locations!). My overall impression is that if Bob Evans had a shorter, less fully formed sibling it would be Biscuitville. The decor even reminds you of a Bob Evans, corporate "rustic" complete with stock photos of people enjoying rural life. We both got combos, the wife got sausage/egg with fries (I had envy on the fries). I got chicken and hash brown. It was overall a solidly executed fast food breakfast, nothing special but also nothing wrong with any particular item. I thought the biscuit was pretty decent, not the best I've had but would certainly eat it again. The service was good, cashier pleasant and food came out quickly. We are in a space of economic time where two basic combo meals at a fast food place runs you $17. I understand that has little to do with federal executive power and all to do with global markets in a capitalist system. Biscuitville has 5K folks to pay wages to and the bosses need boats and golf clubs. If we were local we would likely come back. read more

Dropped into the drive-thru line at this location for a quick breakfast fill-up, so I cannot advise about the interior. But the staff members I encountered were super nice, friendly, prompt and accurate in their work, more so than at the B'ville location I normally visit. Can I bring a few of these staff members back with me? Bonus points for being given a larger beverage than I ordered also. These Greensboro folks seem especially generous! My order was a simple one. Sausage and egg biscuit, hash browns, half-and-half tea. The quality of the food was exactly what I've come to expect from this chain. Far from fancy, but it's simple and hits the spot. I just think several other fast food providers have a more favorable biscuit. Otherwise, their food is comparable to there competitors.

Let me just start this by saying that I created a yelp account solely to make this review. The cashier named Matthew (bigger guy with short dark hair) first took our order at the till, when he commented on my friend's order. He said she was "being difficult", and while in a joking manner, was still quite an odd thing to say. Then he insinuated we were a couple, and when we informed him that was not the case, he persisted saying that were weren't a couple "yet". Later after we had received our food and were in the dining room, he approached us asking if the "alternative goth couple" needed anything, once again trying to imply we were dating even though we have already explained we are not. Then when we said we didn't need anything, he told us about the survey we could take for a free sausage biscuit. He followed this up by saying "since you both look vaguely homeless, you could probably use the free biscuit". My friend, being offended said "what the fuck?" and he responded "do not curse at me ma'am, I would never do that to you", we quickly finished our food to get out of there as soon as possible. Highly inappropriate comments from the employee, and made us very uncomfortable the whole time. This ruined my image of biscuitville, and will never return to this location. Tis' the season for warm cinnamon goodies and when I saw the sign in the drivethru at Biscuitville that the "Cinnamon Swirl" was in I had to try it. I love it! But let me warn you, this cinnamon roll is RICH and packed with sugar. I jumped out the window and ordered two of these (And ate both of them) with my coffee and OMG... I am on a sugar hiiiigggghhhhhh!!! I couldn't wait to get to some water so that I can get myself together this morning. They were so good though! I am the type of person that does not like a lot of icing on my cinnamon roll because I actually like to taste the pastry itself. I can actually do without it. The cinnamon rolls a Biscuitville are soft on the inside and a tad bit crispy on the outside. Lightly glaze on the top and it has an abundance of cinnamon in the middle, which I love. They come out super hot but listen, one is enough lol. Or just eat the other one later if you grab two of these. Don't drag me but I think they might be better than the ones at Cinnabon, MAINLY because of the light icing. Some have already disagreed with me because the icing is their favorite part. This place is the first we stopped at when we arrived. We were all a little "hangry " due to the red eye flight into N.C. From Dallas. Anyway we pulled up and the line was long(that's a good sign) after 26 minutes in line we pull up and order a Ultimate Bacon Biscuit, (no egg )Bologna cheese and Hashbrown biscuit and an Ultimate sausage biscuit with a side of short stacked Pancakes. All were well stacked biscuits and the price was great. The Bacon was well cooked not too crispy and not soggy either. The sausage had great taste and all the biscuits were soft and fluffy and browned to perfection. On the other hand The pancakes, though fluffy and tasty were over cooked and dry.. all in all the food was great tasting and well priced for a Cali boy it was dirt cheap. The three stars are for the customer service. The drive through was slow and confusing. "First we were told they were out of Bacon so I changed my order, then when I finished they found some bacon so she had to do the whole order all over again.. then guess what??? " NO BACON " a man yells in the back ground over the loud speaker. Time to Re-do the whole order again. Ok ordered and we're good get to the window... we found some unfrozen bacon if you want to change your order.. Yes please !! Ok Pull to the front the manager says... 6 cars in the drive through pass us before I go in. 10 minutes later and I get my order as I watch 3 couples order bacon biscuits and sit down and eat while still waiting to even get my food. Finally got the food no apology sorry for the wait just for you. The whole encounter took 35 minutes of my life just to get a fast food meal. Uhmmm that's not fast food. Long story Short good food totally not worth the 30 min wait however if there is no drive thru line when you get there or nobody's inside.. if your food is fresh and they know what they have and don't have that day, it will be pretty darn good. The common fast food name is biscuitville in the area. So since we've passed so many signs for business, we figured that we try them for breakfast as we leave the state. We arrived early and there wasn't a line surrounding the place, so getting in and out was easy. With most of the menu being biscuit sandwiches, just getting my protein preference was the true decision. I went with the fried chicken biscuit, with a hash brown, and the food came out pretty quick. The sandwich was a good size, and the biscuit was hot and crisp. A friend of ours got the sausage and egg biscuit,and said that the egg was real and fresh, I found that pretty unique, I didn't see the sandwich to get a picture. I would visit another biscuitville if I were to come across another when traveling for a quick sandwich! read more

With me being handicapped now it's hard for me to go inside and stand to get my order. The drive threw is my best bet. Almost every time I come here the drive threw is lined up 10/20 cars deep and it doesn't move. I can't sit here for 30 minutes or longer waiting so I just go somewhere else. Sad day. Biscuitville has always been a staple. A one tu.e bad experience at a place I frequent is forgivable, but when it becomes the norm there should be some changes. Today is Saturday. This is THE most popular day of the week at Biscuitville. Always lines. Always a wait. And it has, until now, always been worth it. We showed up at noon. We stood in line and placed our order. Nothing special, nothing unusual. Once we got into the "wait for your food line", you started hearing everyone complaining about the wait, over 20 minutes. Then people were getting incorrect orders. Since the 60s, I have always seen a "take charge" manager steering the team behind the counter at every Biscuitville i have visited. Not here. Noone was looking at orders, the grille tops, or organizing the team to get ahead of their customers. They were reacting. The problem with that was they were reacting at least 20 minutes after the order was placed. This is not a sit down dining experience. It is fast food breakfast. This kind of delay certainly does not qualify as fast food. And this is not the first time we have experienced this type of delay at this particular location. It's just the straw that broke the camel's back. In our case, my meal was supposed to have scrambled eggs. 34 minutes and two requests for our food later we gave up. We asked for our money back. That took an additional 10 minutes waiting for a special someone to come from the back of the restaurant. After a full 44 minutes, there was still no food and worse- NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE! In fact, they acted annoyed at having to go through the process of returning our money. This will be our last time visiting this location for sure and I am not sure any Biscuitville location will ever be my first choice in the future. These folks have the drivethrough DOWN PAT! I went through with four separate orders. The order was taken quickly and accurately, and the young man at the window provided us with two carrying bags for our individual orders, then asked us bag by bag which condiments we'd like. My brother was in town last weekend and we had heard that Biscuitville had delicious biscuits. So while he was out grabbing a couple things he picked up breakfast for our house. We bought some breakfast biscuits and cinnamon rolls, hash browns etc. when he brought the food back, I grabbed mine and went to my office to handle some things. As I was working, I took a few bites from my food. On my third bite I bit into a very long hair that was imbedded in my breakfast biscuit. I immediately spit it out and felt disgusted. I came downstairs and threw away the rest of the food he brought for my wife and kids. I was so disappointed. Made me feel as though conditions in the kitchen must be unsanitary... Very grossed out. Terrible drive thru experience very slow. I ordered off the menu nothing special. I pulled up to the window paid and then was asked to pull over and park and my food would be brought out to me. I hate this it's supposed to be fast food hence the drive thru. If they didn't have what I ordered ready why not tell me before I paid? I have never had a problem or issue with this location for the past 15 years until today. We waited almost 30 min for them to bring our food out to the car for oatmeal, sweet tea and another grilled chicken, egg and cheese English muffin. I finally went inside to see half of the workers on their phones and laughing. I had to wait another 10 min and They gave me a refund but told me I would have to wait another 8-10 minutes if I wanted to get the English muffin. Not to add the first "grilled chicken egg English muffin" that we received in line turned out to be a fried chicken biscuit. So I took the oatmeal and sweet tea and left. I decided to stop by in route through North Carolina on my way to Virginia for breakfast. I knew nothing about this restaurant except for a few reviews on yelp, so I decided to give it a try. It wasn't as busy as I thought it would be, which is a plus because I was able to order my food at the drive-through and be on my way to get back on the road. I ordered the ultimate sausage biscuit, hashbrowns, a strawberry muffin, and a lemonade and tea mixture that was the bomb... everything I ordered was delicious and I wish I ate it slower to savor the taste a little more because that was the best breakfast sandwich I have had in a while from a fast food restaurant. I really wish we had a Biscuitville in Georgia, but since we don't I'm going to make it my duty to stop at this location again on my next road trip, and I highly recommend it if you're riding past also. read more

I came to this location yesterday and got a sausage egg and cheese combo. I received the correct order but when I got to work the biscuit was hard and the egg and cheese was even harder. It looked like it was sitting there since the opened. I called and spoke to the manager and returned today to have the order replaced from yesterday. I added on a honeybun which you would think I would not be charged for since the first order was messed up, but I was. Then they left it out of my order I had to go back and get it only to get to my car and see the wrong egg was on it again even after I my order was read back to me. I'm going to just stick to the biscuitville on Gate City or just go to Biscuit King read more

They have a really good lcation on Wendover..it's a lot of fun for the kids come hang out watching make biscuits while they wait for the food. Clean place nice bathrooms drive-thru.. only problem is there only happen to 130 on weekends. read more

I just left this location called multiple times so I could discuss my issue but no answer. I ordered a #5 combo. A spicy chicken and honey biscuit. Simple two ingredients this is the second time getting the sandwich with no honey. From this location and another one. Don't advertise that it comes with honey and the employees are in such a rush or just careless to leave off something in the title. I was going to ask for some honey packets for that exact reason but I felt so rush out the way I just pulled off. The woman had my drink hanging out the window before I pulled up. I went in and the restaurant was slammed busy as was the drive thru but that did not stop the staff from fulfilling orders both quickly and accurately which is quite refreshing as many other restaurants will slow down or screw up the orders.
