So when we drove past it during this weekend's trip to Peoria, AZ, I knew this was where we would be dining for at least one morning! These biscuits are the right biscuits--you know the difference if you've ever had good and not so good biscuits. Mr. got biscuits and gravy to try the sausage gravy and it was super! Really good seasonings and sausage flavor. Not too much pepper which is a frequent risk with white southern gravy. One more thing I absolutely must call out. If you're like me and love the idea of a flight so you can test out many flavors--mimosas, margaritas, cinnamon rolls, donuts, bacon, french toast, are just a few of the flights I remembered from the menu. This place has a minimum of one flight per category. This calls out to my "try everything" spirit. Hope it calls out to yours too! The flavor seemed a little off. I narrowed it down to the coleslaw which tasted like a mix of vinegar and chipotle. It does have spice but IMO it is not good. The second taco I deconstructed and ate just the shrimp, avocado and jalapeños. My fries were good but they didn't go with tacos very well. My son had the fruity pebbles French toast. He said it tasted salty he made it a griddle for $6.50 more. Seems a bit steep for two eggs and a sausage but what do I know? The service was on point as it always is. The restaurant wasn't very busy but it was early evening.
