Just had a fine experience until my 4 year old son got GUM stuck to his baseball uniform from our table. No one but the server apologized. Nothing was done to assist. Our bill was extensive for a large group and we were kind even after this incident. The least a manager could have done was come to the table and apologize. What an AWFUL experience. read more

This was our first time here. Jenna our server was very welcoming and answered our questions. One of my favorite things is Corned Beef.I asked if it was made in the restaurant and it was. Biscuits has a wonderful gluten free waffle! Unfortunately, they make it nearly impossible to get. I tried to order online and there isn't an option for gf. I called the store...no answer. I'll be honest, while the food here is pretty good, we come for Stephanie. She is THE best server and will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. She makes you feel like family when you come and will remember you when you return. I am glad I didn't check the reviews before our visit, as they are fairly low, but I am happy to bring some sunshine to this collection of drab reviews. My husband and I stopped in for breakfast on Friday or Saturday morning. My mom took me to the Beardsley location some years ago and I remembered the food was pretty good. We walked in to a packed dining room, but the wait was short. We were seated in a nice booth and immediately greeted by our waitress with waters and the promise of coffee. Biscuits has some coffee drinks listed on the table card, but the nitro is no longer available. The cold brew was a good substitute. We ordered heartily and enjoyed every bite of our meals. The country fried steak and eggs was fresh and cooked to order. Great flavor and just the right size portion. My hubs had an order of scrambled eggs, french toast and bacon. The bacon was excellent. Thick and crispy. Not too salty. Our waitress was excellent and I wish now that I remembered her name. We will definitely put Biscuits in our breakfast rotation when visiting the area. Every time we go to this place, we return home so happy cause Food is good, service Outstanding and the service is Amazing. The portions of food are pretty big, pancakes are done to the order and Omelettes are custom made. So it's a combination between Good, great and Amazing. The location at 67th S of Happy Valley has gone down hill. We used to love eating there, but the staff isn't always the kindest, they forget a lot therefore we have to ask multiple times and they always seem to be out of something and don't tell you upfront. Went there today and the bacon was barely cooked, chicken was overly cooked and didn't taste right and they barely had any ranch for the salad. As a consumer I appreciate servers being upfront or coming back on a timely manner to let you know they're out of something or running low verses after you've received your food. At 8:30 I walk in, the restaurant is maybe 1/4 full. I give them my name, no food. I wait and ask again at 8:45, I'm told it will be out any minute. I wait... 9AM now, ask again, someone goes to the back to check, I'm up next, cool, all good.. I wait... 9:15 now I ask again, someone goes back and I'm told my food has not been started yet. The restaurant is now full, and they are starting to take names on a waiting list. I ask for a manager. 9:30, and still no manager, I guess unwilling to come out to the front.
