The staff was very nice however the food was subpar. The blueberry pancakes were tough, had to use a knife to cut them! The hash browns were burnt, I did ask for them crispy so that may have been my fault. The biscuits and gravy were cold by the time they came to the table. I have also heard this from so many people who go there as often as I do. The restaurant is always so clean and it just has such a great vibe to it. Other customers who arrived much later were receiving their food. Never going back. We were surprised we were seated fast on a Sunday morning. How ever they must have been short staffed because our server took forever to take our order plus I noticed other tables waiting as well. It also took so long to get our breakfast, I knew it was not going to be hot. Two of our meals were actually cold and not even warm. My wife went up to front desk and asked to see speak to the manager but the manager never came. We have been here before and food is good but a little over priced. The location at 67th S of Happy Valley has gone down hill. We used to love eating there, but the staff isn't always the kindest, they forget a lot therefore we have to ask multiple times and they always seem to be out of something and don't tell you upfront. Went there today and the bacon was barely cooked, chicken was overly cooked and didn't taste right and they barely had any ranch for the salad. As a consumer I appreciate servers being upfront or coming back on a timely manner to let you know they're out of something or running low verses after you've received your food. I hope the manager sees this cause this location used to be great with friendly servers, good food and never any issues. read more

Stopped in for brunch today it was very busy however, we were in no hurry and just wanted to enjoy the morning. We were seated quickly with a smile and a pleasant greeting. Our server was Stephanie and she was truly amazing! She thrives under pressure and has a smile on her face and a great sense of humor. The kitchen was backed up with large orders and Stephanie kept everyone informed about what was going on. She offered biscuits or cinnamon roll (amazing) while we waited and kept our drinks filled. She never missed a step and treated everyone like they were friends or family. She made what could have been a bad experience into a pleasant one. The crew is so eager to please and they work extra hard given the challenges of not always being adequately staffed. As you would guess, weekends are especially busy and you might have some delays. Stephanie, Jenna, & Nicol; just to name a few, are amazing! We always feel welcome and appreciated from the time we are arrive to the time we leave. Our order isn't easy, with it's many substitutions, and the servers are always so patient and conscientious about our food turning out the way we ordered it. Food was average .. service started off strong but then we waited about 35 -40 mins for our meals. Then only half of our party got their food, the other half got their food about 5 mins later. We weren't kept updated about the wait time for the food, rather we were told "is everyone happy now" after the food had finally arrived. We really didn't appreciate that comment especially since we didn't complain at all, we only asked once where the other half of our tables food was. We spent $170 for ok food and poor service.
