I have been coming to this location from opening day. Always had decent service with the food being pretty good. Today I had excellent service. Stephanie was an outstanding server! She was upbeat, pleasant and willing to make sure our party of 5 enjoyed the food. She was attentive and always made sure beverages where topped off. Food arrived in a timely manner which was a plus. If you think waiting an entire hour for breakfast is a great experience, then this place is for you. The waitress said nothing the entire time. When we asked what the problem was, her only explanation was that 'it has been like this the entire morning'. The food when it arrived for 4 only arrived for 3. No explanation. Had to beg to get my food as well. No refills on coffee; no asking if we want salt and pepper for the eggs. Wrong cheese given to my wife. Bacon greasy and not crispy like I asked. Disappointing to say the least. Been there twice since they opened up. Pre-Covid, the waitress was putting the drink nozzle in each drink as they were being filled. Even the refills which is just disgusting. Went there yesterday and my to-go order wasn't even fully cooked. My French toast was still doughy and required me to microwave it when I got home. We were looking for a great place to have breakfast and found this spot. It was delicious! The pancakes tasted amazing as did the eggs and ham. Quick service during the weekday. The biscuits and gravy were good, however they had a spice that tasted different. I enjoyed this difference but others may not. Fairly priced for the quantity of food you receive. read more

We have been wanting to check this place out for some time and finally got a chance to the other day. If you love French Toast, try their almond version... It's absolutely fantastic! So I decided today to stop in for breakfast, i'm not a big fan of pancakes so I usually substitute French toast for a small up charge, so I order the chicken fried steak and eggs and asked for French toast i'm told for a couple of dollars I get one piece of French toast or I can have two pieces of French toast for six dollars instead of the pancakes... what???!? $6 to replace three pancakes with two pieces of French toast? We eat here all the time and the food is pricey, but very large portions. Today was not good though. We waited 1 hour 15 minutes and still had not been served our food. It was just me and my daughter and we ordered Avocado Toast and a simple scrambled egg, bacon, potato, and toast breakfast. Seems like a pretty simple order. After about an hour a lady came by and apologized and offered us some biscuits while we waited. That was nice and all, but still no food. After an hour and 15 minutes waiting, I finally told them I was leaving and couldn't wait anymore, she said your order is up. But I had to go. She boxed it up and charged me full price and didn't offer a discount or anything even after I said I would never be back. Just seems sad that a breakfast place can't get it together. There were about 4 other tables in the same boat as us and had been waiting about the same amount of time. I feel bad because they had little kids too that were hungry. So now we are eating it in to-go boxes and it's soggy and not so good. So sad, because we really liked this place before. read more

I enjoyed a pleasant brunch with my kids this afternoon at none other than the fabulous Biscuits Cafe on 67the & Happy Valley. Our meals were delicious ~ Ruben sandwich with to die for seasoned frys dipped in ranch, chocolate chip pancakes and a refreshing strawberry spinach salad. Quite the combination between the three of us LOL Our food was amazing, but the real treat was our waitress, Stephanie. I can't express enough how warm and friendly she was Happy emotions that literally brought my daughter and I to tears when visiting with her! Her positive energy will stay with me all day. This was my first time here. I really don't like posting bad reviews. It's hard enough for businesses to make it out there. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. Wait times for food were crazy long. My dad got a Benedict and the hollandaise was extremely chunky. I ordered an omelet. I'll just leave the photos here. I literally laughed out loud. I mentioned to the server that it looked very odd, and there wasn't really any follow up. The service was otherwise very friendly and probably the best part of the experience. I don't normally rate or write reviews, but I will here. They were busy, got us seated when they said they would. We ordered and then we wait....and wait....and wait. They must have lost our order (maybe cuz she wrote it on the same sheet as the table next to us, who's ordered she took after ours) cuz everyone around us that had been seated after us got their food. Waitress never came and said anything except "your order we be just a few more minutes" after about 30 minutes of when she took it. We will never go back to this location. Too bad since they are trying to get more restaurants in that area. Also, no one ever came around to see if we needed more coffee. The location at 59th just south of the 101 is a lot better. . God I love Yelp! God I hate when I don't trust it and waste time and money at a place you guys already warned me about! Nice timely service. Food was awful. I can't even tell you why the hash-browns tasted awful. There is no taste in my 51 year old memory to compare it too. Yuck. And like all the others already said, they sure as hell don't know how to poach an egg. You have different types of Eggs Benedict on your menu. At 9:19 there were 10 people including us, waiting inside the door. 50% of the tables were empty and no sign of a hostess, or manager for the 10 minutes we waited. One couple from the dining area joined the group looking to pay for their meal. Still no sign of anyone that cared that potential revenue was left wondering if the management had been fired that morning and the help was left to manage alone. One waitress and a busgirl were the only sign of activity in the dining area. We passed three other couples approaching what I can only hope would not be disappointment. We will not return, not due to poor management, but because there was no sign of any management. I hope that by our not returning will make additional room for others to wait and wonder. Along with the food always being delicious, Stephanie's bubbly, warm and welcoming personality is infectious, even contagious. I'm giving two stars because I feel it's generous based on my like for the location on 59th. We were thrilled to see one coming in closer to our home and couldn't wait for it to open. Just the two of us came in to a packed house. We decided to eat at the bar for less wait and hopes to get served quicker. We sat down to a dirty table. Took the servers 20 min just to greet us then clean the table off. Waited another 15 min for our drinks. Then it took us another hour to get our food. My eggs were hard boiled on eggs Benedict. Waitress apologized and was kind. Brought me new eggs quickly. Food was always good but based on lousy service and wait time to eat I don't know if I would return. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because our waitress was the sweetest. This was our first visit to this location. I absolutely LOVE eggs Benedict, I was very excited to see a few options available on the menu. I ordered the Avocado Benedict. (It took about 20 min to get our food...about 7 other tables in the restaurant) Let me tell you the the hollandaise sauce was grotesque. It was bitter, rancid tasting and runny like a broth. I told our waitress and she agreed to let me order something else. I ended up getting pancakes, eggs and bacon. Pancakes were good, eggs were a bit rubbery and bacon was decent. By the time I got my food my husband was already done with his. My husband got the chicken and waffles.... waffle was good, chicken was dry tenderloins. Needless to say, we will not be returning.
