I'm so glad they have a brick + mortar spot in town now. It's great to be able to access them consistently throughout the week! The breakfast sandwiches here are always excellent. Our family is obsessed with these. Even when they are very busy, folks are always friendly and the wait times are not unreasonable given the amount of orders they are processing. I do wish there was a way to order ahead of time online for pick up! Maybe someday. Grateful to have these folks in town! read more

Food was ok for a biscuit and chicken. Staff very friendly. Small place but it works for them.

The food is delicious. They just opened up a brick and mortar on 9th street. Biscuits are light and fluffy. They also do a rotating biscuit of the day flavor. Would definitely go back. Food was pretty quick and service was friendly. Feels like a nice hometown breakfast joint read more

Biscuit Mike's - Bacon egg and cheese biscuit - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

Biscuit was cold. Egg was good. Cheese wasn't melted. Bacon was good. Why is it that I can make a better breakfast sandwich than a restaurant??? Will never eat here again. read more

Ordered a honey chicken biscuit and it was about the size of Alaska. This is the second time I've eaten here and both times the servings were very generous and tasted great, would recommend checking Mike and his biscuits out. read more

Happy to have found this little treasure. Used this website: https://roaminghunger.com/biscuits-at-mikes/ Cute little food truck with a friendly staff. So let's cut to the chase...the biscuit may be one of the best I've had. Great taste and consistency. Perfect size for the sandwich. We tried the pulled pork, the sausage, egg, and cheese, and the chicken. I'd recommend any of them. The only problem with this place is they are in Longmont and I am not! My daughter would kill me if I did not mention the cute little dog biscuit they gave to us since we had our dog with us. Little things like this definitely make a difference. read more

Biscuit Mike's - Bacon Egg and Cheese - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

Food is great. Fluffy biscuits stuffed with decently cooked eggs and tasty sausage and well melted cheese. I cannot understand why the staff likes to make it look closed earlier than the states hours. I was there 45 minutes before closing time, and the chairs were already stacked on the tables. It's as if they can't wait to bolt the door! I even had to take my own chair down after asking if it was okay to sit in the place. This happens frequently (I often go to Butcher Frank's next door). I'd just as soon go to the food truck. Mike - talk to the staff or just give up the brick and mortar altogether. read more

Fuckin' really. Wait in line and order a sandwich and a biscuit and he won't sell me an individual biscuit because then he won't have enough. Total BS. read more

Great biscuits! So fresh and big too! It's worth the wait for sure! I would follow anywhere. And now he's going indoors!

Well butter my biscuits! Biscuits at Mike's deserves more than 5 stars IMO. The biscuits are some of the best I've had anywhere, let alone in Colorado which has some good competition. They are flaky, buttery, and the perfect shape and size for a loaded up sandwich. For about $9-$11 you might be thinking "that's too pricey for a breakfast sandwich" and you'd be wrong. The ingredients are all fresh and delicious and worth every penny. The best part - they don't skimp on the filling. The eggs are bountiful & oh so fluffy paired perfectly with a thick slab of meat to create that just-right balance. We tried the good ol' classic - Bacon, Egg, and Cheese along with the Big D - pork roll (NOT Taylor ham amiright Jersey peeps?), fried egg, and cheese as well as the Fried Chicken & honey. The total came to $30.44 and it was one of the best dang breakfast stops we've ever had. The catch - you have to get there early as they're only open until 11am during the week and noon on weekends which is challenging for us night owls. But hey, if there's one thing that'll get me out of bed it's a biscuit from Mike's. Don't walk, run (or drive the half hour we do). It's freakin' worth it. *Follow them on Instagram for their weekly schedule as the truck does move around to the Longmont, Lyons, Berthoud areas. Enjoy! read more

Have been frequenting biscuit Mikes for years. Love the new space and the plum gochujang biscuit today is now my new fav biscuit of the day!

Been going to Mikes trucks for years, stopped in on opening day, the same delicious biscuits.

Always amazing! Love the fried chicken biscuit. My dogs go crazy for the bone shaped biscuits too!

Omgggg this is one of the best food trucks out there. If you haven't been you need to try. Typically they are cruising around up north but always make a stop in Berthoud on the weekends. Sausage egg and cheese is easy and perfect. The biscuits are unreal. Dense, fluffy and buttery. Everything you could cream a biscuit to be. YUM read more

I've been following this food truck on IG for quite some time, but just never made it out up north and early to find them. The Mr wanted to take a trip up to Fort Collins one Sat morning, so I HAD to make the detour to find this bright, blue food truck. Their menu is simple with a handful of breakfast biscuit sammies - egg, cheese, and different meats like sausage, ham, bacon. They have a few specialty sammies too like the fried chicken and honey, pulled pork and cheese, and portabello and cheese. And I learned that they have a secret menu where I discovered the "Brian" - fried chicken, cheese, honey, and an over-medium egg. Ps. they have a few creations named after the loyal customers who keep ordering them. The Brian was delicious and so was the BSH that the hubs ordered (bacon, sausage, ham trifecta with cheese and egg). We ordered both sandwiches on their biscuit of the day: Cheddar Jalapeno. These sandwiches were so good, so flavorful, and the biscuits were perfectly flaky yet dense. The best way to start a Saturday! My only regret was not stocking up since it will be a while since I can return. Great, friendly folks serving up the breakfast biscuit sammie of your dreams. I urge you to start stalking them ASAP and finding a way to get your hands on them! read more

Yum yum yum! Biscuits are so flaky and thin (which is exactly how I want my biscuit sandwich) the eggs and meat steal the show and that's what matters! It's really filling, sometimes I can't even finish the sandwich. The come to Lyons Quilting shop on Thursdays. It's so nice to have an inexpensive breakfast option once a week, I'd love if they were here more but I'll just be thankful we get Thursdays. The guy who runs the truck is super friendly. read more

Very fresh. Glad we found the traveling truck. Great alternative to our awful hotel free breakfast

Spotted this food truck while out and about one day and didn't think anything of it beside the cool design they had on the truck itself. Google this place to find out where they'll be. It's off the chain. Today was my first time eating his food. My daughter and I rode bikes to the park close by where he was set up. The biscuits sandwiches are off the chain. I had the sausage egg and cheese and she had the bacon egg and cheese. I planned on going back for the fried chicken and honey biscuit but they were big enough I couldn't handle it. I haven't had a biscuit sandwich this good since I moved here from Georgia. It was above par for sure. I think you can find his schedule on a site called roaming hunger, but I found that just by googling Biscuits @ Mike's. He was in Longmont today, but his schedule shows they set up in Berthoud and Lyons some too. We brought our food down to an empty baseball field and ate in the dugout since the bleachers were wet. I'll definitely be back at Mike's truck. As much as humanly possible. read more

I saw this van on walking trail, checked the schedule, made a plan but only took $7 cash. Little disposable income so a bit concerned, budget cuts everywhere! Very large, very good egg on biscuit, no cheese + a tossed in an extra biscuit (thank you.) Maybe a twice a month event & I'll bring my own jam & bacon. Knowing prices is helpful but I realize owner's may not be able to keep up with posting. read more
