Now I'll start by saying that this is not a traditional Mexican taqueria; is more like a fusion inspired place. Our server was very nice and I'm sad I don't remember her name! She recommended the strawberry basil and the spicy pineapple margaritas. 10/10 for both. Enough alcohol and the flavor was great and not painful spicy just a good hint. We ordered the chips with the salsa sampler (guajillo, red and green) and I could have just eaten those for dinner and would have been set! I order the fish tacos and hubby order the carnitas and immediately yes! Both come w 2 tacos each ( my only complaint is I wish it was 3). Fish tacos had a decent portion of fish and the carnitas were bursting with meat. The pork reminded me of cochinita pibil as it had a hint of sweetness in the best way. Last thing- let's address the bean situation. It says on their menu that they are red beans with a Southerb style and is true and I'm here for it! As a Puerto Rican I prefer my beans to be flavorful on their own and their beans are! So if you are looking for a more refrito type mild flavor beans these are not it... but you are missing out! Two fat Al Pastor tacos with spanish style rice and refries. The beans and rice were flavorful and complimented my tacos well. The tacos were very good, nice rich flavor and filling. The good news: flavor good Bad: LOTS of bread to fill you up necause the actual amount of food is skimpy.... it was generally this way for many of the items a few years ago, but I ignored it because I only ordered a couple select things. Hey, friend! If you ever find yourself in Bisbee, AZ, and you're craving a truly unforgettable dining experience, let me tell you about Bisbee's Table. This place deserves a glowing five-star review, and I can't wait to tell you why. So first off, Bisbee's Table is tucked away in this old garage that's been converted into a restaurant. Yeah, you heard that right, an old garage! The vibe is super cool and nostalgic, and it's like stepping into a bygone era. And get this, right outside the restaurant, the streets are lined with these antique cars that look like they've been parked there forever. Talk about setting the scene! When we got there, the place was hopping, but we managed to snag a table. It was bustling with energy, and you could just feel that this was where the locals hang out. Now, onto the good stuff - the food! We ordered a traditional breakfast, you know, the kind you'd expect at grandma's house on a Sunday morning. I was already impressed with how quickly they got our food to us, but then I took that first bite. Wow! I mean, every bite was like a celebration of flavor in my mouth. Everything was cooked to perfection, and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. I'm talking about crispy bacon, fluffy pancakes, eggs done just right - the works. It was a homey meal, but with that extra touch that turns ordinary into extraordinary. Honestly, between the ambiance, the incredible food, and the friendly service, Bisbee's Table is more than just a restaurant. It's an experience. If you're ever in the area, you've got to check it out. I guarantee you'll leave with a smile on your face, a full belly, and memories to last a lifetime. Five stars, without a doubt! read more

(As my son Lee and I munched at The Table last night, I sent this as a text to the owner, and today they asked if I would post it here on Yelp! Of course!) I just had the Table macaroni and cheese. It's f**king BRILLIANT! It retains its essential character as the ultimate comfort food - the familiarity of Mac & Cheese without turning into something else like, say, delicious Alfredo pasta. (Mind you, I LIKE Alfredo pasta, but when I want Mac & Cheese, I want MAC & CHEESE!) But Bisbee Table's Mac & Cheese comes with a couple of twists: 2 kinds of cheeses that are not that over-processed stuff (you can still experience the textures and essential oils of REAL cheeses); blackened tender juicy chicken. And bacon! (Mmmmmmm. bacon.) All tossed with big penne pasta. But through it all, the cheeses still make the statement, and they're not overpowered by all the other goodies. That's a hard trick to pull off. Bisbee table's "Cheese, Cheese and Mac": simple, yet elegant. My new favorite. read more

We noticed the dinner crowds here and decided to dine here our last night in Bisbee. We chose to eat in the dining room for its ambiance. Outside dining is streetside but it's Not a busy street. Views of a park, mountains and old Bisbee and doggies are welcome outside. In fact most Bisbee businesses welcome well mannered doggies. They have a beer menu that changes with the season and is certain to please. The menu is straightforward. She opted for a Chicken Caesar salad, we shared an order of their outstanding pita, and I opted for one of the 1 specials, gnocchi, 2 large meatballs with a great creamy pesto sauce. The staff is great, the bar is a sensual delight and a good time was had by all. read more

This restaurant certainly didn't disappoint with the many recommendations received to eat there. Their choices of entrees made it hard to decide what to try. Regardless of choice, the food is hands down the best I have tasted in a while. The dates wrapped in goat cheese and fbacon is a must have. The fricken chicken was the perfect amount of spicy. The best dish by far is their mac-n-cheese. Now, this would be more considered an adult version and more like pasta with cheese sauce. We added shrimp and it was mouth watering good. The staff is very helpful and friendly making your dining experience one you want to repeat. read more

Very busy place Dec 26th. Waited about 45 minutes. Food was good, we had pizza and salad. Waitress was just ok. We saw others very attentive to their tables, ours wasn't. Comfortable seating except the windows we were next to didn't have glass in them, manager or owner should fix. Every time someone opened the door there was a cold draft through the open space. The exterior looks like a mix of three attractions: a restaurant, a museum, & a movie theater. I can't say if all three of those things are really in there, it's just an impression. I will say that I am glad I took at chance at trying their food at a time when I was seriously hungry. I was invited to sit wherever I wanted, so I chose a table along the wall with a big TV right above me. I was greeted kindly, and given time to order my food, which I decided would be a couple fried eggs, hashbrowns, sausage patties, toast, & cheesy grits. They were so good, with the hashbrowns being, as my partner put it, "The best he's ever had!" I personally enjoyed the patties the most, and the grits the least. The grits were made in a way that the shredded cheese was sprinkled on top of the grits instead of mixed in it, and I do not prefer that style. It was still good, just not as good as others I've tried. So that's why I'm not docking points; why be super critical on one side dish when everything else was an A+? I liked the wholesome feel of the restaurant, like everybody knew each other, and the fact that it was pet-friendly was a bonus too. A couple came in with three cute dogs, and that just made me super happy (not to mention, it WAS on my birthday too). I would come here again if I return to Bisbee.

The attitude they presented became nothing less than infectious. We soon realized they were a huge part of the perfect atmosphere. Delightful! As for the food...
