At that point, it honestly feels less like a policy and more like a scam. Charging customers and then not honoring your own cancellation terms is completely unacceptable. Customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating. It's not just about the money--it's about fairness and integrity. I would strongly recommend others to be cautious before making a reservation here. Make sure you fully understand their policies, because based on our experience, they may not honor them I will be filing a complaint with the Texas Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division since they refuse to help us.

There were no parts missing to the chicken (what I mean is, the other similar restaurant in SL def gives less chicken...random parts of chicken breast missing...or the metal rod that the meat is cooked with happens to be so big that there's a visible gap and the meat is actually not a lot...and you're paying for the air...) We also tried the Bihari paratha roll. The chicken was SO tender and complimented the crisp paratha. We were checked on numerous times by the staff.
