Loved the outdoor seating. Service was quick and efficient. Enjoyed that they had both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages available. Food was great. My Ruben sandwich was delicious and my husbands burger was good too! We'd visit again :)

On my way to NCNP, I decided to try Birdsview Diner in the booming metropolis of Concrete, WA. The Tarheel Burger is something I have never experienced. Against my better judgement, I went with this double-meat monstrosity! It was delicious, and the fries were piping hot. I actually took some home and brought them back to life in the air fryer. Great service, I will be back on a future road trip.

At home! This place is so comfortable. The staff is so sweet. So much to do. Can't wait for the bad to start! Oh and the food

Great service from the wonderful staff! The food was spot-on, hearty, and delicious. We enjoyed the Reuben, BBQ bacon hamburger, and the Piggyback. Definitely ordering again! They also serve breakfast on the weekends!

We visited North Cascade National Park and this restaurant was one of our options. They offered burgers and also had vegetarian options. The burgers were very good and the service was quick. It was also a small building with outdoor seating!

Stopped in for a late lunch. Was so excited to see not just cheese curds but garlic cheese curds burgers and fries very good, well made. Service was very friendly. Plenty of seating, inside and out.

For what it's worth, where do you find juicy, fresh and yum burgers when you are in North Cascades? Birdsview Diner gives you everything- views, chill outdoor and indoor place, peaceful, and convenient location. We stayed at KOA which is right opposite to this place and enjoyed our dinner. Lot of options to choose, it takes 10-15 minutes to decide lol. Stop by if you are visiting Cascades, trust me! :)

So this is a weird one for me, this adorable little diner is located in Concrete, WA a tiny little town with very little food options. They have an amazing outdoor space, definitely a spot to bring friends and hang out. They have beer and ice cream, which are huge wins for me, and the people were incredibly nice. The food however was just ok. The burger was simple, nothing special, but fine. The garlic Parmesan fries had a delicious sauce on it, but some of the fries were hard from still being raw and some were perfect. The service was slow but they were busy, and their systems were struggling that day. Ultimately, I would give 3 stars for the food we had, but 5 stars in ambience and coolness. Perhaps though other food would have been better? Also my husband split a burger and an order of these fries and it was plenty!

I'm posting this review based on 4 people with 4 different dishes, the Piggy Back, the Pulled Pork, the Fried Prawns and the Bird. The Piggy Back: diner said the cheese on the outside made it a bit weird. The pork was ok and the Mac n cheese got lost in the pork. Fries were good. The Pulled Pork: diner said it was ok but seemed like it had been cooking all day, not in a good way. Also disappointed that the photo on the menu showed it on a Kaiser roll and was served bun. She liked the fries. The Prawns: diner said they tasted very frozen. They were fair. The coleslaw was not tasty. The Bird. This was my dish. I found it very good. All the flavors came out. Nothing was lost. Beef patty sausage patty, over easy egg LTO... delicious bun. French fries were very good. All diners felt the service was very good to excellent. Ambiance was very cute and homey. So tough to give you an answer... I'd eat here again for sure. One diner possibly. 2 were a no go.

Just had an amazing breakfast! Service was friendly and fast. Great outdoor setting. Definitely recommend.

I want to caveat this by saying I've only been here once. The burger and fries were...ok. The place is a really cool place to bring friends for eating and drinking. Has indoor seating but the outdoor seating looks amazing. Super cool ambiance, and exceptionally nice staff. I'll be back to try (some other) food again, super cool location!

Pretty cool place to hang out with games for young and older "kids". We had the pulled pork sandwich which was good, maybe a bit small on the burger buns but it came with a good amount of fried. The chicken sandwich on the other hand was bigger and also came with fries. The fries we supper crunchy, I believe they fry them in batter. There are tables and metal stools outside which are tall and uncomfortable to seat on, but we ate pretty quickly and played some of the games so that's a big plus. At last you order and pay at the door and you're given a buzzer. It's pretty self served from that point on.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming at this small diner, and the food was delicious. Some of the best fries I've ever had.

I was admittedly a pessimist, because the last handful of places we've visited have been in the 'eh' category. We decided to try it anyway. I ordered a caramel macchiato and loaded avocado toast. Husband got the chipotle chicken panini. They warned us that there was a short wait, which turned out to be so worth it. The avocado toast was the absolute best avocado toast I've ever had. The sweet little red onions tied it all together. As soon as we left I told my husband I was going to dream about it lol. I am a bit of a coffee connoisseur. I've worked at coffee shops and this I'm pretty picky when it comes to my coffee. This was one of the best coffees I've ever had. And I don't take my food ratings lightly. I don't even know what it was about the coffee that was so good. I watched them make it and it was as not much different than I've seen elsewhere - but somehow it was just so good. I doubt I'll happen to be traveling this part of the states again, but if I do, I'd go out of my way to come here again. My husband also loved the panini. 5 stars. Well done!

Here I was....after spending an entire day hiking wonderful Cascade Pass Trail...to then arrive here at Marblemount Diner at the end of the day....this was the perfect ending in having a home cooked hearty meal! I had just completed almost 10 miles of strenuous hiking down the road at North Cascades National Park. I then drove through this tiny town of Marblemount. And...I had read that Marblemount Diner was highly recommended. I was excited to try this place. When I stopped on by here back in August of this year, 2020 (during the pandemic) it was about 5pm - Thursday and the restaurant was empty. Lol, I guess I was just grateful they were open. But...after being tired from venturing all around on a cold and dreary day...I was craving simple, basic all-American food, and Marblemount Diner delivered with success. From the appearance on the outside of the restaurant, the diner certainly exuded a small, rustic, "mom and pop" type of feel...just the way I like em. I was greeted friendly and sat down immediately. Inside the restaurant...it had a cozy setting decorated with hometown pictures, lots of homages dedicated to being in the outdoors and among nature...and a very quaint "cabin-esque" ambiance set within the quiet mountain town of Marblemount. The menu was simple and basic, not too many options...but I sort of prefered it that way. Just stick to what's good. They had a section of... - Sandwiches - Fried Fish and Chicken - Salads - Kid's Meals - Beverages and Alcoholic Beverages - Desserts. That was it. So for me...I'm easy and can eat anything, and especially since I had built up a huge appetite, I had no issues finding something. I chose the Mushroom Burger - "with sauteed mushrooms dripping in Monterey Jack cheese" for $14.75. The burger also came with fries, lettuce, tomato, onions and a pickle in a basket. I also added a fountain soda. The mushroom burger was pretty big in size and with the fries...it was all quite fulfilling and "hit the spot" satisfying my hiker hunger, lol. Eventually, a little later during my time here the restaurant started filling up. Btw, tables were spread out so everyone was more than 6 feet apart. While eating my meal, I looked back on my photos from the day. I genuinely enjoyed taking my time eating, relaxing, and reflecting on my hiking while digging into a fresh hamburger all within this quiet little diner setting. Had I been visiting and staying in the town of Marblemount longer, I'd happily return to this diner. But just overall, I was enthusiastic about having the chance to end my day here at Marblemount Diner. Within the surroundings of the mountains of North Cascades National Park, for me...it didn't get any better than this!

We ordered burgers and I asked for my fries 5x crispy. The cook adhered to my request and honestly exceeded my expectations. The burgers were stellar. Well assembled, not overly greasy, patties slightly charred at the edges and they didn't fall apart. Reasonably priced as well. Exactly what we were looking for, exceeding expectations for a small town, local restaurant. Service and food were so good we returned on 5/10. This time we ordered a pizza, burger and onion rings. The pizza dough was pretty undercooked on the bottom. The crust was done well however. I will give the benefit of the doubt and attribute it to a fluke as the service remained amazing and the rest of the food was outstanding. The burger maintained its rating from the previous days meal. The onion rings were fantastic. Perfectly fried and crispy/crunchy. I was able to break them in half/bite off a piece and the breading remained stuck to the onion. Also, if you're a Bigfoot enthusiast, this is your kind of place (I'm a Bigfoot enthusiast).
