Expect slow service but the food was great, sandwich and burgers es were cooked just right, but the milk shakes are the main reason to stop. Vegan options available. They also sell beer, home made fudge, and home made jelly.

The Rocky Special. Not a great picture, but the food was amazing!

Found this place on a Sunday evening after leaving Devils Creek. The food was great and the service was excellent! I wish I had taken more pictures but we were so hungry we just dug right in. I had the The Rocky special , pic included. We also tried the corned beef sandwich, fish and chips, kids corn dog and hamburger. The best part was the dessert. Blueberry ice cream from a place called Lopez Island Creamery. We also took some of the homemade honey and jam made on the property. Will definitely be going back.

The Eatery in Marblemount...not a very good picture, but at least there's one up now.

This place has great food...my husband and I stop to eat there almost every time we drive through Marblemount. We've been know to take the 4 hour round-trip drive just to go there to eat and come back (the scenery on hwy 20 is amazing, though, and not a wasted drive). The food is homemade, down-home cooking and inexpensive. The only issue is that the service is sometimes slow and the server may forget something or not bring it out in a timely manner...but if you're out on the road, enjoying the day and just relaxing, it doesn't even matter. We get spoiled living in the city, expecting everything to be fast-paced. Desserts are also very amazing! They have seasonal desserts, my favorite being the blueberry shortcake served with ice cream. Check them out next time you're passing through!

Most updated interior of probably all the Cascades. I felt bad for the staff-there was only 1 waiter for the entire place and it happened to get busy while we were there. Maybe 3 large tables & 8 small tables total in this place? To be fair, the town probably doesn't get much traffic, let alone business. So this place was a warm welcome compared to other establishments we've read about and drove past. The appetizers were the highlight of dinner. The mozzarella sticks, fried pickle spears, & jalapeño poppers all get a gold star from me & my picky family of 9. And the fried breading on all the above had a really good crispiness to it. The chili was okay-only beans & hamburger meat, extra thick, no spice. While it's not the kind of chili I'm used to, it was still completely fine & did the trick if you were craving chili like I was. My brother raved about the reuben. My hubs & dad enjoyed the chicken fried steak even though it didn't come with the southern white gravy. And other family members enjoyed the taco Tuesday tacos (mango-avocado salsa). Not too shabby. It was a good dining experience even though our waiter had 4 tables come in at the same time. A deer was peeking through the window at one point, and we also got to chase bunnies out back after.

Delicious burgers, great local beer & wine selections and great service, nestled off HWY 20! Our server hustled, was very accommodating, overall great visit.

Stopped off on the way home from camping with friends and the family. The service is slow because the grill is not big enough for 6 orders at once. The food was well worth the wait. The servers are great, entertaining and very very personable. The skillet was a good mix of potatoes and meat. The best part was the cinnamon roll with whiskey syrup!!! I will be stopping by again if I'm in the area

Who can resist homemade Pie!?! Tja5 is where our adventure started. A fresh slice of homemade BlackBerry pie ala mode as an appetizer. Delicious blackberry filling with a light crust. We got a slice that was a bit dark, not my preference, and a bit on the small side for the price, but still a tasty way to start lunch. I split it with my husband which was a good thing because the the peanut butter, pickle and bacon burger came out. Holy Smokes! Dripping with PB goodness this is a hard burger to put down. A heaping side of fries helped mop up all the goodness that dripped into my plate. My husband had the ruben, which was just as mouthwatering. Pro tip: if you like garlic get the hand cut fries with garlic. I think they are a bit extra but worth it. Help support this great local diner next time you're anywhere near marblemount.

Here I was....after spending an entire day hiking wonderful Cascade Pass Trail...to then arrive here at Marblemount Diner at the end of the day....this was the perfect ending in having a home cooked hearty meal! I had just completed almost 10 miles of strenuous hiking down the road at North Cascades National Park. I then drove through this tiny town of Marblemount. And...I had read that Marblemount Diner was highly recommended. I was excited to try this place. When I stopped on by here back in August of this year, 2020 (during the pandemic) it was about 5pm - Thursday and the restaurant was empty. Lol, I guess I was just grateful they were open. But...after being tired from venturing all around on a cold and dreary day...I was craving simple, basic all-American food, and Marblemount Diner delivered with success. From the appearance on the outside of the restaurant, the diner certainly exuded a small, rustic, "mom and pop" type of feel...just the way I like em. I was greeted friendly and sat down immediately. Inside the restaurant...it had a cozy setting decorated with hometown pictures, lots of homages dedicated to being in the outdoors and among nature...and a very quaint "cabin-esque" ambiance set within the quiet mountain town of Marblemount. The menu was simple and basic, not too many options...but I sort of prefered it that way. Just stick to what's good. They had a section of... - Sandwiches - Fried Fish and Chicken - Salads - Kid's Meals - Beverages and Alcoholic Beverages - Desserts. That was it. So for me...I'm easy and can eat anything, and especially since I had built up a huge appetite, I had no issues finding something. I chose the Mushroom Burger - "with sauteed mushrooms dripping in Monterey Jack cheese" for $14.75. The burger also came with fries, lettuce, tomato, onions and a pickle in a basket. I also added a fountain soda. The mushroom burger was pretty big in size and with the fries...it was all quite fulfilling and "hit the spot" satisfying my hiker hunger, lol. Eventually, a little later during my time here the restaurant started filling up. Btw, tables were spread out so everyone was more than 6 feet apart. While eating my meal, I looked back on my photos from the day. I genuinely enjoyed taking my time eating, relaxing, and reflecting on my hiking while digging into a fresh hamburger all within this quiet little diner setting. Had I been visiting and staying in the town of Marblemount longer, I'd happily return to this diner. But just overall, I was enthusiastic about having the chance to end my day here at Marblemount Diner. Within the surroundings of the mountains of North Cascades National Park, for me...it didn't get any better than this!

I absolutely love the outdoor seating area as it is nestled among the pine trees and there are lots of seating options and some games you can play while waiting for your food. Beautiful surroundings. What most people come here for are the yummy large burgers and fries and shakes, etc. Although in their menu the offer sandwiches, wraps and salads too. Everyone I saw while there had burgers on their trays. The appetizers are also very yummy. We shared the garlic cheese curds to start and they were very tasty and served hot. Among our group of 5 people we tried a variety of the burger options including Jalapeno Burger, Grilled Onion Burger. I substituted the sweet tempura brussels sprouts for fries and another did onion rings. The rest of us had the delicious fries. The burgers were very big and difficult to finish for several of us so we took a lot of it home. While here we also ordered the special "Doggy Burger" for our dog. This is a basic cooked hamburger which we chopped up for the dog. And I also ordered a slice of the white chocolate raspberry dessert that the worker said was fresh out of the oven. That had to come home for a later day as we were stuffed. Great tasting food here! I'll be back.

Exactly what we were looking for, exceeding expectations for a small town, local restaurant. Service and food were so good we returned on 5/10. This time we ordered a pizza, burger and onion rings. The pizza dough was pretty undercooked on the bottom. The crust was done well however. I will give the benefit of the doubt and attribute it to a fluke as the service remained amazing and the rest of the food was outstanding. The burger maintained its rating from the previous days meal. The onion rings were fantastic. Perfectly fried and crispy/crunchy.
