They offer all of the Stemma beer favorites, plus (of course!) their delicious Super Squeeze hard seltzer, and a small selection of ciders and wines. There's a food truck outside, too, and plenty of parking. I was also happy to see some familiar Stemma faces, as they're rotating staff from their og tap room. The vibe was definitely a little different here, but that's to be expected. Looking forward to spending some warm summer days in the beer garden here for sure!

It also looks like you could have small concerts here which is a great touch. The only thing that might be bad is that since it is all outdoor seating, it may be a bit cold in the rainy season but that's what you would expect so dress accordingly. Going into the Beach Cat brewery made me feel as if I was a coconut in a palm tree enjoying the light breeze and good company. The annoying thing about the patio, the music was on what felt like, volume level 7 out of 10. It was blaring. I could not hear my friend speaking to me across the table. While I totally dug the music selection, it was way too loud to have a conversation. The speakers are on like every other post so there was no getting away from it. At one point I did ask them if they could turn it down a few notches. (I apologized and said "with risk of sounding like a Karen or an old lady, but it is so loud and I cannot hear across the table). She laughed said no problem and she could turn it down a little. (Funny inside it was like on volume level 4, but outside it was blasting!) The beer is decent, also about 3.5/5. For me the star of the show is the location and the view. The food truck out front the last time we went (January 2026) was Indian fare. It was honestly terrible. Looked like cat food (how fitting). Probably had a total of 3 pieces of chicken in my tikka masala. I would recommend avoiding that truck entirely. It was a thumbs down for all 4 people in our group.

You are also permitted to bring in outside food, which is convenient because The Filling Station is literally across the street. Parking is on the street which can be tricky on busy days, but a short walk doesn't hurt! Service is always friendly, and I have had a good time here because there's truly something for everyone.

We sipped our pints (I got an amber, Dude got an IPA) and enjoyed the show - right after a rousing game of Pac Man, of course. This is large space, so there's seating in the back if you don't want to be front row for the music. The service is friendly, too. Parking can be a little challenging, as it's only street parking, but it's not too bad. In a town that has a lot of breweries, but could use a few more cozy taphouses, Corner Taphouse fills a niche (especially in the Fairhaven area). I hope they continue to thrive!

My biggest gripe was that the live music was too loud. I am used to loud music in the background, but this felt louder than normal--all of my friends were complaining about it. This obviously made it difficult to talk with others. It might not be as loud when there is not live music. The food and drinks were okay. It is bar food with a Bavarian twist. Our servers were nice and periodically checked in to refill our drinks. I'm not sure if I would go here again if I was in town, but this would be a fun spot for some.
