I usually bathe my dog at home but she needed an anal expression as well as her nails done and…read morethose two things I just don't enjoy doing myself. So I booked a bath appointment for today and made sure to have them make a note that I wanted her completely dry before I picked her up because she doesn't look good when she's air dried and I've had experiences in the past where people have brought her to me still damp. When I picked her up she literally looked worse than when I brought her in. I went back in and asked if they brushed her and the lady said yes. I asked if she blew dried her all the way (because she doesn't mind the dryer so it shouldn't be an issue) and she said she did some and then put her in the kennel with the air dryer. Which is exactly what I didn't want (the first picture is the reason why). I rated this 3 stars because I did get a full refund but I was embarrassed standing at the register with this dog that looked so bad *after* the bath. The second picture is when I brought her home and had to re-wet her and blow dry her myself -- which didn't take long because like I said she doesn't mind the dryer. Overall displeased as I didn't even want a hair cut and if my one instruction was followed I would not have had an issue. Will be returning to the Delk Road location for their self wash if I decide not to just do it at home. But sad that a professional would present me with this absolute mess of a dog.

So I purchased a fish, and I was so very excited about it I had named it and everything. I bought the fish and left. About 15-20 minutes later I went back to purchase more fish so mine had a friend. That same female said she would be with my friend and I shortly. Before she could even help us this other girl came over as I was holding my fish and about to purchase another. She came to us and started talking about how we are unable to purchase a fish if under 18. But when I purchased this first fish I was unaware of this rule. So she made me return the fish that I had already bought, and that was now my property, overruling my right that once I had purchased the fish it was now mine and I had every right to keep it. But since I was under aged she did not inform me of my rights. And was rude. But I loved the other lady who helped me purchase my fish.

Dillon answered and provided me with really good information and making sure that the filter is soaked and that The water is filled up to the top to ensure that the water can cycle through. He was very informative about other options for the aquarium as well and made sure to let me know that even after setting up the Aquarium with the water conditioner and letting it run for 24 hours, the fish tank is not yet ready for fish. Warning: I was surprised to hear this because I've seen a lot of videos online claiming that you can just add an introduced fish after the 24 hours, but he said that there is a chance that they will not survive because the ecosystem hasn't been built up and the bacteria, hasn't been introduced long enough. I'm glad I spoke to him because he said that I would need to wait a couple of weeks get the water tested to make sure that the ammonia levels and the bacteria are within the right range to support the fish. I share this information in case anybody is also looking at aquariums and to safeguard them from prematurely buying fish only to see some of them die as a result of inadequate aquarium conditions. Dillon was so friendly and I'm thankful for all his help. He gave me a lot of good pointers. I would have definitely made some mistakes if I hadn't spoken to him. Some of the other things he mentioned were the importance of having a heater. He did not recommend the need for a an air pump because the filter should just do its job. And he also mentioned that you'd want to buy a product called stability which helps kickstart the bacteria development. he mentioned feeding the tank as if there were fish present daily. I found this really interesting, but he said that this was an important step as well to get the tank ready for fish to enter.

They know their products extremely well. They help me with any questions I have about feed, feeders, attachments, binoculars, seriously anything! They are always willing to go the extra mile (as in the other review) to help you. Carry to your car, deliver, whatever you may need they sure do focus on making your shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. I've been to a few of their events and those are cool too! Them and the quality of their products alone have made my new bird hobby more enjoyable and exciting. I always want to buy something new, try new feed or treats, and always enjoy a cup of coffee on my deck watching my "bird kids". The store is always clean, readily supplied, everything displayed nicely, and complementary coffee and/or snack by the front door. My Mom goes to the Roswell store and I always try to get her to come to this one just because of the people. The price of bird seed may be higher than other stores but the quality of the seed makes it worth it. The "no-mess" is my FAVORITE! The birds too of course ;). I have my feeder(s) on my deck railing and it doesn't leave a mess. The quality of the food is better for them too rather than the store bought. The store bought tends to contain a lot of things birds will not eat/don't like so they kick it out of the feeders. If you're wanting to learn a new hobby, or just simply feed your local birds a better food, this is the place to go!

I feel taken by the Callous pet shop owner Brenda. I bought…read morethe bird first, THEN was told to take it to the vet. It tested positive for yeast, as well as a highly contagious, often fatal illness called Psittacine beak and feather disease. It is caught by environmental means, especially when the level of critical hygiene is absent. The vet I used, For Pet's Sake, has received many incidences like this from customers' pets, and it pending plans to take possible legal action if they have enough evidence with state authorities against this pet shop. I want to echo another post that said buyer beware! I am told that Brenda, the owner, is rude and emotionless when it comes to this. No one apologized, but were stoic. My bird was 3 & 1/2 months old, totally an innocent victim of their neglect, and because of its tender age does not have a chance of survival. Now I have the cage, her playground and other things that I was not compensated for; once, even a closed bag of food with a receipt was not allowed to be returned. Brenda told me I shouldn't be in the business of owning a bird--I did nothing wrong!! I actually needed to finish the job they needed to do, which was to completely wean her! At this place they use the same syringe for all the birds. No wonder!
