They are always willing to go the extra mile (as in the other review) to help you. Carry to your car, deliver, whatever you may need they sure do focus on making your shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. I've been to a few of their events and those are cool too! Them and the quality of their products alone have made my new bird hobby more enjoyable and exciting. I always want to buy something new, try new feed or treats, and always enjoy a cup of coffee on my deck watching my "bird kids". The store is always clean, readily supplied, everything displayed nicely, and complementary coffee and/or snack by the front door. My Mom goes to the Roswell store and I always try to get her to come to this one just because of the people. The price of bird seed may be higher than other stores but the quality of the seed makes it worth it. The "no-mess" is my FAVORITE! The birds too of course ;). I have my feeder(s) on my deck railing and it doesn't leave a mess. The quality of the food is better for them too rather than the store bought. The store bought tends to contain a lot of things birds will not eat/don't like so they kick it out of the feeders. If you're wanting to learn a new hobby, or just simply feed your local birds a better food, this is the place to go!

I have a south-facing bluebird box on one of my front porch posts that is home to a dominant pair of bluebirds every year. Four broods are fledged every year from my box. This store sells live mealworms, which bluebirds (and many other birds) love. The live mealworms are sold in bags of 5,000 and 1,000 mealworms. They will teach you how to keep and feed the mealworms. Debbie, Judy, Ed, and Sue are great folks in this store; very friendly and helpful if you have questions. They are always interested in the bird species that you have coming to your yard. They have sales on selected products and bird feed about every 3 months or so. I bought one of their huge wind chimes; great, deep tones. Their store has lots of high quality products. We decided on a gift certificate from Wild Bird's Unlimited and the Buckhead store manager did not disappoint. Jake was helpful from the minute I walked through the door. I have always had such a positive experience in the Buckhead store. Jake showed me where the gift cards were located, I picked out the perfect card, and we chatted while I got things ready to present to my friend at our lunch. While I was in the store, I asked Jake a lot of questions which he answered well.
