The staff has always been incredibly friendly, and over the years we have come here for puppy training and dog grooming. The grooming center really deserves a special shoutout because they always go above and beyond for our Siberian Husky who requires extra attention and effort for her insanely thick and multi-layered coat. I wouldn't trust most people with my fur baby, but ever since the first visit went perfectly, we never looked elsewhere for grooming services and service has stayed consistently amazing over the years. We also love their selection of dog toys and always have great sales on stuffed toys in the big bins by the checkout line. We have our husky on Orijen dog food (senior blend), and you definitely can't find that at all pet stores/grocery stores but I can always count on this location for having it in stock.

It became apparent very quickly that this store needs some much needed attention - mainly help with cleanliness and animal care. When my son and I walked in, we immediately noticed a strong urine smell that permeated the entire store. We then walked around to look at some of the animals and were appalled at the unhealthy state of a lot of them. The chameleons had so much stuck shed on them, likely due to their poor living conditions (improper humidity, temperature, diet or lighting). Some of the leopard geckos had skinny tails - a true sign that they are malnourished. The mice had feces all over their enclosures. These examples are just a few of the very obvious red flags we immediately noticed. We left without buying anything, although we came for dog treats and leopard gecko accessories/ food. I am not writing this to complain, but to express concern for the animals.

The McGinnis store had a very rude employee so I decided to start shopping here. I told her of my bad experience at that store. The second reason is I placed an online order with Hollywood Feed and it was not delivered on the promised date. I had 3 starving German shepherds at home. I came to the store needing to get a bag of food until the delivery arrived. I explained to the manager that I just spent $130 on a shipment of food and I didn't budget for an additional $65 for bag of food but I needed it to feed them. There was a bag on clearance that was about to expire that was 10% off. I asked given the situation if she could offer any more discount. She said she could do 30% and it was a fantastic experience....so I thought Fast forward a week or so later and I'm getting reprimanded by corporate. They said she told them she was "offended" that I asked for an additional discount and that I called the employee at the other store a "bitch". I was shocked. I disputed calling her that. And SHE'S the one who offered 30% discount. I didn't force her hand. Before it was Hollywood feed it was Rucker pet. We shopped there for 10 years. Outstanding customer service. But not with Hollywood. HORRIBLE service. In fact one of our neighbors stopped using Hollywood as well due to very poor customer service. So now we are with PetFlow. No sales tax, cheaper prices and free delivery. These box stores think they can treat customers like they did me. Go ahead. You'll be closing your doors within a couple years.

They have ample great quality pet supplies to fit all of your needs. They even offer dog grooming and self serve dog washing. My dog Samantha and I always love coming here and shopping here: I can get her nails trimmed and then bathe her myself (which I always do). After that I always buy and stock up on her favorite Open Farm dog treats (dehydrated beef treats & cod skins) from this awesome place. I also love how they have an awesome and convenient app that I can always shop from (in case I don't feel like heading to the store). They also always have the beast deals and sales on all their products to help you save. I also only prefer shopping here rather than at PetSmart or Petco. I find the deals and sales here to be a better fit for myself. The staff and the owner at this location are always so helpful, kind, friendly, and courteous. Whenever I have trouble getting something off a shelf that is too high for me to get on my own, they always get it down for me as I'm not tall. This place is always so clean and well organized. It is also extremely spacious. I also love how they have beautiful cats and kittens (occasionally) that are available for adoption from the local Buford cat rescue Cat Rangers.
