Here Otis can run free with friends and play as much as he wants under the watchful eyes of the staff. He comes home happy and exhausted and wanting to go back. The staff here is awesome. They love animals and they get the love back. They take pictures and videos of the day and you get a report card about your pet for the day. We love it cause we like to know he is happy and doing well when away from us. They have inside and outside play. They have toys and obstacles and even a pool. Everything your dog could want they have here. If you don't wanna leave your dog in daycare you can sign up for the dog park and play with your dogs and any others in a secure dog parks. All dogs under go temperament testing and have to have all the shots so you know your kids are playing with the good kids. I highly recommend yard mutts and maybe Otis and I will see you there

I typically place my dog once a week in daycare and have her nails trimmed once a month. I feel safe and trust leaving my dog at Yard Mutts. All the dogs there are evaluated for behavior in order to maintain a safe environment. Each time I receive via email a report card of my dogs behavior and which dogs she has interacted with a long with a few photos. I would recommend this place 100%.

The grooming center really deserves a special shoutout because they always go above and beyond for our Siberian Husky who requires extra attention and effort for her insanely thick and multi-layered coat. I wouldn't trust most people with my fur baby, but ever since the first visit went perfectly, we never looked elsewhere for grooming services and service has stayed consistently amazing over the years. We also love their selection of dog toys and always have great sales on stuffed toys in the big bins by the checkout line. We have our husky on Orijen dog food (senior blend), and you definitely can't find that at all pet stores/grocery stores but I can always count on this location for having it in stock.

It became apparent very quickly that this store needs some much needed attention - mainly help with cleanliness and animal care. When my son and I walked in, we immediately noticed a strong urine smell that permeated the entire store. We then walked around to look at some of the animals and were appalled at the unhealthy state of a lot of them. The chameleons had so much stuck shed on them, likely due to their poor living conditions (improper humidity, temperature, diet or lighting). Some of the leopard geckos had skinny tails - a true sign that they are malnourished. The mice had feces all over their enclosures. These examples are just a few of the very obvious red flags we immediately noticed. We left without buying anything, although we came for dog treats and leopard gecko accessories/ food. I am not writing this to complain, but to express concern for the animals.

There is no rushed appointments, as she is genuinely concerned and explains everything. Recently in an emergency, on the phone she advised us where we should go immediately closer to our home to get help. It is not about money. She truly cares! They literally do hundreds of spay and neuters per year, a service to our community at low cost. We respect Pet Vet greatly and appreciate their practical, honest and professional care for our dogs (and cats.). You won't find fancy buildings, art work, etc., Just excellent care of our beloved animals.

I recently brought home two teacup Yorkshire Terriers, and I am absolutely in love with them. From the moment I picked them up, I could tell how much love and care had gone into raising them. One of them, Tiny, went straight to the pee wee pad when we got home--such a smart little guy! His older brother Titan loves to cuddle and falls asleep in my sisters arms when she hold him. Seeing how they behave really shows how well they're cared for and prepped before going to their forever homes. The experience was smooth, the environment was clean, and it's clear the team at Precious Petite Puppies truly cares about every single pup. The McGinnis store had a very rude employee so I decided to start shopping here. I told her of my bad experience at that store. The second reason is I placed an online order with Hollywood Feed and it was not delivered on the promised date. I had 3 starving German shepherds at home. I came to the store needing to get a bag of food until the delivery arrived. I explained to the manager that I just spent $130 on a shipment of food and I didn't budget for an additional $65 for bag of food but I needed it to feed them. There was a bag on clearance that was about to expire that was 10% off. I asked given the situation if she could offer any more discount. She said she could do 30% and it was a fantastic experience....so I thought Fast forward a week or so later and I'm getting reprimanded by corporate. They said she told them she was "offended" that I asked for an additional discount and that I called the employee at the other store a "bitch". I was shocked. I disputed calling her that. And SHE'S the one who offered 30% discount. I didn't force her hand. Before it was Hollywood feed it was Rucker pet. We shopped there for 10 years. Outstanding customer service. But not with Hollywood. HORRIBLE service. In fact one of our neighbors stopped using Hollywood as well due to very poor customer service. So now we are with PetFlow. No sales tax, cheaper prices and free delivery. These box stores think they can treat customers like they did me. Go ahead. You'll be closing your doors within a couple years.
