I go to Pike Nurseries often. I've been to many different locations throughout the Atlanta area. This location not only has MULTIPLE PESTS in the houseplants, but the employees aren't the nicest either. I have been here twice on two different occasions, and both times I saw pests and told an employee. The first time I told the lady who is apparently over the entire houseplant section and she acted as if the Thrips were dead when they clearly weren't. She tried brushing them off like that would do something? Then the second time I was here I saw multiple SPIDER MITES in the corn plants and Anthuriums, THRIPS on the zebra plants, MEALYBUGS on the Alocasias. I have hundreds of plants at home and I would be devastated if I brought any of these creatures into my home unexpectedly because of their lack of pest control.

I tried to return these two plants for a store credit. I can maybe see their argument for the one, because half of it was still alive, but they said both were alive and wouldn't even give a store credit for the other plant. These were planted by Pikes too.

I work a crazy weird work schedule. I searched high and low for hibiscus flowers (my mothers…read morefavorite) for my mother for Mother's Day. Either they weren't budding or they were out of stock. I couldn't really manage to buy them too far ahead of time and I don't typically buy flowers unless I know how they look. I've learned my lesson. Through numerous calls and google searches I came across Jadetree's garden. It's the day before Mother's Day, and she had been out on deliveries and said she would text me and then arrange a time for me to come by the following morning. Fast forward she was swamped with deliveries And I ended up coming by early afternoon. Completely understandable, and it was of course my such late notice so no worries. I managed to get a beautiful hibiscus tri-color braided tree which had orange and pink flowers and the yellow was yet to bloom. Jade wrapped it beautifully with burlap at the base and a white bow. I will definitely be back in the future for flowers/plant purchases!

She showed me all kinds of flowers that she personally grew and she was so knowledgeable about plants, on how to water them, and how to place the plants. I love the fact she took her time to plan on what plants she will need to make the arrangement look stunning and mesmerized. Jade is genuinely a very amazing person. She went above and beyond to help with this project of mine. Definitely worth every penny. Very affordable and she very fair on prices. She made me feel at ease cause she gave me options on what I can do. With her you can expect nothing but professionalism and won't feel pressured into something you don't like. Mrs Jade went out of her way to come back to check on the plants. She had so many varieties of plants to choose from. Also never felt like she was trying to over charge me nor try make a quick buck. I would definitely recommend her to Weddings, offices, homes, and landscaping needs.

Wendy Barnes, the designer, basically just put the plants in a semicircle with no regard to the actual size of the plants. On the positive side, he was impressed with the exceptional condition of the plants purchased, which outshone those from other nurseries in the Atlanta area. These plants were not only healthy and vibrant but also free from any rootbinding issues, even in the fall. The installation process, handled by a third-party vendor, was praiseworthy. The team efficiently completed the job in a single day, however, after looking at the plan they should have contacted either the customer or the designer to say are you sure about this. On the flip side, the disappointment stemmed from the design service provided by Wendy Barnes. The rendering she sent depicted how the plants would look five years down the road, but unfortunately, the actual design fell short of expectations, proving unsatisfactory and unappealing. This has necessitated additional spending to somewhat improve the landscape. I appreciate the owner's efforts to resolve this by offering to sell us more plants and personally delivering them the Friday after Thanksgiving. As we were aiming to get the house on the market by December 1, and though we typically handle this ourselves, time constraints led us to seek assistance from ServeScape. Despite this setback, my partner remains open to using ServeScape and possibly the landscape installer again. However, I strongly urge a more accurate representation of plants in future designs. Another notable concern was the placement of the delivered plants, with over 30+ placed directly on the pathway to the house, causing an obstruction.
