This Company has the greatest customer service in decades I have received after deal and see many companies with bad service and good service I can tell you these people in BIOTech are the best of all, they are really determined to provide the best service is possible , when a call to hire this company they answer very friendly and ready to take my order, the day of the service it was raining they still did the inside treatment of the house but reschedule the outside they didn't charge me the first day of the service they say until they finished the full service in a dry day I will be contacted to pay for the service which they did after two or three days later when the weather allowed to conclude the job. A week after I was contacted by BioTech to find out how was the results I mentioned that I'm still seeing the small ants they reply to me with immediately reschedule a second service again with a very friendly communication after the second service I did see a big improvement so a week after they call me again for the third time to find out about the results and I mentioned that I see close to 80% of improvement the receptionist answer was, don't worry we are committed to solving your problem 100% so let us reschedule another appointment for a third treatment I say sure. We still working on exterminating this little and tine ants which dealing with this company I know we will accomplish this soon but I will suggest to anybody who is in a need of pest control to give an opportunity to BioTech company you will be satisfied, I'm a very customer oriented person and this company I do give them 5 stars because they did earn it is just fair to take the time and do a review when people provide a good job and service especially to Miss Linda and Thomas sorry that I don't remember everybody's name but in general everybody involved in my case did a great job. I really like the fact that this company is professional. They were respectful to me and my budget. This will be my second year to use this company. I had virtually no bugs in my new home all year. Other than some random spiders and earwigs, but they soon died. I received an email notice saying my yearly treatment was due. The cost was a little high, I just couldn't afford all the services that I got last year at this time. After some discussion I was able to remove some services and get to a price I could afford right now. I can always add termite inspection and other services later. You're not stuck into a package deal which is great. They sent me an email the day before my appointment. I had asked for a call 30 minutes before they arrived so I could remain at work until they were ready. I received a call while I was at work and headed to my house. Right after I showed up they showed up and started work. Two vehicles and three guys showed up. I stayed inside and the technician was very helpful in explaining what he was doing and there was literally no smell. That's the part I like. It works and it doesn't stink. And it is safe for kids and pets so I don't have to worry. They took their time and sprayed everything and found a lot of fire ants in my yard and sprayed the entire yard to get rid of them. They told me they had a service for fire ants which was reasonably priced so I might consider that in the future. Once they finished I gave them a credit card and signed on their phone. They emailed my receipt to me. I felt so good knowing I would not have any bugs invading my space for the next year. And if I did they would come right out and take care of it. We found Bio-Tech Pest Control via Yelp. We had been struggling with ticks and getting rid of them for good. We were using another pest control company that was not having success and wanted to charge us an arm and a leg to try another solution, but with no warranty on service. So basically you could be just throwing your money away. Once I did my research and contacted a few other pest control companies, I chose Bio Tech. The reviews on Yelp reflect best who they are and we feel the same as most everyone else on here. Michael Good came out and took so much time explaining everything, answering all my questions and concerns. So much so, that we changed from our existing pest control service completely to Bio-Tech. We even purchased termite protection, something we had put off since purchasing our new home 3 years ago. We highly recommend Bio-Tech. If all there Techs are as kind and detailed oriented as Michael, you can't go wrong. And their cost was very reasonable, which was also a plus. We didn't feel like we were be ripped off, but rather, taken care of and treated fairly. Just had the Annual Pest Control Renewal by BioTech for my townhome in Woodforest. Juan was great, friendly, and efficient. Service was very thorough in the house, attic, garage, and exterior. They called ahead with enough time for me to put my 4 cats into a closed room. They saved that room for last until the rest of the home was serviced. The annual service is excellent and convenient. Only in the last week did I see a single spider inside my home (took care of him while they were there), and I never saw any roaches, earwigs, etc the whole year. Amazing since I do have the cats who get kibbles and kibble crumbs all over. Outside, they took care of spider webs and wasp nests while servicing and on call whenever I needed them. I back up to a green space, so there are quite a few spiders in the back. Last year I had black widow spiders all across the back and side of my home, never saw another after BioTech took care of them. Thank you BioTech! Highly recommended! read more

My family has been using this company for two years now and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We love the customer service!!! They go out of their way each and every time to make things easy such as scheduling appointment. call backs, reminder calls. They have been wonderful. Now, that's just the customer service side. THE BEST THING EVER! We no longer have any bug problems! I didn't think it was possible, but it is. If we see bugs they are dead. If we have a ant pile come up or a wasp nest. I just called and scheduled an appointments. They always try to schedule when it is convent for me. They come out treat the problem and it's gone. I had a issue with bed bugs in just one room in our home and they came out and took care of it right away, gave us a great deal and gave us the standard 30 day warranty. What do you know, the day after the warranty expired, the bed bugs started showing up in different locations of our house. I got in contacted with them to see what they could do because I followed their instructions on how to get rid of them and nothing was working. They sent the same two awesome guys out and took care of our whole house. I will recommend this company over and over again and use them again in the future should I ever need to. Best company I have ever worked with as far as customer service is concerned. I have both the annual in-home extermination and the outside fire-ant extermination and this is the best company I have ever worked with. The customer service is excellent and they go out of their way to get things done for you. By far this is the best pest control service we have ever used. The only bugs we see are dead bugs. VERY rarely, if we do see something, Biotech is quick to send someone out to investigate, and resolve the issue under the original treatment cost.
