BEWARE! I bought two tires on my own from Amazon and needed a place to install the tires. It seems like tire shops around the area don't like installing customer-provided tires because they don't get the resell markup, but it also means I get exactly the kind of tires I want and not just what's available at the shop. I did the same last year on my other car and had Pep Boys install all 4 tires. I tried Pep Boys again, but they canceled my appointment, so I looked for other tire installers in the area and found Bingo Tires. I call and I'm told they can change my 2 tires for $30/tire, but he'll install 2 tires for $50 and it'll only take him 20 minutes, and no appointment necessary. I'm immediately impressed. I bring in my car and one guy instantly gets to work. It takes about 30 minutes which is still not bad...way better than the 2 hours Pep Boys quoted me. As the guy puts on the wheel, I watch to see if he tightens the wheel bolts in a star pattern. He does more of a D-pattern. It was then that I noticed him only put in 4 of the 5 bolts in. Then he moves over to the other side to tighten all five of those down. I asked him about the 5th bolt and he tells me there are only 4. I tell him there's one missing and he said IT CAME LIKE THAT! Seriously!?!? It's not like I visually verified that all 5 bolts were there before I dropped it off, so it's entirely possible -- although highly improbable -- that I came in with only 4 of the 5 bolts. It dawned on me that another employee had taken the pneumatic torque wrench while he was mounting the tire, so I tried to explain to him that it may have been in the pneumatic wrench when the other employee took it. He assures me that there were only 4 bolts from that wheel to begin with. I ask him AGAIN, are you SURE you only took off 4 bolts, and he confirms that he only took off 4. He was obviously lying through his teeth to cover his mistake because any normal person would have noticed the missing bolt while taking them off and immediately inform the customer as not to be held responsible. Standing there weighing my options and making a phone call, the employee came back and says he found the 5th bolt. I'm relieved he found the bolt, but also highly annoyed that he would not own up to his mistake even after I gave him a very reasonable explanation of what might have happened. I pull out onto the roadway when I noticed the tire indicator light on my dash. I looked at the tire pressure indicator and see the installed tires are 10 psi under-inflated. I turn around and ask the same guy to inflate it to the proper level. For being a tire shop, I am NOT impressed. They don't even know or exercise the basics (i.e., improperly inflated tires...the specs are located inside the driver-side door jamb, not tightening the bolts in a crisscross or star pattern, and worst of all, lying to the customer). If it weren't for the "missing" bolt, the experience would have been good, but if I can't trust the employees with my car, then there's no way I'm ever going back. Trust is hard to gain, but very easy to break. read more

I lucked out and had an easy fix with slow leaking tire. 2 weeks now and no change in air pressure after the plug. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Zahid was very helpful. They were very busy with a lot of customers standing around but the actual work took less than 2 minutes to find the nail, pull it out and plug the leak. "Not good" service is an understatement for the **Springfield** location. They were polite, courteous, and give good deals on tires but I am incredibly unhappy with the service this place provided to me. I feel they are not honest and do not work with integrity and humility. I feel they are trying to screw me over. They are not operating under the concept that if they made a mistake it is their responsibility to fix it to keep customers coming back. My tire blew on the highway close to this shop a few weeks back. They had my size and replaced all four tires when I got there and were very nice and lovely to interact with. The gentlemen also said they gave me a good deal on the tire. The *very next day* I get a low tire pressure notification from my car. I put some air in the tire to blame and waited a few more days, at which time I got that notification three more times. I came in on 6/18 to have them check for leaks and they found none and sent me on my way. I get another low tire pressure notification and bring it back on 6/22 and they tell me there are no more used tires in that size and that I need to pay the difference because they couldn't find any leaks when they originally looked. I refused to pay the difference. I asked to speak with the owner and was told he was in the hospital and not available. I called today (6/28) to ask to speak to a manager, whose name is allegedly Johnathan. I was told to call back in ten minutes when he would be in the shop. I called an hour later and when I asked the man if he was the manager he said he was "yes no" the manager. I asked if he was Johnathan. He asked me what I needed and did not give me a direct answer. I asked if he was the manager and he told me the manager wasn't there and told me to call back another day. I am trying to get a FAULTY tire replaced and they are REFUSING to do that even though this tire's slow leak is not my responsibility. I will continue to call this place until I can get a tire that is in my size without paying the difference and I will continue to ask to speak to Johnathan, the "yes no manager", or the owner, if I can ever get an accurate name. I called today (6/28) at the Woodbridge location to ask where the manager or owner was and I was not given an answer: The manager isn't here and the owner is at another store. I call the other store (Alexandria) and there's no manager or owner to be spoken to or heard of. Will this issue be resolved or will I have to call every day to speak to a "yes no manager" until that happens? read more

I had a nail puncture that was causing a slow leak in my tire. I needed the car the next day so I called them at 6pm, got there at 6:30pm right before closing and they fixed it in 5 minutes for $20. I know you can buy a tire patch kit for like $5, but the time to jack up your car, take off the tire, etc...I'd rather just come here and avoid all that hassle. read more

I had a tire go flat on me down the road from the shop. I tossed a can of fix a flat and limped to Bingo. When I got there I explained that my tire was going flat as we spoke. They moved me into a bay immediately and patched my tire quickly. The staff were all very friendly and the price for a tire patch was reasonably priced. To the owner, I wanted to notify you of a horrible experience I had at your Springfield location. I've been going here for years. Recently I got 3 tires done. In one of the tires there was an issue and they had to use a saw to get the valve out. I understand that was needed. However, they completely ruined my rims. And these are BMW rims. I didn't mind much at the time because I knew that could happen. They told me to come back with the new TPMS sensor (which cost ne $60 at my expense), and it would be replaced. I really think it should have been done for free.. but they said $10. I said ok. Didn't even care about asking it for free, they said the price and I said perfect. His name was Nelson and he was great. I got the part and come to get it replaced. The other gut Ruben was extremely rude. He wanted to charge me $25. Even I mention that i was quoted 10, he said I was crazy and to leave. Then he said I can take it or leave it. And pointing angrily at my face, he said to leave or I he would call the police. I said he can call, but he didn't. I asked to speak with the owner, he said owner was on vacation. But later he called him and ask him if he was nearby. He lied. He would not let me speak with the owner. Ruben was far from professional and really made me feel he was acting this way because I was Hispanic. He was talking to the other customer with so much more respect. Additionally, he cursed and insulted me. No lie I was having my wife come there later for tires, I even showed them the text. They said, "I don't care, I don't need your business, get the $%#% out here" He refused to give me the owners business card. Eventually I got it. He even tried to drive my car !! This is insane! I have it recorded on video on my phone. Will try to go to local authorities and news to see how much exposure I can get. Also YouTube. will be uploading the link soon. I am filing a formal complain with BBB. I will be reaching out for legal advise to cover that rim that they destroyed. read more

THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!!! If I could give them "negative" stars, I would. They need to take "Auto Services" off of their name. I took my daughter's car there to get them to replace the ENTIRE exhaust system because it was rusted out. They gave me an estimate and I agreed to the price (Around $300.00). When I picked the car up the next day, the car sounded quiet so I figured all was good. Here we are three weeks later and the car is loud again. I took it back and the so-called mechanic Miguel told me they did not replace the entire exhaust system like we agreed. Instead, they only replaced a "piece" of the exhaust and welded that to the rest of the rusted out exhaust system. He went on to tell me that he had called me and told me the job was going to be $800.00 and that I said that was too much, which was a complete lie. They even slipped up and said that when they ordered the exhaust system, they didn't use all of the parts and they returned what they didn't use. (I'm betting they kept those parts to use on the next customer and charge them for it). So they told me today that for them to replace the rest of the exhaust, it will cost an additional $400.00!!!! The car is a 2004 Ford Focus and it should not cost that much. I've googled it and I can get the entire exhaust system for a 2004 Ford Focus for around $150 to $175 and labor will be around $150.00 so they totally robbed me. I will NEVER, EVER go to Bingo Tires again for anything else. Not even tires. read more

Took my Odyssey 2002 in for tire alignment after I purchased 4 new tires from Costco last week (Saturday morning). Saw lots of cars in the lot around 9 am and was thinking might not get it done soon. Talked to the manager and learned that I will be the next one for the alignment. After an hour, my mini-van was done with the tires alignment for about 25% cheaper than my Honda dealer. I had my Accord 2008 in for tire alignment service last year (Jan, 2013) - same thing right after replaced all four new tires with Costco; and they were running the special for tire alignment at that time so I got it cheaper. The alignment service was good in my opinion for my both recent experience and would recommend for the very reasonable service. read more

Absolutely a very unpleasant experience. Customer service is atrocious and to be specific an employee by the name of Ruben was incredible rude and disrespectful. Ruben was inattentive and more concerned about maintaining conversation with his peers. Leadership/Owner: Take the time to observe your staff and weed out who is hurting your business. Ultimately, the fault is yours for failing to deliver adequate service. You must be aware of the negative reviews and positive reviews your business has. Bingo tires in Springfield, VA is my go-to tire shop. They are reliable and honest and you can always trust them to do what is absolutely needed. Tires on my car run pretty expensive, at Bingo tires I can usually get one in good shape for 1/3rd the price. I had a flat tire notification today (Nov 27, 2021) so I called in and spoke to Zahid. He was very courteous and helpful. He said he would first check if the tire is repairable and will change it if it can't be repaired. So I drove in and fortunately he was able to repair it right away. Compared to a 3-hour wait at Costco this was indeed a blessing. Highly recommend this shop. read more

Had two tires mounted an balanced, they originally quoted me $25 per tire, after mounting tires they wanted to charge me $35 per tired claiming the size of the tires was more expensive, I refused since the agreed price was $25. They agreed but said "next time it will cost you more", well I said, there will be no "next time". Tires were mounted and returned to me and then the surprise surcharge fee for tire disposal of $3 per tire. No mentioned of that when I was quoted the full price, so I politely took my old tires to dispose myself, not because I couldn't spare $6, but because I refused to give more business to these shop. Unreasonable and uncompetitive prices, they are just a "used tire shop" not a certified dealer. I would not recommend this place, never going back! read more

My daughter hit a curb and blew her tire. Bingo Tire was one of the few tire shops open on Easter Sunday. Outstanding service provided and she was able to get a new/used tire replaced in a matter of minutes. There was only 1 customer ahead of us and the price was reasonable considering the urgency. The owner is very disrespectful and rude! I wish I could give this place negative 5...We finally came to a reasonable price after he tried to charge me some ridiculous figure then after they put my used tires on he tries to change the price on me, yelling and cursing at me...(mind you another customer is in the office) telling the rude owner he needs to go even told him he heard the price we agreed on.. So the owner tells the other customer to shut up and mind his business.. At this point me and the other guy are pissed and I told him to give me my damn card, I don't need this crap..and he continues to hold on to my card yelling and cursing up a storm! Worst customer service ever! If you need used tires go to Al's use tire in Alexandria on Duke St or another used spot on Darby Dale in Woodbridge..He needs to get shut down immediately with his non English speaking self! Besides the fact that the staff was super sweet (Joel was awesome!), the prices here were almost a third of the price I was quoted at Merchants. I drive a BMW and am aware that basically any and everything on my car costs more than what it did when I drove a Nissan, however, $274 for one tire seemed steep to me. My friend recommended I check out Bingo as they not only have used tires but their own brand of new tires with, his words, "unbeatable prices". Long story short, Bingo charged $94 per new tire. He went over the cheapest places I could order a durable part and what I needed and the process of fixing it . I came in at 11am and left by 12 they were very eager to help me and was affordable . I was referred to this place after hearing they had good tires. I went there yesterday 1/24/18 needing a tire patch and a oil change. When I got there I had to wait about 10 min bc everyone was on lunch. Ok no problem. When they were finally ready to work on the car they told me to wait for services to be done in a tiny office the size of a prison cell. There were 3 employees in there talking laughing it up like Dave Chappell was performing a live stand up. I politely ask "do you guys have synthetic oil?". The employee told me "no you have to go purchase it if I want it in the car." Then he turns around and said sorry to his co-workers and that he was interrupted in a joking manner. Which was very disrespectful. I should have walked out then and there but instead I stayed. I looked around and there where no set prices for anything except the oil change which was about $35. Looked pretty shady. But I knew a tire patch isn't that much so no worries. While I was waiting I was listening to music also hearing the employees talk about how bad the Buisness has been doing lately. Of course I wondered why? After waiting for about 30min which wasn't bad it was time to pay. Dun! dun! daaaa! $50 bucks. I asked how much was the tire patch they said $15. WTF! Call me cheap but If I would of know a patch would run me that much I would of just got a used tire. read more
