I've been going to these guys for the last 5-6 years. They are one of the best in the area, despite the asthetics of the shop. the cost is honest. they don't charge for labor so whatever the cost is for tires, that's what you pay for. they are fast. within 30 mins, the three guys have helped about 6 customers while completing mine. very good at multitasking. there are no bathrooms, fancy waiting room. just a few chairs and a heater running in the lobby, ac during the summer. they accept credit card, debit card, and cash. cards must have the chip. they don't really wear masks or have a sign, but they are outside all day. they speak both english and spanish. highly recommend. read more

Fast service and it's very affordable. Got a new tire and it was done in 10 minutes while I waited, and it only cost $75 including install.

Took my Ford Fusion in because tire has very slow leak I could not find. They assessed tire-couldn't find any obvious leak-gave me cheapest to most expensive options-such as changing sensor or valve, then tire and rim. Very honest guys. They sell gently used tires with less than 8k miles. It's right next to 7-11 in residential area n has a different name fyi on sign. $40 to rotate tires. Highly recommend this little shop. Also they speak Spanish if you need that. read more

Went to get one of my tires for my trailers replaced. Got there and left all within 20 minutes, also their prices are well affordable.

Great little, no frills operation with quick service and very reasonable prices. I didn't need to wait long. They had me pull up the car and swapped out 4 tires in about 20 minutes. $55 per tire later I was only out $165-about $200 less than I expected. read more

As soon as we pulled up, they were eager to please and approached us quickly. They are quick and to the point. My tire needed a plug and they showed me that it had been plugged before (in a brand new car!). I like that they are a small neighborhood business that have relationships with neighboring local businesses (saw many various service vans come through). Will definitely use again. Five stars for a little "hole in the wall" tire shop? You bet. The most attentive no-BS service I've encountered since I moved here 10 years ago. Came in off the street (no call-ahead) for a puncture repair, and it was done in maybe a minute. The guys who fixed my tire were friendly and courteous, and complimented my wife's car. This would easily be a 5 star if it wasn't for this dangerous issue that for some reason couldn't be fixed and wasn't present before having them install tires. My wife commented on heavy rumbling, I checked her wheels and not a single lug was fully tightened. She took it back and the issue was 'fixed' only for it to show up again within 48 hours. Checked again and the lugs were loose (18 of the 20 lugs could be moved with my hands), got irritated and tightened them fully myself with a torque. I can't suggest for installing after our experience, but when it comes to mounting tires they're my go to. read more

Shady business practices...I asked them to take a look at one of my tires because it was losing a little bit of air. I thought it might have had a nail or something. After they examined the tire and found nothing, they told me, oh, by the way, that's a $10 "service fee" for us looking at your tire. The manager refused to waive the fee, blaming it on the owner, and refused to give me her name or number. I gave the manager my number asking the owner to call me, but she never did. Terrible customer service. There are plenty of other used tire places in Woodbridge that won't take advantage of you. read more

This place is such a gem. Prompt service, they do the job quickly, correctly, and for prices that are very competitive. I've typically gone to big tire chain type of places that make you wait in horrid waiting rooms drinking stale, burned coffee. This is different. They meet you in the front and get the job done. It couldn't be faster or easier. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a plug in my tire where a screw once was. Just a heads up, the sign up front says "Tires For Less." Not sure if they changed their name or what. read more

Honestly the best service! We were in a rush to head down to the beach and we checked the tires on our car and noticed a nail. We had gone to different tire shops that had 3-4 hour waits, we called here and they had no wait, no appointments needed. Over the phone they told us it would take 10 minutes, as soon as we got there they started helping us and we were done in literally 5 minutes ! I will definitely be back for tires ! read more

I called and spoke with Eddie who was professional. I took my truck to the location and was in and out within and hour.

This is a great, no-frills tire place. I had to get an emergency repair on a broken tire valve stem and they had me out in 20 minutes. They didn't have my sensor in stock, but replaced the valve stem and only charged me $10. They showed me what I needed to order to fix it properly, and directed me to buy the part online to save money. Most other shops would have likely made me wait while they ordered the part and charged me much much more. If something's wrong with your tires, check them out! read more

Pulled up in the place and it seemed really busy but because I called three other places and they gave me hour plus wait times or were just too busy to take me, I decided to suck it up and wait. The line moved quicker than expected , I was in and out of there in 15 minutes to get my tire plugged at $14! They were polite, helpful, and didn't drag their feet at all. Tire light kept coming on. Tried another tire spot down the street and they wanted me to wait 4+ hours to inspect my tires. Found The Tire Zone on Yelp. Pulled in and within 15 minutes, all tires had been inspected, filled with air and a nail removed from tire (plug put in for repair). I was on my way faster than it took to drive there. Price was VERY REASONABLE, quick service and very kind staff. I will definitely return and hope you give them a try! read more

Outstanding service here. I went in today for one of my tires that was leaking air. The technician, Steven, identified the problem within five minutes. A small nail was embedded in the tire. Rear tire blew out last night, two separate merchants & tow truck driver determined it to be the result of a faulty install. Tire blew from the inside out. Went back to The Tire Zone of Dale City and was told that there was nothing that they can do about it, tires are 6 months old and fall outside of their warranty period. Refused to even look at it, merchant even said, oh this happens all the time. This place promises cheap service and takes NO responsibility in the quality of work they deliver. STAY AWAY unless you like to be stranded. read more

These guys are awesome. I came in for a plug, which they quickly repaired for only $14 (without haggling about needing to buy a new tire like other places). While there I got a quote for a different tire I needed to purchase. The price and service were so good that I ordered it and came back the next day for the install. The next day I got the new tire installed and my tires rotated. In a time where it feels impossible to trust anyone, these guys give you the small town, excellent service that businesses used to give. I will definitely be back. read more
