Called them on a Sunday morning to see if they had my tire size in stock and sure enough they did. I told them my passenger rear would lose tire pressure every 3 weeks and asked if they could locate the nail (that another tire place showed me by way of a picture....) I assumed I had in my tire once they took it off. They quickly and professionally changed my two rear tires out. As I was paying they let me know they'd put soapy water on my old tire because they didn't see any visible nails... and found a staple. Not a nail like the other place showed me a picture of. A staple. I was in and out in 25 minutes or less, with two excellent quality used tires. The service was top notch and the guy who attended me was friendly. Been going to these guys for a few years now. They have always been absolutely great. They're always very appreciative of your business and make you feel like family. They get you in and out fast and for a very reasonable price. Case and point, on my last visit to get a tire patched it turned out the problem was the valve stem which had one of these built-in tire pressure sensors which they don't carry. They offered to put in a new basic stem temporarily until I could go get the situation dealt with. But then came back and told me they were able to fidget with things and get a new stem attached to the original sensor and got it all put back together and working for me. Total cost ten bucks. Total time 25 minutes with no appointment. read more

I looked up tire repair shops on Yelp because a nail was lodged in my tire. Since Faster Tire Center had great reviews AND they were five minutes from my house, I took my van there. I was able to drive the van with the nail in the tire, but when I got there, I couldn't find it because the head of the nail broke off. They took off the tire, easily found the puncture using water, and patched it from the inside instead of just a plug. Even with another customer in front of me, all said and done, it cost $15 and I was out the door in 20 minutes. The gentleman were nice and honest. They let me watch them as they patched the tire. I brought my 2010 Infiniti G37 for a flat tire. The tire had 4 nails so the person recommended I change both rear tires since this in an AWD car. The got me in out and in 30 minutes and when I left and drove the car, I noticed two things. First, they did not balance the tires at all because the car was shaking. Second thing is that my TPMS light started flashing because they damaged the TPMS sensor in the process and will not admit to this issue caused by them. The also stripped the nut on the wheel by using the wrong socket to take off the tire. I use to send all my friends and family to them for used or new tires but not anymore. I am so disappointed that they completely were of no help when the issues were brought to their attention. read more

Great service! Took a nail through the tread and didn't find it before driving on an almost totally flat tire. My whip is a 4matic so conventional wisdom is to replace the entire set. I was warmly greeted by a middle aged man (unfortunately wasn't able to get his name), who directed me to the door and to speak to Bill. Again was warmly greeted and was very kind. Sadly they didn't have my tire in stock but that still didn't stop them from helping. I was then kindly shown where I could go to get a tire (right across the store).
