We had to wait a week for the appointment, and when they came to install the tires the technician noticed that one was defective so he was only able to replace 3 of them and had to make another appointment for a week later. Two weeks after they replaced the 4th tire, there is now a huge bubble in one of the new tires and my car is not safe to drive. These are high quality Continental tires and we paid a hefty sum. I called tire rack to give them a chance to make things right, but they said they would need me to send photos of the tire with the rim removed. I took it back and had the tires rebalanced not twice, but 3 times (an hour each time). They assured me the balancing was fine and sent me on my way. My car still wobbled significantly. I called NTB on Centreville Rd. and spoke with Brian and explained the situation. He told me I could bring it in and he had my car taken in within minutes of showing up. He was extremely courteous, efficient and highly knowledgeable. He advised me that the prior balancing job(s) were not done properly and explained exactly how, and what needed to be done to correct it. The worst was the rear passenger tire which was at 300, when the max for trucks (which my car isn't even a truck, is .5)!! Absolutely unacceptable and could have destroyed my suspension and other issues! Brian and NTB Centreville Rd. took care of my vehicle at no expense to me despite the issue not being caused by his shop, but the Burke shop. I HIGHLY recommend NTB on 8930 Centreville Rd in Manassas and Brian!
