    Several of my friends have purchased Corvette's from Bill Stasek. They told me about the new Stingray being on display at the dealer today. I drove 50 miles to the store to see the car. I had cash in hand to put down a deposit and place an order. When I arrived and went to the sales desk I was turned away and told the viewing was by invite only. I told them that my friends had received an invite and told me about the event, but that made no difference. Was this a smart business decision? Word of mouth was earning you a new customer. Now I will take my money and business elsewhere. Furthermore, when I posted this experience on their Facebook page, they deleted my comment and then blocked me from posting on their page or leaving a review for their business. I messaged them on Facebook inquiring about this. Kevin B. acknowledge my message and who I was, and then blocked me on messenger. I'm glad I didn't buy the car from here. I can only imagine how the rest of the ownership experience would have been down the road

    My husband and I were looking for a new Traverse and just had a terrible experience at a dealership close to where we live. We decided to go to Stasek on the recommendation of my husband's boss - he's a long time client. It was like night and day! We got to Stasek and were immediately welcomed by Jeremy. He introduced us to Krystle and we worked with her to establish exactly what it was that we wanted. It was like chatting with a friend; pleasant, easy, no pressure, and she knows her stuff. We quickly figured out that we were smitten with the gorgeous black 2020 Redline Traverse that they had on the show floor. Once we had decided to purchase the car, an entire team of people came together to make the whole process happen as painlessly and as quickly as possible. Maximillien went over the protection packages with us (super nice!) and we sat with Mark to go over the financial stuff, and Krystle showed us around so we'd know where to go and who to talk to should we need maintenance done on the car etc. Absolutely top-notch service from start to finish! We're super thrilled about our new car and can't wait to drive it around town once the dealership is done installing some extra features we had requested (they'll deliver it to the house, how convenient is that?). Thanks to Jeremy, Krystle, Maximillien and Mark for making this purchase a pleasure, we're Stasek fans for life!

    Sales person was okay but the finance guy, forgot his name but was he horrific!! Be prepared.

Went in on a Friday afternoon for a scheduled oil change and was there for 2.5 hours! I was told that my car was done so I paid for the oil change. Side note: I was told AFTER I tapped my credit card that there would be a 3% fee. I asked if I could use my debit card instead. There was an option to select Yes or No to the fee so the lady behind the counter clicked No and said the charge still went through. What is the point of having this option??!! Irritating and somewhat shady. Back to the story: The lady saw me get ready to go and did say that my car would be another 10 minutes because they had taken it to drive around the block. Fine. I waited and waited and my car still wasn't ready and no one was available behind the counter to ask. Luckily another man came out to help another customer and I asked him about my car which he automatically brushed me off with a response "yeah it's coming out." But still no car. Another man came out to help another customer and I asked him if he could check the status of my car which I got an annoyed look from him with no response except he just walked to the back and asked about my car. Seriously?! No one else came back out but I heard someone yell "it's coming out right now" and when I looked outside, my car was being driven out of the garage. The man driving my car apologized and explained that the lady should have communicated better and told me that they were still performing tests which took longer than she told me. "Performing more tests", "driving it around the block"...generic excuses thrown at me while not being told exactly what the real status of my car was, all the while behind an enclosed garage with no visibility to what they were actually doing with my car. I don't like being treated like this especially because I didn't see them treating anyone other customers like this. Like the other bad reviews on here and Google, the service you get here is hit or miss. You might save some money on a couple of things but just think if it's really worth it including the time you lose. For me, it's not worth being treated like this and not being able to trust the level of service I'll be getting.

They got…read moreWheel - Inn and Wheel Inn as legal business entities with the same President, manager, and location, but 2 websites, phone #s, emails, and addresses. Why?? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 04/14, bring my car in cause of maintenance light and check engine light. Omar, tech and mechanic receptionist, takes it and I let him know its probably the catalytic converter. I also told him to check out the maintenance light. Omar calls later in the day asking permission to do a diagnosis to figure out the converter's problem. I approve. Omar calls later in the day with a quote of $1600+ ​ for converter of a 4 cylinder Corolla, 2007. Unfortunately for Omar, I did pass CPS's 7th grade curriculum, so I start shopping around. I go to a different shop, and they want some info that is on the diagnostic. I call Omar up and ask questions about the diagnostic while talking to the other shop. Omar says "what's with the attitude" when I make it clear I am shopping around. He then denies me the service of Wheel - Inn (Wheel Inn) telling me "come pick up your car." Unprofessional but understandable. Like farting during a meeting. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 4:30, I come to retrieve my Corolla. Omar took it upon himself to give me and charge me for an oil change. I did not ask for it, nor approve it, nor tell him the oil I want in my car. They put that dirty, substandard synthetic blend ​in my baby, violating my car (she runs on full synthetic only, I had a sticker that showed it too). He argued with me in the shop about lexical semantics. I had no time, I said ill email. I email for a partial refund. This company is not a fan of emails. They call me 3 times (once at 7:50AM , before they even open​). I ask them, 3 times, through email, to email me. They can't do it. They reimburse my purchase. No response when I ask for a warranty on my engine. ------------------------PRO TIP: Get everything in email/writing---------------- 3 stars for doing the right thing, -1 star for Omar's demeanor and violation of my vehicle. Looks great…read moreand they matched the paint very well as they just had to replace the passengers side front fender. However, their communication skills are awful. They tell you your cars gonna be done we will call you tomorrow afternoon ..... I waited and they didn't call me. I called them 4 Days later. Then promised the next day in the morning, they called me the following afternoon saying tomorrow. After all that, I finally got the car back and the work its self was good. The reason for the 3.5. Here is the kicker, I got my car back and it was filthy! They didn't even get all the compound off. There is something all over my windows that I can't get off. Again, this was bad. However, I did not call and complain, as I was able to clean almost all it myself, except for I can't get this sludge off my windows and mirror. I also didn't not have too much confidence as they let the car leave like that in the first place. I would maybe go back. Maybe.

    Like many Yelpers I sometimes fear going to the auto shop because I'm worried about being hassled…read moreabout repairs that I might not necessarily need or be upsold on extras for the car that are also unnecessary. After some research on Yelp I found that Tire Boss had overwhelmingly positive reviews for the services that I was looking for and my experience was consistent with others. I bought a car fairly recently and had developed a very slow leak in my front tire. I brought it into Tire Boss where my technician Eric greeted me in a friendly manner and proceeded to inspect my car in a short amount of time. Once he was done inspecting the tire, he explained to me that he found a puncture and quoted me a price to repair it which was lower than I expected to fix it. He did not push for any other unnecessary repairs and I even asked if my wipers needed replacements, of which he provided a detailed explanation of why the replacement could wait with an explanation of when I should get them replaced (when streaks appear). Once I agreed to the repair and price, the team quickly performed the service and I was ready to go -- in and out in less than 1 hour including a short wait. After it was done, Eric proceeded to check me out with an explanation of the services performed including filling up all the tires to the manufacturer's suggested pressure and pulled up the vehicle directly to the door. Overall I was quite happy with how quickly service was performed, the reasonable prices, no hidden fees, not being upsold on any items, and having the same technician work with me from the beginning to end of the process.
