The staff was friendly but now I understand why. As I looked through the store most bathing suits range from 50-100, somehow mine was $420 for a top & bottom. There was no price tag, the total was mentioned after the sale and while they told me it's a beautiful bathing suit they could've mentioned it's expensive ASF!!!! No bathing suit is worth that and I think it's shady nothing was mentioned. If you go, ask for price before hand cause they clearly just wanted our money and now will not be getting any more of ours. I love the cardigan/ coverup I bought, it was in the $200 range so it was definitely expensive but you got to think, you're in Key West. The woman wasn't overbearing, she was just trying to make a sale and it worked because she pointed me in a great direction to purchase something that was my style. read more

I feel so violated and disgusting. This store deserves a negative star. The sales lady who was there needs to go. She was very aggressive and essentially forced my friends and I to try on the most expensive suits in the store whose prices weren't shown and only revealed when asked for. While trying on suits in one of their tiny dressing room stalls, I kept hitting my elbows on the boxes stacked up right next to the curtain invading my room. The worst, though, was when the disrespectful sales lady opened and came into my dressing room while I was half naked to show me more suits to try on. After showing disinterest and saying no thank you, she proceeded to yell at me and told me her boss was right outside as if to tell me to try on the suits or else.. I quickly got dressed and walked out. I regret not telling the lady to back the f*ck up because I was half naked. Ladies, DO NOT GO HERE. read more

I walked in the store, the sales girl was talking with me all the time nicely, but the point of this store is they did not tell me what the price is before they took my card. After they chipped, the price is $150, I cannot accept! I asked they to refund, then they said no refund, no exchange. she said I can call the owner next day. I called, but no one was answering. Are they lying？ Secondly, their website is suck. We cant open it, and they copied the Canada brand which is Bikinivillage.com. The Key West store's web is bikinivillageusa.com. If you try to open it, there is nothing. I just want to wonder if you two are different why you used same name, website dominos name, specially SAME PRICE!!! I would like to give them less than one star or negative stars. First the merchandise is overpriced and not of great quality. But that's nothing compared to the aggression of the sales woman. My friend went to try on a suit and the sales woman interrupted her multiple times in the fitting room while she was half dressed to push her to try other suits. When she expressed disinterest the sales woman told her not to say anything negative, her boss was right there. Not only did she make my friend feel uncomfortable but she shamed her. This is unacceptable behavior from anyone, let alone someone trying to sell something. Some of the suits do not have prices and they will push you to try on the suits that don't have a price. Wow terrible customer service. Purchased items (expensive) and 3 hours after I purchased a flash sale came out. I would have given this store a zero. First of all, this store is extremely overpriced for the quality of material you're getting. The lady working there tried to entice me with a suit and I felt almost forced to try it on. When I did it was itchy and unflattering, and she told me it was 189$. She was very pushy and aggressive, my friend wanted to try on a suit but she forced all these suits on her and burst in to her dressing room. Very distasteful and violating. They have a really nice selection of bikinis, HOWEVER, I will never go back because of the horrible experience I had last time. First time I went there, the sales lady was very pushy, even came in my dressing room and practically groped me. Second time I went there: the "dressing rooms" are tiny boothes with a tiny curtain that doesn't close most of the way, so you never have privacy. I was trying on suits & the lady in the booth next to me had her husband back there, and male employees kept coming back there because that's where the break room is. I felt I had zero privacy!!!! I said something about the men, the lady's husband stepped out, but the male employees only stepped out for a second then returned. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! read more

I don't need someone to suggest every other bikini and stand in my face while I'm trying to focus and find things I like. Bought a number of bikinis, spent a good amount of money and when I took one of the bottoms out of the bag, it was apparently damaged by the panty-liner as it was askew and stuck to the netting on the top of the bikini bottom. I wish I saw the guy put this all in the bag as I might have noticed the way it was put into the bag as the netting is pulled by the liner and unwearable, and now they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AT ALL, EVER and other than dispute my credit card, I cannot get a hold of them and will have no recourse. I recently purchased a swimsuit for my daughter at this store my daughter went to the next store & found a suit she liked more. The store (Oliver) refused to take it back stating its FL law & store policy that all sales are final on swimsuits. I'm still trying to find the law he cited. Anyway he told me the only thing I could do is dispute with my credit card company. So I called my CC company they needed some more information to process the dispute. I asked Oliver for the info he said there was no way he would help me with the dispute. I was confused since he told me it was my only option. My receipt does NOT state all sales final. He feels he will win. But did offer me his business card because if I win I get a free swimsuit he says I'll be the first. He deals with us vacationers all the time. He always wins & he said it would ruin his business if he openly told customers all sales are final. Well I'm not a shady business man like him. If I win I will be mailing the unused swimsuit back to the store since I'm an honest American not just one trying to earn scam a dollar! read more

They just saw us and already knew which type of bikini will be the best for us. They were very helpful and honest!!! Amazing collection and all high quality brands in one place! For example they have 3 different tops and 3 different bottom, matching rompers and pants to each swimwear! A lot of options for everyone. I definitely recommend this place. Omg!! this shop charged way too much!!! as in way too much!.. its very decieving.. the tops doesnt hv the price tag, i looked twice on the tops to which the owner had me tried on, i ddnt see any price tag so i ddnt bother to look at other swimwears coz i assume they all doesnt have a tag on them.. i chose 2 pairs but the owner (the heavy one) was kind of pushy.. so anyway, my husband went ahead and paid it, i wasnt paying attention coz i was busy looking around the swimwears, when we got out of the shp, my husband was looking at the cc reciept, and was hesitating to show me, and when i sawcthe total price that we just paid, ($589.00 for 3 pairs of swmwears and a cover up)damn it was very infuriating! i even went online and check the prices of the items that we bought and they really charge way too much.. im not gping to recommend this shop to anyone! unless you wanna pay for "a not so fashionable" and very expensive swimwear! read more

I took my wife in this store so she could buy swimwear. She bought one bikini and two cover ups. I bought two swim trunks but when it was totaled it equaled $1187.00 and change. Even after the three that I chose not to buy were added in the total I got back to my room, no receipt and I had paid cash!! The total was approximately 400.00 over what each item totaled and I even added sales tax in my total. I own three businesses in North Carolina and deal with this type often. I put them all back in the bag and headed back to the store where the guy claiming to be the owner still was trying to rook me. I finally got a little over three hundred back and figured I better leave before I got myself in trouble! The guy went running in the back and brought out a pair of shoes which appeared to be like ones she had tried!! He said they were for our trouble. Got back to the room again and it was obvious they were used and soiled by others feet. Go by and give him a try. I feel confident you will find the same results!! read more
