This is one of the "coolest" surf shops in the lower keys. Besides having the coldest air inside to cool off, the owners have their 2 dogs inside to guard the premises. One dog named Decoy lays on the counter wearing his sunglasses watching all the tourists. The surf clothing is really nice and all great quality. Not the tourist $5 junk that is sold in many of the other shops. They really carry the top brands at a reasonable price. read more

Easily the largest surf clothing store in Key West. Several clearance deals indicating 50% off and lots of Frat Daddy and Anchor Boys hats at $20.00 off, which are Quiet Storm brands. The wife went crazy with all the discounts for big brand beachy clothing and was in the fitting room praying for a great find. No deals on Costa sun glasses but love the brand equal to Oakley in my opinion. read more

Everyone that works here has no work ethic. They are all rude and stuck up pompous people. I went in the morning (10:30 Wednesday) and there was 2 or 3 people working, 2 girls and a guy and NONE of them greeted us or asked if we were looking for anything specific. They just sat there hitting the vapes and talking amongst themselves. Then had the audacity to ask for a tip at check out. (We only bought 1 onesie for my son) Selections were wonderful but I'm never going to segregate myself or family to that again. You guys need to do better :) read more

Customer service was terrible which is sad bc they have nice items. Rude employees except for one young lady that was very helpful. However, signs for sales very misleading and when pointing it out was told at least u got something off. Employees need basic customer service skills!!! And a tip for their service???? Good selection of items, but we were in there for 45 minutes (and not when it was busy) and had zero help finding sizes, getting into a dressing room etc. Then the register asked if I wanted to tip, after receiving literally no help, having to find creative ways to check sizes of items that were high up and out of my reach. I would have left but we were looking for an xs swim suit for my daughter, which we eventually found in this store. read more

​OMG I loved this store. Has an ample space, amazing decoration ( I spent ten minutes, only watching all the details in here, like the huge shark​ where I took a picture to check in! For those people like me that like clothes with beach, fishes, and all the water sports prints, this is the place. Filled with shirts, hats, shorts, and much more. Prices are a little high but well deserved because you can see the great quality of the products in here. Dios mío, me encantó esta tienda. Since when do clothing stores ask for a tip when checking out?? Sad because they have a great selection.

Never again. Bought 7-8 shirts and the person working failed to remove the security device. I am staying at a place mid-way up the Keys and had to return it myself today. One hour and twenty minutes in each direction. They didn't give two shits that had to drive that far because of their mistake. There are plenty of places to buy shirts in KW. I was in this store today and found some Roxy shorts that I loved. I had three different colors of the same style - the price tag of the one color said $35.00. I didn't bother to look at the tag of the other two because they were exactly the same style. I decided to buy two different colors (the two that I did not look at the price tag) and went to the register. The girl was pleasant, and rang them up for a total of $96 and some change. Of course I was confused and she said that the price of the shorts were $44 a piece. I said the tag said $35 on the other pair and she said that it depended on when they got them in the store, and the same style could be different prices. I apologized and said that I changed my mind because I thought they were less expensive. The sales clerk was very short and very rude in her response. I will not be visiting this store again. And in the end, I found them on Amazon for $28.00 anyway. read more
