This place is a factory and you get to try their sandles. The lady behind my counter was busy chatting with her friends even I was ready to pay. So, the service could be a bit slow. Loren had the greatest smile, the kindest voice, and was not overbearing or obnoxious like a lot of the sales people I met in stores. She left me to look around on my own, but was available in seconds every time I needed assistance. I watched how she interacted with other customers and her service was spot on. Good customer service seems to be a practice that is lost in our country at this point in time and I know it must be affecting productivity as well as sales.
