It was the start of PRIDE Week in Key West, and Chris even invited us to stop by at night and hang out a bit. The young lady working here was more preoccupied with her phone and her video than greeting customers. However, after looking around for a while, I found several items that I loved, that were reasonably priced, and beautiful, so I bought them! However, I am writing this review, not so much about the store, but about the sales associate who assisted me. Her name was Lauren, and they couldn't have a sweeter and more helpful person there! Loren had the greatest smile, the kindest voice, and was not overbearing or obnoxious like a lot of the sales people I met in stores. She left me to look around on my own, but was available in seconds every time I needed assistance. I watched how she interacted with other customers and her service was spot on. Good customer service seems to be a practice that is lost in our country at this point in time and I know it must be affecting productivity as well as sales. That's why I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the outstanding service that Lauren provided. She understands what good customer service means and she delivers. Plus, she is truly a very nice person and perfect for the job she currently holds. Truval marketplace is lucky to have Lauren and I feel honored to have met her.
