We take it up there, mind you the tag isn't scanning at all. I just got off a cruise and Uber'ed here to get another piece of luggage. We get up to the counter and they say we don't write on tags. Tag not scanning but this couldn't possibly be a store error, I somehow have magic and walked in, wrote on the tag and got it on the luggage with a tag machine somehow!! And controlled the tag not scanning at all. This place is a joke and so are the managers. At least Giselle should be ashamed of herself. We found this location to be clean, well-stocked, and unfortunately, very warm due to the AC being out. No problem with AC. I was quickly able to find some items that I was looking for in Orlando as well as a Tommy Bahamas linen shirt for 80% off the prices in the fancy shirt boutiques. Great place!!!!
