Walked in here while exploring Key West and was in awe by how beautiful the store was decorated, in addition to how neat and clean it was. The two associates working greeted me when I walked in, but also didn't bother me while I looked around and I very much appreciated that. Since I was the only customer in there I expected annoying attention but they let me peruse while they worked. All the stuff was cute but like I said the decor was just so spectacular. Seashells adored the walls and the fitting rooms had Lilly's iconic prints on the walls. There was even a HUGE mirror with hundreds of seashells all over it. Whoever decorated this store.... Not one of the 3 salesperson said hello to me as I browsed around the store, so why I spend my money there. Very disappointing.

I walked in today with our two daughters and our oldest daughter was looking for a specific skirt pattern. There were probably five women working and only one other set of customers and we weren't even greeted. The staff was all talking amongst themselves and acted like we were invisible. Our daughters grabbed several items to try on and they opened fitting rooms. I asked a staff member if they had a restroom and her curt response was NO, there is one across the street in the Hyatt hotel lobby. Okay, gosh, thanks! As my daughters had hundreds of dollars worth of clothes to potentially purchase they wouldn't let me use their restroom? You can't tell me they don't have a restroom for themselves or customers. I was so fuming as I walked out of the store to make it across the street parking lot to weave in and out of a resort I wasn't even staying at to use their restroom. I got back to Lily, wasn't greeted for the second time and asked the girls if they liked anything they had tried. Our oldest daughter needed another size so I went to look for it not knowing where she had gotten it I was searching the store as yet again no associate felt like helping me. Found the skirt. By this time I was so annoyed with the whole experience I chose to leave and purchase the items we wanted online. This is the problem with retail stores. This will be their demise. No wonder everything is online now and stores are closing left and right. This store was fully staffed, not busy and they still refused to help their customers! read more

Personally, I had a great experience here. The customer service staff were very friendly and helped me find some great items. I did not want to spend a ton of time in here, but wanted to scratch the itch of buying my Lily dresses while in Key West. My husband I were not recognized when we entered the store. We were the only ones in the store - looked around. There was the owner and the not a younger sales person just talking about the store. We were half way out the door, when we got a goodbye. We decided not buy anything when they did half way through the store. We bought online. read more

I like the dresses for my young daughter and am used to experiencing warm and friendly service at Lily P stores. The sales women at this store were incredibly unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I had come in to buy something. They literally said no more than 2 words, did not offer to help or see if we needed anything and didn't say "thank you" after we purchased dresses! read more

As a Lilly fan, I never miss visiting a shop in a city I am visiting. They are almost always closed (evening) when I try to visit the KW shop. (check the hours!) I was helped immediately. They had just unpacked new arrivals so I was lucky enough to get pants in my size. Everyone was very friendly. As Lilly stores go, this is a smaller one (larger than the Ocean Reef shop in Key Largo. Smaller than Merrick Park in Coral Gables). In my book, ANY Lilly shop is better than NO Lilly shop! read more

I think I had the fortune to be taken care of by the owners of the store, but in general everyone at this store is amaizing. I went there on my birthday to buy a nice pretty dress and sure I got it. I had a minor issue with the dress so I went back the next day for an exchange and they did it with no problem. It was a very good experience and memory from my bday!! read more

Here to echo everyone else's sentiments that this is the worst Lilly store I've been to. I walked into the store in pool clothes and my hair up, despite wearing Lilly leggings I still got the, "are you sure you can afford this store" look. I could literally see the woman who greeted me look me up and down. I walked around the store and one of the other girls kept her eye on me the entire time. Finally I felt so uncomfortable I decided to leave. I said thank you and have a good day as I left and a cluster of workers look up from talking to each other and gave a halfhearted, "thanks." Do NOT make the mistake of taking advantage of saving money on the website by sharing your email address. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT do it. While many think that Lilly Pulitzer is such a great brand, when you share your email address you will find soon enough that they have sold your email information to every charlatan in the world. Since that fateful time, my email is filled with over 400 emails per day from the most hideous senders. Many of the emails I am now receiving are filthy and pornographic in nature. My email box was clean prior to my sharing because as a practice I never shared my email address. I should not have been enticed by the 20% discount. I wrote a letter to the CEO to inform her of this issue and did not receive a response. This certainly will make me think twice about ever shopping at Lilly Pulitzer again. read more

Fun colorful shop right in center of Key West! Bought a golf outfit which will get plenty of use in California and Arizona. Staff was helpful and very nice. If ever go back to Key West will stay in area close to this store. read more

They responded to say they searched for the items on my list and didn't have any of them in their store but suggested to search online. Although they couldn't find any of my items, I appreciate their help in searching for them! Today was my first experience in a Lilly Pulitzer store . I had looked online and found some dresses I liked so I went in to experience them . I was welcomed immediately and asked if I needed any help . The attendant set me up with a dressing room and took it on herself to bring me options while I was trying on the two I initially picked . This is the 3rd and last time I attempt to buy Lily in Key West. They lack sufficient sizes and you always get sales staff that have an attitude. Nice, glad I have great stores closer to my home. This Lilly store was beautiful, clean, and organized but they did not have the new releases that were due to be unpacked the day before. Also, nobody offered to help me the entire time I was shopping. When I was checking out, a man was leaving with his wife and offered to one of the sales associates to check his shopping bag if he wanted (stores sometimes do this in high traffic areas to prevent theft). The male associate said no, but then proceeded to openly mock the customer (after said customer left) while I was still checking out. Not classy and immature. I had been highly anticipating my trip to Lilly in the keys, but wasn't impressed. read more

I was so disappointed in my recent visit to Lilly in Key West. I had been so looking forward to it. First, I was taken aback by how small the store was, I have a signature store in my town and it is twice as large. The selection was minimal, I know the summer line had dropped almost a week earlier and there were only a few pieces out. I buy a lot of Lilly, it's basically all I wear - I had Lilly on head to toe that day and I couldn't even get a salesperson to talk to me. I did finally buy a dress and a bracelet, only because my husband picked them out for me and insisted that I wear the dress to a dinner we were going to on Sunset Key. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time. I'll try again when we're back in December, but I was not impressed. Actually, my visit there was the most disappointing part of my vacation. read more

I live part of the year in Key West. Lilly is my go to for clothing for almost any occasion. I usually buy online but since I live in KW, I thought Id do local business. There was a new girl and she actually was very helpful. I specifically asked her to help me because I've experienced such poor attitudes with the veteran associates in the past, and I wanted someone that wasn't yet jaded. Unfortunately, she was too new to be allowed to check me out. This lilly store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Lilly. I had a bill of over $2000.00. I wanted to pay with credit card and the rest on a gift card (which had $1000 on it). The woman (her name was Corrin on the receipt ) kept keying in the GC number telling me there isnt such a GC. Unfortunately I called Lilly Pulitzer corporate but they were closed on a Sunday. The woman made me feel like a criminal.I felt humiliated and upset . She had mega attitude. I paid for a bracelet and asked her to hold the clothing til Monday (the next day) so I could call Lilly. Sure enough , Monday, I called corporate and the gift card was PERFECTLY FINE. What a shame to have a store in a PRIME location with tourists who on vacation want to spend money, and they encounter such nastiness. The male in the store (manager?) is often heard making snide comments about the customers as well. What are they thinking???? read more
