This is Key West so don't be silly in thinking that Graffitti Menswear is actually men's haberdashery. It's not. It's actually more of a kinky sex shop with Breedwell (yes, that's the manufacturer's trade name) LED jockstraps and harness with flashing lights showing you off. Then there are lots of shirts, bow ties, socks, UV fans, shorts, carrying bags and of course plenty of really nifty costumes; perfect for Halloween, theme, or rave parties. Most shirts, fans, etc. have nifty catchy sayings on them, none of which I dare repeat on Yelp. But on top of all the kinky, raver, and party boy stuff are a few Nice ST33LE shorts. Couldn't not stop in and browse when I first saw this place, and then I met Mary. She said hello immediately and offered help finding a size. I took her up on help, having seen a swim short in a pattern I liked. When it didn't fit, Mary recommended the trunk. It didn't fit, and Mary brought a Speedo that I would normally not like. But, again, Mary had a recommendation that worked - one size up. Well, needless to say, I bought three items that night. And when I left and saw a pattern in the window that I didn't see initially, I decided to go back the next day and try it on. Mary was there, more welcoming and helpful than you could ever imagine. This time I brought a friend and Mary helped each of us find something on the sale rack and something full price. The sales staff were perfect. They did not push me to make a purchase and allowed me time to try as many items on as I wanted. In fact, I saw a swimsuit in the Graffitti Menswear store while there on vacation August 11, 2013. It was a burgundy/wine colored square cut crotch hugging suit in medium. Have never reviewed an apparel establishment, but had to here. Bought a hat on Friday night (not inexpensive) and the (manager?) kindly removed tag for me as it was to be a gift. After realizing it was not the correct insignia on the hat for my friend, I returned around 36 hours later with original receipt for exchange which a kind sales associate began to process. Then the (manager?) came out from his desk in the room behind the register stating he would not allow the return as the tag was removed. I asked if he could simply replace the tag from the replacement item (same brand different logo) and he was completely set in his refusal, stating people might assume it was a 'knock off'. This was the worst customer service and attitude I have experienced in many years of touring and shopping. Beware of this place. They likely feel they will never see you again as a tourist customer, and this was so off-putting. Thanks to the associate who wanted to do the right thing, and note to to the (manager?): you should try to treat your your customers as customers. read more

I bought a very techie-style stainless steel bracelet for my husband when we were there on vacation. He wore it about four times and the little pins holding the sections together began to fall out. I did not have a receipt, but I mailed the bracelet back to the store with an accompanying letter and they repaired it and sent it back. Excellent customer service! Thank you. This place is a rip-off. My wife and I have purchased several items from here and recently visited the store in May 2015. I purchased a pair of Vissla shorts that retail for $59 (on the actual Vissa site, not Amazon or another discount retailer), and was surprised when the salesman told me I owed $92! I completed the purchase but immediately returned after realizing how much the store had marked up these shorts, with the hope that they would do a price adjustment or just complete a refund. I was told they don't accept any returns (except for store credit). I was amazed at the lack of acknowledgement of their markup and refusal to make things right. We will not be back to Graffitti! read more
