Okay, this place is absolutely wonderful! Pat and Dave (the owners) know exactly what they are doing and go way out of their way to make sure their products live up to any expectation you have. I went in to see if they could do a custom made harness. It was pretty intricate and all I had was a picture so I wasn't sure what Dave could make of it. He went above and beyond and made the final product even better than I imagined. Definitely check this place out. The man in the store paid us very little to no attention, not even a hello. i visited key west last december for vacation and discovered the store right across from my lodging. the selection of items is fabulous and i purchased a couple of things including a beautiful leather belt. when i was back home i wanted an harness and i sent the pictures to dave since the quality of the leather they use is better than anything you can buy online. the harnesses online were made of thin cheap leather and were ugly so i wanted something custom. they made me the most beautiful harness i have ever put on. but it needed some adjustbemtns on some of the straps. a phone call to dave and the fixed piece came in quickly and fabuloous. if i would had done the harness when i was there in person, it would had been perfect but the one i ordered on the phone was over 90% perfect and the adjustments were made free of charge and now the harness is one of my favorite pieces that i have ever owned. this is an harness that will last me forever. and mind that i live in massachusetts which is a ways from key west. but the distance did not matter, the service was excellent and courteous. the guys at the store are extremely knowledgeable and very professional. you can pretty much ask them anything you want and they answer clearly and professionally. no creepyness or seediness at all. they are a real expert fetish and sex aids store. i also picked up a leather thong which is my favorite piece of garment and they helped with fit and finish too. they have over 18 differnent ones and if you do not like any of them THEY WILLL MAKE YOU ONE EXACTLY TO YOUR SPECS! that is their difference. what they sell you is what you design and want besides of what they may have in stock. i will definitely do buisiness with them again even from home since it is so easy to do. but i tell you, if you are in key west you must visit the store. it is out of the duval street strip but easy to get to and it is very interesting. going to the store is just a must do stop like the hemingway house and the other attractions. thanks Dave, and thanks pat for helping with the leather bottom selections. will be contacting soon for a couple of other things i want. luv ya guys. read more
