We came into town for an overnight visit and saw this coach shop we went in and got greeted but then just got followed around .The service was ok because I would ask and they would then help, but once I got to the register I was rushed, the young lady at the register didn't smile once and on top of that I got double charged on my credit card so now I need to fix that too. I feel like returning my things and getting them elsewhere with better customer service.! They have a great selection of handbags and great prices but I wish they'd understand that the customer experience matters! read more

This is a small coach store but still had some very cute items inside for great prices. The staff did not offer any assistance while we were inside, instead watched us the entire time but said nothing (about 3 girls who were not helping other people). No biggie, bc I could've asked for help if I really wanted to purchase something, but it was strange they didn't even speak to us. I did see a few totes and small wallets that were new patterns/styles that were cute but there weren't any deals of the day to make it worth it. I am a big fan of Coach purses. I recently dropped by because I wanted to purchase a wallet. I was unimpressed by the attitude of the salesgirl. She seemed to completely ignore me. I needed some assistance, and luckily, the cashier helped me out. I ended up buying the wallet I was looking for and a purse. I don't usually buy pricy purses. And still don't :) A blue purse caught my eye in the window and drew me into the store. The staff was terrific, I wish every store had this kind of staff. Welcomes you as soon as you walk in. After a few minutes of checking out the store, ask if they help you find anything or have any questions. The color I loved doesn't come in the size I prefer to carry. But there were still cute bags I liked. The bonus was receiving a 50% coupon when we walked in- and I love my coupons!!! Hubby found the perfect bright pink purse and said "I'm getting this for you for Christmas." I think he knows how hard it is for me to make that kind of decision. Thanks honey, I love it. read more

I have to tell you been here every visit to Key West but last purchase was 2014 a beautiful dark lavender bag that I still use to this day. So I was excited this trip to shop here I even came back as I felt hubby was rushing me but nothing. The only thing I was considering was a Coach back pack but hubby felt it was too small to fit my laptop. Since he is always right I passed. But I still went back same day and was surprised no ladies belts which I could use. So once again left with nothing but I did get a much needed education. I have purchased a new camera bag purse it is called with a floral design and matching wallet at Macy's. In a recent trip to Vancouver I went through a regular priced store and what a difference lots of great pieces one of a kind really. Which leaves you with the outlet which you assume is leftover from the regular store but it's not just a lot of generic looking bags made for the Outlet. So even with the 70% off you spend a lot on a bag. It pays to shop around and definitely will pass the outlets for this brand in the future. read more

This is a very sophisticated and appealing outlet store. I was truly amazed not only of the incredible selection, attention to detail, the layout of the store and customer service from the fine associates there - but more-so from the fact that women were actually not cat-fighting and knocking each other over for the products! This store is big and clean and bright. The staff tends to be a tad pushy - offering coupons and then stalking you around the store to remind you the price of the item if you factor in the coupon. Offering other colors and styles - typically unrelated to the item in my hand. The styles don't change too often so if you want traditional Coach designs you can easily find them. They have very few of their mens collection also. Maybe because the footprint of the store is smaller they chose not to offer more than basically wallets. I love the stores that offer belts and messenger bags and credit card holders. None of that is found here for the Mens line. The prices are great but you will be reminded time and time again about the price as the employees stalk you around and provide a running price point commentary. I'll stick to other Coach locations and avoid this one. read more

My first visit to the Coach Outlet was a pleasant surprise. I did not own a single coach item. I had never been in any Coach store. I visited the store looking for a specific item: a wallet for travel abroad where I can carry my passport, iPhone, credit cards, money. The girls working there were fantastic! I explained what I was looking for and was shown various items. They explained to me the difference between Coach Outlet and Coach Retail and said I would probably like their "retail" line better. They had 50% off store wide and another 40% off clearance. I ended up with a $500 leather wallet from the Coach Retail line, for just $52! It perfectly meets my needs. The staff who works here is the best! Other chains could learn from them. read more

I am coming back to Manhattan in two weeks and I will continue to write about bad dates, good dates, pizza, various NYSC gyms, delish froyo, bar-hopping with Monica R and Karen F, and dresses I can't afford. The minute you walk in, you'll rub your eyes like it's Christmas morning and that song "Someone saved my life tonight" by Elton John will play in your head. You'll look at the price tags for the bags you love and you'll think someone has played a terrible joke on you. So you ask the saleswoman if these prices are correct and she says "Yes, and you take an additional 30% off at the register." So from your years of working at Coach throughout college, you've learned a thing or two about the product codes and how to tell a fake from a realsie. All real. All legit. All my Christmas presents, birthday presents, graduation gifts were purchased way in advance and NO ONE HAS TO KNOW THEY ARE OUTLET STYLE. None of my friends read my Yelp reviews, so they won't know. But you do and now you know and you are a better person for it. Have never been a big fan of Coach but have several friends and relatives who are so I am dragged into this location every time they visit Key West. Store is clean and nicely laid out with unobtrusive yet extremely helpful staff. Seems they are always having a sale which is 60% off all items in addition to an additional 30% off markdowns. Got a beautiful Spring 2018 purse from a location that had closed in New York! Went back a couple of weeks later to get matching wallet and the deal was that if you bought 2 wallets, in addition to the 60% off and the 30% off, it was an additional 25% off. Unbelievable!!! While Coach will never be my personal favorite, this store is definitely worth a look through and there are plenty of fun watering holes nearby that your honey can be entertained as well and not worry that you are breaking the bank! read more

This is the worst shopping experience Ive ever had in my entire life. I love Coach and I walked into this store today wearing the new Coach bag that just came out this season and I wanted to browse the new Keith Haring collection. Must have been 10:30 in the morning and there was no one inside the store besides three employees who greeted me but in actuality attempted to overwhelm me and test me. A simple greeting and explanation of the sale would have been enough. But two of the employees loudly and openly decided to speak badly about me and my mom who were in the store because they thought we didn't speak english or I was simply deaf! I believe the guy's name was Daniel and the lady was a short and frumpy looking girl. They knew they were being pushy and tried to make fun of me because they were saying I couldn't afford anything? Who says that?! I was nice and courteous until they started being disrespectful. I purchased $130 worth of items from this store but I wish it was to another location. I will call corporate on Monday and speak to someone to see what they can do about this because I believe I was treated unfairly. I believe the manager's name was Kelly, which is such a shame that she was there the entire time and doesnt know what happens in her own store. read more
