I had broken the clasp and just wanted it repaired so I could wear it. I stated do not restring, not necessary just make it wearable. 3 months go bye and I realize I had not heard from Neptune. I take some responsibility as I did not call, went on vacation or just busy. You would think once the repair was finished they would call. NO they did not. After 3 months I visited to find NOTHING NOTHING had happened. They said it is not gold so we cannot repair. Although I never raised my voice, I made it known I was a very unhappy customer. At one point, a male employee decided to get involved and started by saying - just relax!! Women loved to be told that don't we!! I stated no need to use gold, just a clasp so I can wear it. 3 Weeks later returned to find my necklace had been taken apart and was missing a loop at the end. AGAIN NO REPAIR NO CALL. I asked for the loop to put back and I would return tomorrow. I also stated I did not really want to be charged for the repair. Well, I did return the next day, they did repair and I was told, the owners said to tell you it's $37.50 - pay or will will take the repair apart and return to you!!!! Wow threatening a customer for $37.50!! If you read the bio of the store, it was started by Mom and Dad. I can image Mom and Dad would be ashamed of the current owner threatening a customer for $37.50. There are quite a few smaller shops in Key West. Go there!! I certainly will not be returning and now that my friends have heard - they will not either!!
