I must say, the service at Bike Therapy in Morgan Hill is far beyond what I expected. This is my second visit and this visit was as good as the first. I had a broken chain, this time. Took it, in the service dept stopped what he was doing and took care of me immediately much to my satisfaction. It's nice to do business with "old School" where they care about their customers. They take care of the needs. Both visits. I was a walk in. You don't get service like that just anywhere. Bike Therapy is definitely my bike store to go to. read more

I paid over $500.00 for a tune up and parts to fix an issue. I went in 2 times and both times was adjusted the issue was fixed. I independently noticed that one of the pulleys on my rear derailer was missing parts of some teeth. After paying as much as I did the techs that worked on my bike did not see this problem. My complaint when I brought in my bike was rough and loud shifting. I ordered the pulleys on line and replaced them myself. They did reach out to me when I posted a bad review on their website but I did not contact them, I figured I gave them 2 chances to fix my bike and $500.00 and that was enough contact with them. read more

Best service ever! Took my e-bike in because I was struggling with the stem and bars. Alex took a look and in the time it would take to explain the issue he fixed it on the spot! I tried to pay him for the service but he was kind and asked only that we come back if we ever need sales or service again. This is the 2nd time I've given Bike Therapy a 5-Star review because they keep giving me reasons to be impressed! read more

April 2023 review Over the past several years, my family purchased 5 bikes from Bike Therapy. Each time, we were treated like royalty and the customer experience never fell short of excellence. In the past few months, we bought Turbo Levos from BT. Scott and Paul helped size and fit us. They offered superb advice and suggestions to make our bike rides more enjoyable. My wife is on the petit side, so they had to special order a S1 size for her...which aren't too easy to find. Within a week, they assembled the bike, added the tubeless tires and customized the settings. We could not be any happier with the service from Bike Therapy. We've sent a ton of people to buy Turbo Levos from them and they share the same customer experience. We love that BT is part of our Morgan Hill community. Thank you Scott and Paul! read more

Excellent service from Brandon and his American flag shorts! Easy and friendly service.

Talk about great customer service here. Their team/staff made me feel very comfortable and enjoyable to shop here. They did not hesitate to book me in for service. On 4/29/2023, I brought my 2021 Specialized Enduro to get a Cascade link installed and also some decals. They did an amazing job as you can see from the photo's attached. I am very grateful for their skills and their dedication to get the job done. If you are like me and need any type of service or upgrades - look no further, reach out to them. They have an outstanding customer service and great ideas. It's also good idea to Build a good relationship with their customers and they strive for that. In conclusion, the advice and help I received from them was most professional and helpful. Again, Great work and they delivered an incredible job. Thank you!!! read more

Me and the younger brother came here to buy parts for his bmx bikes. The staff here is very friendly and nice to deal with. They answered all our questions and went the extra mile to help us source parts. Great service and wonderful place. read more

Saw that they had a bike in stock, so ordered it online. I had to wait about a week or so for it to be ready. It was worth the wait! Bike Therapy will text you once the bike is ready to pick up. Came here on Saturday morning. With COVID-19, they placed markers outside where you should line up. You would need to wait at the door until someone gives you the okay to come in. Once I came in, I was warmly greeted and they got my bike right away! Such great customer service. Can't wait to take my bike out for a ride once the air quality is better! read more

Came in to get a few spare tires and the sales guy was helpful and quick. Great selection of bikes and accys. Lots of street parking and easy to find. Location is prime for Morgan Hill right in front of the brewery which i remembered the area as a sort of refinery or grain processing plant, next to the flea market back in the 70/80s. read more

Right before Christmas, I had a mess on my hands with a mangled chain and a tough setup on a bike trainer stand. Everything was self-induced I might add. I showed up that Saturday afternoon and was greeted by Evan. He immediately started looking at the chain entanglement and the stand and I could tell he had a plan brewing. Fifteen minutes later, he was up and running. We did get some help from another bike technician who is the resident expert in chain disentanglement. I left the store with a completely functional gift that is up and running today. Evan refused to take any money for his efforts which I told him wasn't going to happen. Finally, he gave in. I would recommend Morgan Hill Bike Therapy to anyone looking for a good partner for their bikes. Evan is amazing and we are thankful to have him in our little town. Steve read more

Scott and the crew are friendly, knowledgeable and great guys. They have taken care of my MTB for years. 1st bike with SWorks Enduro and just recently had them service my Turbo Levo SWorks. Would highly recommend this shop for all your MTB needs. read more

Guys did a great job servicing my newly purchased Used Yeti. Got it back a day faster and the work was spot on. Rides like a champ and if you text them any issues or pricing you will get a response. I am a true patrón of this place. They can satisfy all of your cycling needs. If you need anything and you live in the South Bay this is definitely the spot to come too. The Specialized apparel is top notch, the service department is full of experts, and Paul is a really cool guy with a lot of knowledge about bikes and components. If the store doesn't have something, they will order it for you online. You definitely need to come check out Bike Therapy if you are an avid cyclist. If you have time, maybe even get a coffee or brew at one of the spots nearby. read more

I tried to go to see the store.but I could not get in because the store has their big van blocking the handicap parking. I've tried to come a previous time and the same thing.why do people have to block the few handicap spots. It not only hurts their business but others in the center. I know this review doesn't really apply to the store. But the owners should know better. Park your van on the street. read more

Edit again on 6/4 : Jodi, this not true. Nobody contacted me on June 1. I reached out to the shop asking for an update. I was not offered the Monarch as a solution, or else we obviously would have ordered it.. Your first reply confirms this, you said the service dept would look for a replacement, not that one had been identified. When I called the service department on June 1st, they mentioned they would wait for the Fox shock to be delivered, take dimensions then look for a replacement. Today I got a call from the service department saying that my origonal shock was just recieved, and in pieces. I told the shop I already ordered a replacement. You must have something mixed up. Update on 6/3: it is 3 days later and again no word back from Bike Therapy. I looked online and found that the Rockshox Monarch is the equivalent of my Fox shock which came on the stumpjumper. Bike Therapy did not identify this as a solution. The stumpjumper was offered with the option for Fox or Rockshox. The Rockshox Monarch was $270, Bike Therapy charges $180 for service. I'm extremely disapppinted in Bike Therapy... especially given how easy it was for me to find and order a replacement shock ... not going back again. Poor effort all around. read more

An update from my last. I saw recently some lower star ratings. And I know there was some material shortages and some challenges recently with the supply chain. But anyway I went in for a tuneup and was a great experience. Everything done on time and with high-quality. They were missing one part that needed to be updated during the tuneup which couldn't be avoided. They called me when it was in and they installed it for free after the fact (Of course I still paid for the part, But there was no additional service charge). I was also there looking for some gloves. The retail clerk went up in the attic to see if they had my size and found one in an alternate color. I didn't buy it but I appreciated the option. It looks to me like they're still going above and beyond compared to most places. read more

My family and I have been really happy with the service we have received at Bike Therapy, in the last 2 years we have purchased 3 MTBs from the shop. (Rock Hopper Comp, Rock Hopper Expert and Fuse Expert) It's our go to place for service as well, the service team has done a great job on fixing our bent rims and helps the family not miss any riding days. I came in with an urgent need to fix my daughters bike just before her race and the tech was able to fix in just under 5 minutes and didn't charge me. Keep in mind the service team was booked out. I drive from Gilroy because I know that I'm going to get good service on a consistence basis. Thanks!!! read more

I absolutely love bike therapy! In my family, we own 4 E-bikes and I bring all of them to bike therapy to get them worked on with any issues they're having. We've had them do safety checks, brake services, tire repairs, derailer adjustments, and other services. They always seem to exceed my expectations. If you bring your bike to bike therapy, you can be confident it will be in good hands. I recommend all my friends and family to this location. read more

Exactly what you would hope a small business would be plus plenty more. I don't know anybody there and went in twice to check out equipment and for service on Specialized Turbo Levo (bought elsewhere). Both visits I was treated like family. The sales staff, Scott, and everyone else I saw were perfect at being helpful and not pushy. Service was just amazing. Evan was slammed but took my call, told me to come down, and treated me and my bike super well. Prices were all better than I could find online. Save your time and just go there. read more

I don't leave reviews too often. When I do, I either had a horrible experience or an extremely wonderful experience. Sahara helped my family and I with our purchase of 4 brand new bikes. We are a bit, ok really indecisive and didn't know what we wanted. Sahara took the time to answer our countless questions and was extremely patient with us through the entire process. Not once did we feel pressured to buy or rushed. Her in depth knowledge of bikes and accessories was impressive to say the least. It took a bit of time for my family and I to figure out what we wanted but finally ended up with amazing bikes. Thank you Sahara!!! read more

With the COVID thing going on and the gyms closed, I really wanted to get into riding. Having lived in the town for three years, I had taken no advantage of the scenic roads and bike trails all around. Also, I had ordered a new bike with training wheels for my three-year-old, to be picked up at Bike Therapy. It was obvious I could not run after him as he zipped around. I was referred to Sahara by a neighbor of mine, who is into bikes in a big way. I did have a target class of bikes in mind but I also had tons of questions on what was truly suitable for me. Sahara was super patient at babying me through everything I needed to know, and connecting what I wanted to accomplish, with what I needed to get. At the end of it, I zeroed in on one of the bikes, which I took out for a test ride. I was super lucky to decide that was what I wanted (the bike was showing as out-of-stock in stores all over the country). I am very grateful to Sahara for offering me the best possible deal on the bike. I also got a few accessories on pretty good discounts. Sahara also went on to explain what I needed to do to keep the bike well-maintained and tuned (I am a complete noob). Having taken it out on a couple of rides so far, I am super happy with my purchase, and I know I'm in good hands with the good neighbors at Bike Therapy! read more

I very rarely leave a bad review but this one has to be said Recently brought my 2020 levo in for warranty motor work and its been 3 weeks. Many non returned messages many excuses blaming it on shipping issues but never a solution or let us get you a loaner to ride or let's get you a motor somewhere else... Friendly little (what seems to me) family owned business. OK pricing for components, bikes are on definitely on the pricier side. My initial experience here was great but depreciated over time. The fact that they upped their servicing fees post Covid-19 makes sense with supply and demand but the fact that the increase was close to 75% baffles me. I stopped by a couple afternoons ago asking if I could get a minor adjustment to my rear derailleur that was already installed on my frame. The woman working insisted I make an appointment 4 weeks out for a full service ($300). Granted a very reasonable pitch and statement... but the fact that I watched as a white family in front of me got their rear derailleur serviced on the spot without an appointment pissed me off. I left the parking lot staring at the bike the family brought being tested after their derailleur adjustment. They were MAYBE in there for 15 minutes. Have some consistency with how you treat & service your customers. You can't tell someone 4 weeks and then service someone else on the spot. JFC. Taking my business to a more equitable establishment. read more

I needed my grandsons rear brake repaired which has a special saddle cable for calipers and called Evan in the morning, he says he thinks he has the part but bring bike in. When I got there I was 8th on line but went fairly fast about 25 minutes. Evan was so busy but sent Christian, he immediately said it is a special cable and looked for the part. He came back showed me the part and I ask if he can install it for me, fortunately he said ok. 30 mi later bike fixed and he had to make a special cable for me. Great customer service, my grandson is totally happy. Thank you read more
