This place is literally our go to spot on a weekly basis. Great place for kids. Great place to gather with friends or family. Great place to catch a game or just wind down. The food is Always great. Whether you get a burger or their wings, onion rings or fries it's always fresh and great quality. The staff is always attentive and super nice. Highly recommend to anyone. You won't be disappointed.

This would've been 5 stars! It was so great the burger really HUGE living up to the name bigz burger, you really pay for your portion because while it was pricey it was a huge burger and lots of fries. The only reason I rate it a four is because I love lemonade and the lemonade I got was so watery but everything else was perfect. It was very moist super messy but delicious. They have such a big menu and a HUGE restaurant very spaced out ambiance and good vibes lots of families. The service was great everyone was polite and they check up on you while you are eating even tho there's an order desk. Would definitely go again!!!! AND THE COOKIE WAS one of the best chocolate chip cookies ever.

Really friendly staff, very clean, good ambience - today was '70's and early '80's Mushroom Swiss burger was exceptional. Loved the skinny sweet potato fries! We also split a Cobb Salad. Very fresh. Perfect lunch for a perfect day-date

It's been seven years since we last visited Big'z burger joint, this location was new to us. The establishment was super clean, even had a strong odor of Fabulosa, lol! They had the largest beer tap and great options at the bar. We were a part of 3, and ordered: two orders of hamburger and chicken burger with fries. Great service and the food was generous in portion size. Recommend and look forward to revisiting again!

The place is BIG! We wanted a new burger experience. This was on our way home off UTSA. Went for lunch. We were greeted as e we walked in. The gentleman explained how we order. Kinda scary..... I love me a loaded burger. However, each item is a la cart. My sons burger was almost $20 A treat indeed! He devoured it! It was a tasty juicy burger.

I couldn't believe my eyes when this beauty by Big'z came out This double patty topped with a runny fried egg, along with sauteed mushrooms, braised onions, jalapeños and provolone cheese was stacked with nothing but the texture and flavors I crave in a burger. Just look at that thing! Big'z is the perfect spot for great food, good drinks, and catching a game on their multiple large screens. It's also a fantastic place to being the kids with their huge outdoor areas. We are def BIG'Z fans!!!

Had a group party here during us grand opening week on UTSA Blvd, and we allll had such a great time! Converting an old dance hall to this huge space for burgers and gatherings was genius. Food size is MASSIVE. I wish I split my meal. For a burger joint, this is on the pricer side, but worth it for the fun "hang-out" vibes inside. The bar in the back makes a mean strawberry margarita with sugar on the rim, 10/10. Tip the man for sure! Catered to our retirement party of 30+ so easily, and the outside area was fabulous. Areas to sit, places for kids to play. Service was friendly, would 100% return! If you're looking for a big ol juicy burger and classic fries, this is your new place.

If you're going for lunch, go right at opening! I got there 10 minutes beforehand, was third in line, and by the time I finished ordering, the line was already two rows long! When I got my burger, it was three rows long! GO. AT. OPENING! Seriously, around noon, the full 5 row queue line in their set up was packed. This place is busy and for good reason! I customized my burger like crazy and honestly, I didn't go as crazy as I initially planned... because my pregnant brain was trying to convince me I should also add pineapple and an egg. It would have been everything but the kitchen sink at that point! They let you customize your level of done-ness, which I love. I went medium rare and it was on point! All of the tables are covered with butcher paper, so if you're coming with kids, bring a pack of crayons or something to entertain them. I'm definitely excited to try out the other location with the whole family in tow. Thank you for accommodating our office function today! The food was delicious.

I'm in love with the location near my home, but having recently been pleasantly surprised to see this location near my (new) workplace, I knew I HAD to stop by for lunch. Parking is a great, wide open ocean of spaces. The staff seems pretty serious and not warm and fuzzy, but ordering is very efficient. It's lunchtime so they have two cashiers taking orders at once so I appreciate that this joint is prepared for a rush. It's not super noisy, but music (80's pop) plays over a speaker and even with a growing lunch crowd, the space is so big that it doesn't feel like the noise level is stifling. I love Big'z menu. It features classic and creatively assembled burger and sandwich options but building your own is always a good choice. You can even "make it dirty" by adding a fried egg. I was tempted, but really wanted to taste the burger itself today to rate that very important base ingredient fairly. The patties are THICC (see photo) and they ask how you'd like that big hunk of cow flesh cooked. Nice! I love their fries and onion rings. Another great thing is their ranch... thick and fresh and best of all FREE! I hate paying extra for condiments. *Side note: if you visit the location off the 151, they offer different flavored ranch dips. My fave is the jalapeño ranch!* To add to this lovely experience is that my food came out pretty quick and a manager strolled around to check on all the guests. Other observations include a FULL BAR towards the back, fancier crossback seats (see photo) and paper roll coverings at the long farm style tables. The booths are newer and the seats are very plush! Condiments at each table include Hunt's Ketchup, French's yellow mustard, salt and pepper. Each table also includes a roll of paper towels for clean up. I'll definitely be back for lunch!!!

Veggie sandwich with fries and St. Arnold's Art Car IPA

I gathered with my work teammates for a dinner here recently. This was my first visit here, but I had been to The Well a couple of times. I was somewhat surprised at the new layout but it seemed to work. I ordered the veggie sandwich combo, which featured a portobello mushroom in lieu of a beef patty. It came with lettuce, tomato, avocado and braised onions. A side of fries and a drink were included. My wife ordered their large pretzel with a side of liquid cheese. The sandwich was okay, nothing really stood out. Except the braised onions had an odd taste to them. The fries were good and plentiful. I got a side of sriracha ketchup to dip them, but had a hard time tasting the sriracha. My wife's pretzel and the cheese were really good. The pretzel was pretty huge too!We only know about the pretzel from seeing photos of it on Yelp. Not sure why they don't list it on the menu. While the meal wasn't quite up to par, they do have an awesome beer selection with a ton of drafts I had a couple of IPAs (St. Arnold Art Car and El Chingon from 4 corners) while I was there. I'm not sure how soon I will make it back here as I wasn't terribly impressed by the food. Luckily my company paid for our meal so I only had to cover the cost of the beer.

Love the atmosphere here. Trivia Wednesdays are our go to. K-Mac runs it and is a great host. Plenty of beers on tap and don't forget about the tasty food.

Horribly understaffed. 20 minutes to order and 20 minutes at the bar. 1 cashier and 1 bartender. Inexcusable.

First of all, let me start off by saying WOW! I the service and food were spectacular! We came here…read morefor our wedding anniversary dinner and we were treated so well. We walked in about 15 minutes before our actual reservation so we hung out at the bar and had a drink. Before we were done with our drinks, the hostess came over to us to let us know our table was ready. I did not know that this was an open kitchen concept but I was thrilled when I seen it. We were seated by the kitchen. I thought it was bd a bit noisy but the kitchen staff was quiet which allowed us to enjoy our meal and conversation. The waitress was very nice and observant. She did not interrupt our conversations, she waited until we sat plates aside as we were done to avoid reaching over us, and she even took pictures for us. She also offered us glasses of prosecco to celebrate with. We ordered the roasted carrots and pork belly for appetizers and the short beef ribs and steak for entrees. The food was so good! I mean, the steak melted in your mouth! I thought the steak at Bohanan's was great but I think Signature got the best of them. The service and food were flawless and I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I'll be back for my birthday and other celebrations/events.

Did the tasting menu and had a great experience overall. The service and pacing was good for me but…read morenot so great for others. One guest was served butter and a pho amuse bouche at the same time so she took a good spoonful of her butter, dipped it into her pho, and ate it because nobody told her what she had just been served. I can't imagine what she was thinking. Started with some fresh bread and a generous medallion of a butter and onion ash roll. Nice touch. The pho came to me cold but I found out it was intended to be hot. I guess if it's not served immediately it gets cold really fast because it's just a sip or two. It was very clean and OK flavor but I prefer the deep, umami richness of a fatty pho broth. Continuing with the amuse bouche, I was served a platter of three pieces--a scotch egg, cornbread truffle and fries, and something unmemorable. The scotch egg and cornbread were OK but at this point I was starting to wonder if I was wasting my time and money. Then I tried the tuna and that was a flavor bomb. Cubed tuna over a creamy coconut sauce with a hint of heat, balanced with fresh citrus and purple potato crisps for some added texture and a tasty salt finish. This was visually stunning and just singing in my mouth. I absolutely loved it! Scallop and caviar topped with smoked king salmon, and crispy leeks. This was rich and decadent and I appreciated the crispy leeks to balance the otherwise soft textures. Wished the lime was a little more pronounced to help brighten and lift some of the richness, but still a very good dish. Charred romanesco broccoli with a romesco sauce and green salsa was served with pickled raisins and a heaping serving of shredded manchego cheese. This was good but not something I'd want to reorder. Raspberry bergamot lemon sorbet was just the refreshing bite needed before the heavy hitters. The Texas Wagyu coulotte was cooked to perfection. It was simple, served with mushrooms, and didn't need a lot of fuss. For desert, I was served a persimmon chocolate mousse with orange, a rolled persimmon slice, and dollops of what tasted like yuzu. As full as I was I was able to finish this all. It was creamy, rich, and balanced with citrus notes. And finally, the service ended with a mixed plate of petit fours which held up well the next day and were all very good -- a brownie, dulce de leche, macaron, chocolate chip cookie, and some sort of citrus gel. In all, I think the tasting menu was worth the price. I think chef did a great job balancing flavors and textures, plating beautifully, and staying true to ingredients while having fun experimenting. If my pho wasn't served cold, I didn't see some poor service, and the extra amuse bouche trio wasn't served I probably would've given this 5 stars. Maybe next time.
