He didn't get to the battery, he didn't run any diagnostic test and certainly didn't give me results of a test that never happened. Service requested - fail Quality - regarding what? Asking if they accept zelle, PayPal, etc... they said no and something about they don't want to pay taxes for that.... First off, that's just rude and bad business ethic as you were having a conversation with her not the husband. The work for this vehicle honestly should be phenomenal but honestly with just the experience she has been having I'm going to say she will likely have to take it somewhere else. Avoid this place for ANY Autobody work or anything. Unless you want to get the run around and told this and that and be without your vehicle longer then they tell you to expect to get it back.
