They do not answer their phone. They rarely call you back. I will give them a point for the charge, it was reasonable, and they only charged me for the glass, not labor. Maybe it's because they know they blew it by keeping it so long and not answering the phone. I try my hardest to support all the local shops and businesses, but sometimes that comes back and bites you in the butt.

We also put a blue security film on the glass before hand to protect the glass from shattering during removal for our amazing installers protection. We had Daniel and Micheal this time again They were so impressed with the flashing we provided (easier to use and better width) they asked where we got it. It's available at Lowe's, home Depot, and Amazon. Remember it still takes time to apply it so there's still a labor charge This time we were able to view the process from a complete original window removal through to a new construction window install and they did a fabulous job AGAIN! They didn't smash glass or use a reciprocating saw but took the time to remove the window in one piece our difficult siding thanks them! Impressed AGAIN! STAY local! I called several more times and left messages giving a few days in between. I finally called from my work phone and he answered and I told him I had not received a quote yet and verified my email address. He admitted he had not sent it out and would get it out within a couple days. I never received it and he did not respond to my last message on vm. I feel like I dodged a bullet. Imagine if you needed to call for an installation issue or repair. He might just avoid you. I even told him when I got him on the phone from my work line that if he couldn't do the job it was okay, just let me know so I can move on. I just think that is a sign of what you might get for a follow up. So my suggestion for improvement is don't be afraid to say that you are not right for that particular job. It happens and then there would not be a reason to review. Disappointed because I like to support local businesses. If there was a zero star I would give that for the lack of respect to customer.

I texted owner Olivia on Friday and over the weekend we agreed on a price (thank you for your patriotism with the military discount on the already-reasonable price!) and time for the repair. She arrived on time on Monday and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. She was very efficient, professional, and had no problem answering my many questions about the process. The result is almost invisible, just a small spot where she had to drill into the glass to start the process. In the after photo, it's the tiny spot in the center of the photo - it looks more like a spot on the center lower half of the door to the house. If I am ever unlucky enough to need a windshield repaired or replaced again, my first call will be to Olivia.
