Maybe it's because they know they blew it by keeping it so long and not answering the phone. I try my hardest to support all the local shops and businesses, but sometimes that comes back and bites you in the butt.

We also put a blue security film on the glass before hand to protect the glass from shattering during removal for our amazing installers protection. We had Daniel and Micheal this time again They were so impressed with the flashing we provided (easier to use and better width) they asked where we got it. It's available at Lowe's, home Depot, and Amazon. Remember it still takes time to apply it so there's still a labor charge This time we were able to view the process from a complete original window removal through to a new construction window install and they did a fabulous job AGAIN! They didn't smash glass or use a reciprocating saw but took the time to remove the window in one piece our difficult siding thanks them! Impressed AGAIN! STAY local! For the level of care they use and willing to look into different materials AAA+ rating! We are eagerly awaiting our Milgard c700 fiberglass window install and will update! They were peeing off our roof into our dog run area. (There was no Sani-hut provided for them.) They put ladders on top of our gutters and damaged them as well as the trim board on the upper roof. (We offered to remove the gutters and was told it was not necessary). There are clear areas that plywood should have been replaced, and was not. Our roof is bubbling in certain spots. It is new. It's only a week old, but we are highly disappointed with the experience. Nails, tac's and debris were left around our yard. They attempted to clean up but didn't do a very good job. After day 1, we contacted DaBella's sales person, who giggled and said he would take care of it. We also contacted the sales manager, who corresponded for a short time. He said it was unacceptable, they would take care of it and then I never heard from either of them again. And still no Sani-hut the second day.

She arrived on time on Monday and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. She was very efficient, professional, and had no problem answering my many questions about the process. The result is almost invisible, just a small spot where she had to drill into the glass to start the process. In the after photo, it's the tiny spot in the center of the photo - it looks more like a spot on the center lower half of the door to the house. If I am ever unlucky enough to need a windshield repaired or replaced again, my first call will be to Olivia.
