My follow-up messages went ignored, Cash App requests were denied, and the payment I sent showed a mismatched name, raising serious concerns. Even after I told him how important this job was to me personally, he ghosted -- no refund, no apology, no explanation. Just silence. To make matters worse, Auto Glass and More is not BBB accredited, which makes sense given how unprofessional and shady this experience was. I've dealt with plenty of small businesses, and this was by far the worst. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind -- go somewhere else.

We also put a blue security film on the glass before hand to protect the glass from shattering during removal for our amazing installers protection. We had Daniel and Micheal this time again They were so impressed with the flashing we provided (easier to use and better width) they asked where we got it. It's available at Lowe's, home Depot, and Amazon. Remember it still takes time to apply it so there's still a labor charge This time we were able to view the process from a complete original window removal through to a new construction window install and they did a fabulous job AGAIN! They didn't smash glass or use a reciprocating saw but took the time to remove the window in one piece our difficult siding thanks them! Impressed AGAIN! STAY local! Before we agreed to the financing application, Elaina specifically told us our credit would only be pulled once. Based on that, we gave our consent. Our credit was pulled on July 14, and we were unfortunately denied and told we would need a co-signer. We declined. The next day, July 15, our credit was pulled a second time without our knowledge or permission, resulting in two hard inquiries on our credit report. When I called the Reno office, the representative said she had no idea how it happened and blamed the financing company. She promised to investigate and call me back that day or the next, but never did. I also spoke with Elaina, who said she had never seen this happen before and that she had sent emails to find out why. She promised to call me back on July 16 with an update, but she never followed through. Having two hard inquiries on our credit because of someone else's mistake is unacceptable. Even more disappointing was the lack of communication and follow-up. If you're considering doing business here, I recommend making sure you fully understand how your credit will be handled before agreeing to any financing.

I had about 10 minutes to get there, and when I went up to the door I found it to be locked. As I'm standing there with the boxes in my hand I was about to turn around and walk away, when I saw a gentleman approaching the door. I was about three minutes past their closing time and the owner let me come in, and he was able to tag both of my boxes with shipping labels. There are some places that would shake their head and say "sorry but we are closed".
