They came onto my property, ignored my no soliciting and no trespassing signs, then proceeded to walk about the place with no permission and left a "quote". I only know they were walking around my property thanks to my cameras. I've never heard of them, never contacted them, but they felt the need to trespass. I had a very disappointing experience. On July 14, 2026, Elaina Drakulich and a coworker came to our home to provide a window estimate. Before we agreed to the financing application, Elaina specifically told us our credit would only be pulled once. Based on that, we gave our consent. Our credit was pulled on July 14, and we were unfortunately denied and told we would need a co-signer. We declined. The next day, July 15, our credit was pulled a second time without our knowledge or permission, resulting in two hard inquiries on our credit report. When I called the Reno office, the representative said she had no idea how it happened and blamed the financing company. She promised to investigate and call me back that day or the next, but never did. I also spoke with Elaina, who said she had never seen this happen before and that she had sent emails to find out why. She promised to call me back on July 16 with an update, but she never followed through. Having two hard inquiries on our credit because of someone else's mistake is unacceptable. Even more disappointing was the lack of communication and follow-up. If you're considering doing business here, I recommend making sure you fully understand how your credit will be handled before agreeing to any financing. read more

I had a contractor come give me a free quote that was 3x as much as competitors. Miraculously, she was able to call her manager and knock off $20k in a matter of minutes and the high-pressure sales tactics ensued. I was so uncomfortable in my own home. This appointment went on for a total of three hours before I had to ask her to leave so I could pick up my kids. I left a review of this negative experience...they called back still attempting to sell. I firmly said 'no' and requested to stop contacting me. They spent a lot of time trying to find solutions for our failing aluminium/wood clad windows. Really they exhausted all options. I didn't end up going with DaBella windows, because I was able to locate the exact replacement windows. They may come off a bit aggressive with their sales tactics, but ignore that...it comes from corporate. Kory the sales manager worked his butt off trying to help us! read more

This companies sales rep opened our gate to our private road, trespassed onto our property, then honked their horn until we came outside (our gates are padlocked with dogs) just to have the sheriff show up and remove them. This is not the first review on this topic. If you scroll there are so many reviews written on how bad their sales tactics are. DaBella (Reno Office) came out to my home to give me a quote on James Hardie siding & Windows. Two men came out, Dannyn, Sales Representative for DaBella told me that their windows are better than Anderson 100 series. I did my homework and DaBella's windows are considered mid-range vinyl windows, which Anderson windows are considered top tier. Their prices are three times higher than anybody else as well. Labor is labor when you are removing a window and installing another window in the same opening, and they try to justify their prices by the quality of their window, which does not justify their installation cost. They do not separate the price of what the window cost with labor and how many days on the job, and how many men will be out to install. --- Next after taking so much of my time, by going out to their vehicle to get me a window quote, the individual comes back in with numbers scratched on paper. They did not have the windows being installed written out with size, brand, model # etc., nor they go through once the windows are ordered how long it will take to have the subcontractor out to install. They use a subcontractor that is paid by each window being installed. (piece work). There are 2 types of warranties. one on the window, and the other on labor. Labor warranty is just as important as their window warranty. I also need to know if the subcontractor carries insurance, (workers comp) because they need to be a legitimate business as well. Since they deal with subcontractors for installation, I need to know what products they are using to install the window, which includes caulking, form, injection foam etc. After the windows are installed what is their business practice on always being available if there is or will be a problem with the window, and how long do they send someone out to fix the problem. I could continue writing, but this is enough for now. I give them a one star rating. read more

The actual roofing people - Crummett Construction and Roofing - were really good, and did a good job. But the "Dabella" people - who are a different company and don't do the actual roofing obviously - came into our house, continued to talk to us for 3 and a half hours, relentlessly, obviously trying to "condition" us with their psychology to get us to pay $30,000 - even though we already agreed to have the roofing done - it was disgusting. They said we can't think about it for one day - we have to agree RIGHT NOW and evidently think any older people can just be told and conditioned what to do, as long as you badger them for three and a half hours. That's what these a-holes did. I am disgusted by this kind of treatment. I will NEVER have anything to do with this crap company again. But Crummett Construction - they are excellent. read more

Just off of the horrible sales pitch that took 3 hours of my life I'll never get back. Usually when I get an estimate for work on my house the contractor shows up, measures and takes pictures, and then leaves and sends me their bid. With dabella it's a whole 3 hour thing. The inspector/estimate giver was very great when over things with us very well was very easy to get along with my only issue was we had 72 hours to change our mind he came on Friday. We texted him first thing Saturday morning said that we have to cancel for now other things have come up. They never followed through with that text message ran my credit and I was approved for a $32,000 loan when I called Monday to say hey I said I didn't wanna do this that gentleman Daniel or whatever the hell his name was was so pushy and rude about me canceling I have 72 hours you ran my credit when I gave you a cancellation within 24 hours. I had to come all the way into the office to sign the paper that says I want to cancel the loan and he was still even pushy at that point will never recommend this company to anybody. read more

We called a number for a company (not named DaBella) that was supposed to provide window reframing and repairs. DaBella responded quickly to set up an appointment. When two DaBella representatives, Elaina and Caitlin, showed up, they immediately started complimenting us on our neighborhood, house, dogs, birds, etc. After they completed their compliment schtick, we explained that we wanted a couple aluminum clad wood windows re-framed and repaired. They said that our wood windows needed maintenance every three years and that aluminum for windows hasn't been allowed in Nevada since 1997. I told them that our aluminum clad wood windows were installed in 1999. Elaina and Caitlin sidestepped our interest in repairing our windows and shifted into their sales pitch to sell us DaBella vinyl windows for the entire house. They said that any investment to improve a house would be returned when the house is sold, which of course isn't true. We rejected their offer, so they went into the car salesman "track" routine of calling their manager to see if they could give us a better deal. I don't know if they really spoke to their manager on the phone: it could be that they'd set a floor price from the get-go and were just pretending to speak to their manager. Over the course of the afternoon, they continued to offer lower prices and incentives. Four hours later, and with no sale, Elaina asked if we would at least provide a review on Yelp to say that we learned something. So, here's what we learned: DaBella salespeople can perform the sales routine as well as car salespeople, flatter the prospective customer so that they'll be more susceptible to the lies and offers that follow, and abuse the courtesy of people who won't just ask salespeople to leave. In the end, I hope Elaina and Caitlin were as exhausted as we were. Perhaps they'll find occupations which will enable them to apply their skills in more constructive pursuits. read more

We don't typically listen to the sales people that walk up to the house but I am glad we did this time. Tony and Anthony came to the house to show us DeBella windows and explained in detail what makes them stand out in the industry. They were very clear that while we may order the windows today it could take a few months for the install beucase they windows are custom made when the order is places to ensure as best as possible we will get the best fit. After installation Anthony came back out inspected the work and let us know his thoughts on the installation and took care of the few things we needs corrected. We noticed from night one how great the windows were just by the noise reduction. The weather was changing just as the windows were installed so I am not sure if the change in our energy bill is largely from the windows or the weather. They are beautiful and I enjoy looking out my windows each day. read more

I requested a consultation for new windows online from DaBella. They texted to schedule an appointment. They requested to come the next day which I was not available. I had to reply 3 times to tell them, no tomorrow does not work, but I was available a week from today. Their reply was that they didn't schedule that far out. A week is not that far out, I thought that was odd. They said they would contact me when it got closer. I said okay. However, I then proceeded to receive 7 hang up calls!! No messages when they went to voice mail. I didn't recognize the number so I did not answer and it is political season, I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. So after 5 missed calls from the same number, I called back and it was DeBella. I was angry, that is very unprofessional. I replied to the text conversation asking to be removed from their contacts. I then proceeded to get more phone calls. I did answer and ask the person nicely to remove me. I want people I can rely on to replace all my windows. If they can't even schedule a consultation a week out, how can they schedule window installation. And they hang up calls are so unprofessional. I didnt know anything about getting windows so when they came and did thier presentation, they were knowledgeable and friendly- which led me to believe that they were honest. THEY ARE NOT HONEST. THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY. THEY PRAY ON PEOPLE WHO DO NOT KNOW ANY BETTER... Expect to BE OVER CHARGED. I could tell you the entire experience but there is WAY TO MUCH to INCLUDE it all; but they sent cut rate subcontractors to do the work, they trashed my property (even left broken glass pieces in my dog run) didnt do any clean up that they guaranteed in their contract, they were careless with my personal propery- broke a table, tossed some of my antique heirlooms to the ground, and left garbage about the interior of my home. And when they said they were all done they hadn't even finished sealing the cracks they created in my window's casings left dirty finger/ palm prints all over the jams, didnt cover any of my furniture or anything else with plastic, my home was left a complete disaster... the manager lied straight to my face and told me they had done a lead paint test on the paint on my house and that test came up negative. I did the test on paint from all different places and every test I did came up positive. And then to really top this story off in the end, my last communications with them they used threats to get me to sign the work complete paperwork. The local offce and the coorperate office knew they were not done. But the local office told me they would put a leinbon my house if I did not sign, and they also tild.me that they would come fix everything after I signed.... well guess what; haven't heard from them at all- and I've called and texted countless times..... I called Dabella to get an estimate for a destroyed window. I had an apointment but they didn't show up or let me know they wouldn't be showing up. I rescheduled and again no one showed up. Both times the reason given was the technician had an emergency, so either their techniciand are extremely accident prone or they are lying through their teeth. read more

We had a new bedroom addition and replaced all of the windows in the house and a new garage built. The windows are of good quality, but that is all of the good that I can say about this company. Tyler and the other salesmen told me they knew how to read the plans. In retrospect they Didn't have a clue on how to read plans not one window was correct the windows for the garage were so far off they could not be used unless you think a 3x3 window can be used instead of a 4x5 window they lied. Time to install the new bedroom slider the had already dropped off the slider with previous work they told me they do this all of the time but could not install the new window because of lack of parts I had the glass but none of the rest of the parts. Ok this is a problem Tyler said they would put a rush on them out and should have them in a week to a week and a half then they would tarp the opening and pay my power bill for that month. Three and a half weeks later they never tarped the opening it only took 4 weeks to get the windows installed under normal conditions. The realization Tyler Lied to me about every thing did not follow thru on anything. Then Tyler Is to lazy to collect a check at the end of the Job. He wants the install crew to collect for him. to the point of the install crew supervisor asking for $24,000 cash without the ability to give a receipt that is nuts . I would think he would show up to the job for inspection look the customer in the eye and shake his hand and say thank you for the business. Instead when he makes a mistake he will not call back. My recommendation is when Tyler shows up close the door in his face and talk to someone else. read more

Dabella Review I'm writing an honest review of my experience with DaBalla Windows. Initially the interactions with the sales team and getting a quote was excellent. The sales rep came out with samples and spent a lot of time going over the styles, choices and benefits of the different window packages. The next phase, placing the order, finalizing the financing and scheduling installation was where things started to take a turn for the worse (April). The installation was awful! The crew came out at noon the first day and worked until 9pm. The next day was 7am to 10pm. Yes, 10pm! I'm talking ACTIVE construction, sawing, hammering, fans running till 9 and 10 pm at night. We had no idea these guys were going to be working so late each night. It was never mentioned and felt super inappropriate. I would have preferred it taking an extra day where they wrapped up 5-6pm each day like most contractors. The installers told me they were from Las Vegas and had been flown in because DaBalla was so short staffed here in Reno.​​ I think our window installation was basically a rush job because those guys were exhausted and bouncing job to job. The quality reflects that too. We didn't even get a "walk through" once the windows were in. The lead installer is supposed to walk through with you and inspect the windows for damages and check that they open/close. That didn't happen, they were booking it to get out of there as fast as they could. I did a walk through on my own and immediately found a damaged window. The cord inside that held it up while open snapped. The caulking both inside and outside of the home is sloppy and has large unfilled areas around the windows. One of the workers accidentally broke the sprinkler control box and said to report it to the office rep for reimbursement. I emailed the rep that same day about the broken window and damaged sprinkler (this is in July) and have neither been reimbursed nor had the window fixed. I also picked up a nail in my tire leftover from the job. There were tons of nails in the front yard alone and broken glass in the driveway. I got it fixed and emailed to ask for reimbursement in addition to the sprinkler part since it just happened and was clearly due to the construction. DaBella quoted a portion of their contract that says "they aren't liable for damages caused by nails because they can't possibly pick them all up". I just wanted to point out the tire repair was $25 and we just spent $30,000 on windows. That really should've been a no brainer especially with all of the other screw ups on this job. Almost immediately after installation the office rep sent me an email asking for us to sign the final contract. Since we still had unfinished work we wanted to wait until everything was completed before signing. We were hounded by the office rep for days to sign that dang contract. That's actually the quickest she has ever responded, amazing. She made all kinds of promises to have the damaged things fixed, service tickets opened and reimbursements taken care of once we signed the contract. We did, and what a mistake! It is now October and has been MONTHS since we signed the contract. I have checked in consistently (about every 2 weeks) asking for updates about the replacement part and reimbursement and have gotten nowhere. The voicemail at the company hangs up on you, the emails go unanswered. It's like they stopped caring as soon as they got their contract. We had to write a crummy review to even get a call back. A manager made some things happen finally, he ordered the part that was supposedly already ordered. Weeks went by and still no communication about anything. We got a hold of the manager and he let us know the part had been in for awhile. I emailed and called the office rep yet again about getting this part installed. I made sure to ask about having the caulking touched up outside and wanted them to look at a bowing window while their person is here. She said "I don't think if they will have time to work on the caulking." and "You claim there is a bowing window, I'll need pictures of that.''. Okay fine, pictures sent, repair scheduled for that weekend. The time came and went and the installer was a no show, no call. I didn't even get a courtesy call letting me know not to wait around. Seriously?! I'm still having to chase down DaBella to fix their sloppy work. DaBella doesn't give a darn about their customers once the contract has been signed. I wouldn't have done business with them if I had known what this experience would be like. NO call backs, NO email responses, NO follow through, NO guarantee on their work. The windows (the ones that are working) are very nice. However, the lack of everything else with this company is utterly disappointing. I feel ripped off and manipulated. **Update. This company runs their business like they are selling you a timeshare property! --- no kidding; all the way down to the pressure of you must guarantee a min of 90 minutes to their spiel and they ask if your spouse/partner/any other home owners will be present (and need to be if they exist). I'm surprised they didn't ask about income or a credit card to 'hold the meeting', it was so awful. The sales rep was kind, on time, professional and a very nice person, however, I would NEVER buy from a company that operates like this. It felt like dealing with a used car sales place the way they quote you (FINALLY, after hours of talk, talk, talk).... and then when you are shocked at how they are the highest of any quote out there, they miraculously slash it by thousands of dollars after they go back and 'call the boss' and the boss is benevolent if you will: 1) agree to sign today and give a deposit 2) allow them 'marketing rights' to take photos of your new windows on your house and use them for marketing to others who are stupid enough to bite 3) allow for 'flexibility' to let them take many many months to install based on when it is convenient for them to be 'back in the neighborhood' so they can gang-run the install. I had asked for the price multiple times and kept getting stalled with more descriptions of the product, more comments about how other windows weren't nearly as good/quality, etc., more insistence about how they are not the highest nor the lowest and force you to look at a website wherein they quote the 'average' price and show you that they are competitive, more stalling on telling you which review sites you should and shouldn't look at because they don't want you to see the bad reviews.... and even more stalling asking several times if I had any more questions about the company --- each time I kept saying, no, I really just want to know the price please. Surprise, surprise --- they are the highest out there and then when 'wonder boss' gives you a price break they finally came down to the same as most others --- and were still the top end even then and even on the lower product line offered. My sister had windows installed, at the end of last year. She suddenly died of cancer the end of January. Needless to say our family was devastated. We were doing our best trying to navigate the loss of our daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. They kept calling her cell phone with angry messages. My son finally answered a call and assured them they would get the remainder of the window cost once we sold her house. He was told, "We just want our money!" They hired an attorney instead of filing a claim like the rest of the creditors who were understanding of our situation. They put a lien on the house and to make matters even worse are now charging us a late fee of 1.5 percent because she was not making payments when she was dead! These people are beyond heartless! I will be warning as many NV residents as possible not to do business with this company. read more

Don't call them to get an estimate. They come in and pressure you to sign a contract same day and seemingly give you no choice. They also said that our payment would be $170 and it ended up at $193. We told them we wanted to review our finances first, but they kept pressuring after numerous times of saying no. It got to the point (and I know it may sound ridiculous) where I felt obligated to agree. Now I'm just not happy and unfortunately I have to let this company in my home, because I'm not losing out on my $2,500 deposit. It's a crappy feeling. I was told because I do not have Power of Attorney and I am not the owner they would not come out and provide an estimate. It is very difficult for me to write this review. I got the windows installed on March 13 of this year. I do really love my window but my interactions with the general manager of the Reno office are the worst ever. Kory, the general manager, called me on March 5th to set up the appointment. I expected to get a callback confirming my appointment as the call only lasted one minute. My cell phone timed the call. There was no callback to let me know there arrival time and what to expect. At 8:10 that morning I tried calling the office and got a customer service person that was going to have the office manager call me. I didn't hear anything back till at 10:20 two workers knocked on my door and handed me their cell phone to talk to their supervisor. They did not speak English and there was no one on the crew that did. I told the supervisor on the phone that this was not going to happen that day. At that point Kory, general manager, called to tell me I signed a contract and the job needed to be completed. I objected to the fact that there was not an English speaking person on site. Kory called me a "RACIST". The call was not going anywhere till Kory suggested the salesman that sold me on the window come and get the job started. Dylan arrived and got everything going. The crew did a great job and I had no objections. The window are beautiful! My big objection is with the general manager. But I haven't heard anything from Dabella. I did talk to the office manager the following day, she is working from Washington. I told her that I want an apology from Kory for calling me a RACIST. I have not heard anything back. Obviously the company does not care about Kory's behavior. I hope I don't have any problem with my windows as Dabella does not have any Customer Service, I far as I'm concerned. read more

I purchased 4 large windows from DaBella last year. The windows were installed in Feb. 2024. Unfortunately for me the double hung windows are so tall that I cnnot reach the top window to pull down for venting or to clean. My salesperson has bowed out of the picture in trying to resolve my issue. Two managers have suggested that I get a stool to open the top windows! I have two windows in my bedroom that have locks on the top and bottom, the top window lock I cannot reach. I was told that I can just leave the top locks unlocked. I was again told to use a stool. A stool has never been considered to be included in my decorating ideas. I did suggest that the two double hung windows be replaced to casement. DeBella said they would be happy to install casement windows for an additional $4100. Through this process I have been told that nothing is wrong with my windows. I have more windows that need replacing. Lucky for me my new windows are not near the old ones read more

This is the worst company I have ever worked with. I had windows installed over a year ago, four of them were scratched. They came out three times to measure the scratched windows for replacement because they kept losing the measurements. Just called again and they said they are still working on them. I am also still waiting on a screen that was never installed. The installation team was amazing -the office not so much. I would take days off work to be there for installation and no one would show up. I had to call to find out and coordinate installation. Multiple calls to management with no call back unless I write a poor review(called me right back the first time I did that) One large window was never even ordered and we had to wait three more months to have it installed and another day off work. BUYER BEWARE: I bought 15 windows and 2 sliding glass doors, high quality, took 8 months after ordering to receive them, I understood coz of Covid, 2 windows measured wrong, and 1 was wrong window, 1 screen for sliding door miss measured, took months for replacements, and the 1 wrong window was not what I initially ordered, the replacement screen came in and again miss measured, a 3rd time reordered replacement, still waiting, how long does it take to remake a screen door? We are talked by over 2 years now, when I call always well we'll check the warehouse to if it has come in, Reno office never calls back, this has been so unacceptable, I started this coz of the washoe county discount windows program. My experience was similar to that of reviewer Cindy V. (one star, with Reno operation). Didn't think to consult Yelp until got a fifth communication (including the initial one, with Ky, who seemed pleasant enough) just trying to set up an appointment for a quotation ... on New Years Day! Fifth communication completely put me off: A woman banged on the door (didn't use the bell), whence identified herself as a "canvassing manager"; she was frantic about the appointment "not registering" via a text confirmation. A "canvassing manager"? What is this, the United Way, or a political campaign? Good gosh Debella owners, can't you see that you come off as chickens-with-their-heads-cut-off bad actors? Dittto (and thanks for) the warning from other reviewers about DaBella being like a timeshare company, about stiffing folks for refunds, and about not honoring their workmanship.
