We have now added windows....I got windows installed by DaBella! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! Tyler was an awesome salesperson with great customer service skills and showed us how the windows worked (I had to clean his Demo window) I asked for a discount he is great with a great sense of humor. Anthony is the Marketing guy who came out to take the after photos of the great install. (He loves Spiders!) and Julio the assistant to the assistant manager. They all came out to make sure that we were happy not only with the install but the product itself. I not only recommend the windows but the entire team of people from DaBella! So, for the windows themselves I am so proud we used to have a draft through our house where we could hear all the fans in the bathrooms and over the stove click during a windstorm. Those have gone away! We used to have a cold bedroom and now it is the same as the rest of the house. The noise reducing works I can barely hear the neighbor's dogs now where they used to sound like they were right in my room with me. With the Low E tinting built into the windows the Sun goes down on the side of the house where my office is, it used to get really hot in that room and now with the new windows that room stays the same as the rest of the house in the afternoon even in 100-degree weather. Finally, I am so pleased that I no longer have a 1970's trailer park window in my bathroom. The rain pattern window is the best investment I could ask for it is really pretty and looks so different than other bathroom windows. Now they just need to get a contract in Nevada for siding so I can have a whole DaBella Home! With the 50- year warranty and the special attention to detail I will not have any other company work on my home! read more

Red flag alert!!!!!!!!!! What a joke of a company this place is. We had a very high pressure sales man come out to give us a quote on a roof. He said it would be 50k. After hanging out at our house for over 5 hours yes 5 whole freaking hours then lowering the price to 30k we said no thanks. He pitched a fit in our living room like a 3 year old and said he was gonna get in trouble with his boss for not sealing the deal. I straight up said then that's a company we don't wanna work with. Debella is clearly high pressure sales and when you tell the salesman u wanna think about the quote they become extremely pushy and unprofessional. We basically had to throw the salesmen out of our house at 8pm!!! This is absolutely ridiculous and for the very reason is why we went with another company. Oh and when I told the sales man I was going to look at their yelp reviews he said no please don't do that. Well I see why. There's plenty of other reviews commenting on the high stress sales people. How unappealing and unprofessional. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. There's no way in hell I would recommend this company to anyone. read more

I made an appointment to have an estimate made for 3 windows and a sliding glass door to replace the originals from the 70's. EJ and Ashley arrived on time, were nice and friendly and after a short discussion about what I was looking for, got to work inspecting for damage and measuring. I really enjoyed talking with them. They know the product and you could tell they felt the DaBella company was one they enjoy working for. I was impressed with the sample window they brought to show me the quality of their product and the lifetime warranty on the replacement parts sound wonderful. They mentioned that the windows they supply are purchased for this area (Norther Nevada), they supply a different configuration in say in Oregon or Washington where the climate is different. These are not cheap, and I was surprised at the price but with after installation I am hoping the value and quality of the windows, the expertise of the install and the customer service will continue to be great. I know that my review concerning DeBella was not the highest, but I will say that the Reno store has some of the most conscientious and hard-working sales and customer service people that I have ever met. The corporation is far behind the times evidenced by the need to send a handwritten refund check in the mail to get a hard copy receipt. That, however, is not the fault of their employees. I have the greatest respect for their Reno office employees who helped me find where that check had gone after waiting for too many weeks to receive it, and I apologize for my previous Yelp review that reflected badly on them and not on the corporation that was the target of my criticism. I cannot take that single star back, so I give the staff and the store a 5-star rating. read more

When I first met with Julio from dabella on April of 2023 I was getting multiple quotes at first. However after seeing all the reviews about Julio & DaBella on how they treats their customers like family. I decided to go with DaBella. Julio made it a no brainer for us to get new windows. ( I highly recommend to ask for Julio) Update: Installation was flawless . The crew arrive early in the morning took about 5 hours to do all my 10 windows and a sliding glass door. They look amazing. Anthony is a very thorough and kind gentleman.He made our decision to replace our roof so easy. His demeanor and professionalism is what sold us.He is very knowledgeable and punctual. He was on vacation and still answered when we contacted him. The Contractors that were here worked from the time they arrived until they went home ( the only time they stopped was for lunch). Answered all our questions with ease. Anthony called a few times to see how everything was going with install. I highly recommend Anthony with Dabella for any decision or questions you have for installation. I highly recommend the contractors used for install as well. I was looking to replace the rest of my windows after having another company install a few last year. DaBella was canvassing our neighborhood and offering free quotes. I thought why not. Colton and Quincy showed up on time the next day to go over my window needs and presented their company and products which really impressed me concerning the quality and features of their windows. The whole process from quote to installation and final inspection went smoothly. They do hire out their installation but they are knowledgeable and professional. Yesterday (9/16) Myself and my Husband had the pleasure of meeting 2 very nice young men from DaBella. When I made the appointment on the phone the person told me to set aside 60-90 minutes for the appointment. Well almost 4 Delightful hours later..... Jensen & Johnny came out to my home, did the inspection, were so respectful in letting me know that I actually had black mold in my windows... I was TOTALLY shocked... He showed us all of the steps of taking our existing roof off and putting on the new one. He had samples of the things they use so we can have a visual of what they use and what were our choices. Our neighbors have a No Soliciting sign and a Ring at the front of their house. The recording shows a DaBella rep ringing their doorbell anyway. Once our neighbor acknowledged him he said he wasn't selling anything. She said "we're good, you have a nice day".
