Love our new air conditioner. it works great and the people who did our install were very nice.

They were hired to inspect the a/c in my house. It was a cold day and reported the a/c wasn't working good and the pressures were off. They shouldn't of turned on the a/c on a cold day and wanted $185/hr to "delve in deeper to issue at $185/hr" read more

I called to help my mom get some service as she is 80+ and water all over her house. Just in time was there on the spot, helped us, and we replaced the water heater with them. When I mentioned the price for the new water heater the other plumbing company was floored, you can't beat the price Mr. they said. Just in time, you are exactly what we needed. Thank you. read more

We recently used Just In Time Heating for a recent upgrade of our traditional HVAC system to a Bryant Evolution heat pump. Just In Time gave us the best quote for an excellent product. Their installation was fabulous. We particularly loved that they had the right skills and licenses to perform all the work - HVAC plus electrical upgrades. Other vendors required us to arrange for the electrical upgrades separately at an additional cost. Colton was a pleasure to work with, keeping us informed of what to expect both before and during the work. He answered all our questions fully and to our satisfaction. And the system is working wonderfully in heat pump only mode including through the recent cold weather (low 20s overnight). We highly recommend the Bryant Evolution system and Just In Time Heating. And we're thrilled to be off our natural-gas based system! read more

The HVAC stopped working at my rental and Haden came out to repair it. He found only a minor problem, fixed it, cleaned everything and was on his way. My tenant remarked on how nice he was and that her dog liked him too. Haden came this week and did routine service on my HVAC and, as before, he was super nice, did his job and was on his way. Just in Time office staff is great as well. Payment was easy- online and no service charge for online payment. It cannot get any better than this. They are my forever HVAC company! read more

I wanted to say that my experience with everyone at Just in Time was been great! When it came time to replace my system I call 6 different company to come out and give me a quote, two never even called me back and out of the other 4, only one other came close to the service that Just in Time showed me in checking out my units and understanding my needs. I was really impressed with Haden, he really took the time to look at the units, see how the system was working, honestly it really was not working at cooling or heating the house as it should have. He went up in my attic and than was under the house maping out my duct work. He listened to the issue I was having my old system and came up with a few ideas to better service my needs. He really went the extra mile! We really got a better understanding when we opened up the kick-plates under the kitchen & bathroom cabinets and found when the home was built they did not install a vent box to direct the air to the kick-plates, so for all these years the underneath of the cabinets have been getting all the air and not those spaces. Haden and the install team there fixed that issue with installing boxes and repairing the big gaps with the original duct that now I know how the mice got into the house. I wanted to say again what a great job Just In Time did!!! read more

We had a chimney fixed up on the roof. Then our old pellet stove went out. I ordered a new one and had them install it for us. We had great service both times and the guys are friendly and very awesome to work with. I would highly recommend them and we will use them again when needed. read more

Super happy with Just In Time. They came out to Winnemucca to replace our old furnace with new mini split heat pump units. These units are great- they heat when it's cold, and cool when it's warm. Staff were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up all the construction mess. I will definitely use Just In Time the next time I need help! Highly recommend. read more

Super great service every time I have used them! They are my "go to" for all things heating and air. My old unit, that used R22. The compressor was proven to be compromised and had to be replaced. The best solution was to replace the entire unit and get the more efficient unit. They got it in a day before the weather turned really hot. "Justin Time!!! The unit is performing so much better that the old one. I am very satisfied! read more

This review is a little late but here goes. They had to replace a blower on our Vermont QuadraFire pellet stove. They showed up on the date and time promised and got it running like new. In the future we won't be calling anybody else. Thanks guys read more

If I could give them a zero rating, I would. The service guy crawled under the house and moved all the ducting to the corner of the home not realizing that he disconnected the system. He never called us (the landlords) to tell us what he did and what needed to be repaired. Our tenants have no heat now and its 40 degrees during the day. I called the next day to follow up and get a bid to redo all the ducting. Never heard from them. I called again two days later and they still had no bid for the work. I had to call them a 4th time only to be told they weren't going to help us. I highly recommend you do not use this company for any work on your home read more

My a/c unit went out in the beginning of August Needless to say I figured my family and I were simply going to melt in the heat!! My wife called Just in time heating and air and within 2 hours we had a crew working on it. They managed to band-aid it and get it working again, telling me it was shot and would probably not make it till the end of the month! Luckily we have a home warranty and so I got 3 bids from local contractors to replace the unit. Just in time was the lowest bid. I started working with Christy in the office to start the process of getting all the paperwork that the home warranty company needed in order to get the job completed. She was absolutely amazing!! Christy went above and beyond to help satisfy my home warranty company. (I don't know if any of you know how hard it is to get any money out of one of the home warranty outfits but it's like pulling teeth out of an enraged tigers mouth!) Every single person from just in time was simply a joy to work with! I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I had such an amazing experience with this company I knew I needed to share my own experience so other people in my shoes would know who to contact! read more

I chose Just In Time based on a friend's recommendation. They installed central air in my house. The contract stated that they were supposed to install all new ductwork per my request. I had to go to work in the evening on the day they installed the system, so I had a friend come over to watch them and lock up after the finished. When I checked out the system, it seemed to be working okay. That is until summer came. I found out that the new ductwork that I paid for was never installed. It took them months to get on the schedule to get them out here to finish the job. I couldn't use the system because it was running constantly and the house never got below 87 degrees. By the time the ductwork was installed, the weather was turning cold. The heater worked well over the winter and for the first time I didn't have to use space heaters in the bedroom and bathroom. When I started using the air this spring, I noticed that it took longer than expected to cool the house down. Now that the hot weather is here, the system runs constantly all day and the house doesn't get below 80 degrees. I'm so done with this company. All they care about is getting new business and once they get your money, they ignore you. I have a friend that hired them to install a propane powered emergency generator at her house. The first month she had it, she noticed that the maintenance check light was on. That was last year and they still haven't resolved her problem. read more

So I've never had an air conditioner in my life.. we purchased a home in Fallon in March.. and the last week of May we used the AC for the first time..can I just say (without rambling about stories)that Justin at Just in Time, has provided outstanding service and rates. We cannot say enough about Justin and his company. It seems like in the short amount of time that we've been here, this company has proven to be one of the best with outstanding customer service..what I appreciate the most is when someone tells you they're going to be there, and they give you a window and they show up..it's sad that in a world like ours a lot of customer service values have gone down the drain but with this company I've been more than impressed... Honesty and integrity is what I've seen... Justin is nice and makes you feel more like a friend.. I would recommend them to anybody that lives in the Fallon area. We Love JIT ! read more

We called half a dozen times with no return call. We even spoke to a woman once who said they'd call us back to set up an appointment and despite several follow up attempts on our part, they refused to return our call. read more

I always call these guys first and they are great! They always show up when they say they will and they do what they say they will do. Justin has a team of guys working with him who are always professional and polite. Steve is walking around on my roof right now in almost 100 degree weather and has nothing but an awesome attitude while trying to fix my A/C. I definitely recommend Just In Time! read more

Very professional. I have had them work on my commercial Buidling and my rental house. They have always been honest and do a great job

Awesome, I called like every HVAC place in the area and then some trying to find someone to just come over and do a quick job for a decent price. These guys showed up at 5:30 am as promised and were done and gone by 8:30am leaving me with a fully functional evaporative cooler installed on my roof. They did the job for a third of the price another company quoted me as well. And definitely knew what they were doing and worked well as a team. Definitely recommend!! read more

Great service, polite and respectful installers who took the time to clean up any messes and vacuumed when done and answered any questions I had. Went the extra mile to fix issues with my older home. I will 100% be using them to install seamless gutters on my home before winter. read more

DO NOT HAVE YOUR A/C worked on by Justin time!!!!!!!!!!!! I had my A/C worked on by them and they misdiagnosed the problem. They also charged me for the R-22 that they removed from my system, when they replaced it after working on the system. They also over charged the system by 4 pounds which ultimately killed the Compressor. I have since replaced the system to the tune of $3100.00. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself a lot of trouble and call someone else. read more
