I had to special order a nozzle replacement which was very costly. I was charged $105 for the "service". I found the leak that night when I picked up a large legal binder from the opposite end of the counter 5ft away. It was soaking wet and the only source of water was a leaking diswasher air gap. The thing the plumber said was absolutely not leaking. A total waste of money for this new widow. Don't call them and expect any repairs.

Showed me licenses to help with my concerns and did not fuss about it. I can honestly say I trust this guy. He earned that trust. The flooring I picked sucked and he was sad that we did not pick it out together so he picked up a few minor things to make the job pop and stay more solid. He also suggested I get warranties on the flooring. Which is good communication and honesty and knowledge about product and concern for our financial and home stability. When done, he even came back a few times to dial some things in better so that we would love the job. I am definitely adopting him as my handyman! Now these people don't even serve the Sparks area and would not come back up to resolve the issue. Wow, convenient. I called a different reputable company, who comes to tell me that there is NO drain pan present at all. It had been leaking condensation all over the subfloor, everywhere. I find it embarrassing for Oasis that their technician didn't realize a drain pan was missing. Ridiculous!
