Recently, there have been issues with the furnace which led to use of space heaters. Those draw a lot of power which led to circuit breakers being tripped and broken. Or so we thought. I called the owner, Matt, around 6:30 on a Tuesday evening and was surprised he answered. I walked him through the problem and Matt proceeded to tell me he was booked for the next two months. I asked if he could recommend anyone that may have some availability and he suggested I look at a few of the larger companies because they may have more technicians than smaller shops. Right after I hung up, the phone rang and it was Matt saying he could stop by since our place is near where he was at that time. I had three different people staying at our cabin turn the breaker off and on, but Matt was able to get it to work. He called me to let me know the fix was very easy and he was in and out in a short time. We received a call from Liberty Utilities on a Friday afternoon after a snowstorm letting us know that our power was out and could not be restored because a tree had fallen on the line and ripped our panel off the wall. We initially panicked thinking we would be without power at least through the weekend, most likely longer, because it was so late on a Friday and the snow was quite deep. I got in touch with Erick, explained our situation, and he and his team were able to get to our house within about an hour of our phone conversation to assess the damage and prepare an estimate. Within 48 hours or so, we were back up and running. They installed a whole new panel, worked with the electric company to get the work inspected and get us back online. It was truly amazing!
